Good Hotel in Baguio

Good place to stay with clean bathroom. We also love the breakfast buffet it always makes us full. Super affordable price din for groups. Will book again with my family.

Satisfied with our stay, location great, the view around the area was spectacular and staff friendly

Location was accessible but was not in the "busy" area. Room was spacious, with the basic necessities, but needs thorough cleaning (couch, mattresses), updating will not hurt. Breakfast met our expectations. Taste and presentation was superb. Since we stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, we had breakfast for 2 days, happy to note that menu was not repeated.

Water refilling/ dispenser per floor would have made the difference. Though, when I inquired at the reception area, I was told that we can refill anytime. Parking in the basement felt "cramped", but adequate, since parking around the area was available.

The staff service is very good, and they can also help to call a taxi The guards are very responsible The restaurant facing mountain is beautiful

Exceptional

very cozy, does not smell like an old hotel room. The room where we stayed at which is at the basement was very cold. the garden was also another attraction and a perfect place for photo ops.

The food has many choices to choose for buffet breakfast.

The staff are not accomodating. We arrived by 6am... But they did not give an option for an early check in for us to sleep and relax. Always insist that we are not allowed to have an early check in, even if we want to pay extra charges and insist that we can check in by 2pm.

near from tourist destinations

its not sound proof. i can hear all people laughing on the hallway. and I can hear talking people on the other room

Would not recommend to anyone..

First of all people at the reception does not even know how to say good morning or good afternoon to they're guests. We were given a room where in in when you take a shower water comes out from the tub, i told them about this and i was told to just turn the shower low. phone don't have dial tones, they told us they were going to get it fixed the following day. Also i was wondering if all hotels in Baguio dont have air condition? We had to open our windows just to get air. All food were too salty. In short we were not happy and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Hotel looks nice in the pictures but wait until you see it. It's an OLD hotel.

Another satisfied stay in Baguio

2nd time in 8 weeks. The room, the breakfast, and the kind staff didn’t disappoint, as usual.

Was able to check in past 2pm despite being there early. Not sure about their policy regarding assigned rooms, maybe a procedure applied for booking.com clients. I hope this wouldn’t happen again.

Not much - from the moment we arrived the staff were not interested in helping. The breakfast was cold and the room very ordinary

The room was too small for what was in it. The coffee supplies was barely enough for one cup. The room was not serviced until after 3pm - hotel too far from downtown
