The only thing i did not like... we went to the restaurant, we were sitted but they forgot about us the whole time, they never came to take our order they gave us a menu but never came back to ask anything so we walk ed away sadly

I got mistreated due to my child having autism and him crying . I got multiple calls from receptionist. I tried to explain why he had cried but she didnt care. I paid extra for breakfast and didn’t get to eat due to her calling over his crying. Definitely not a kid place and not sensitive over a disability such as Autism

I was a little disappointed with the room. The staff was great, very helpful. However, the room itself was very underwhelming. The bathroom didn't have a vent so it would get stuffy after you took a shower. I also found a bug crawling into my shoe and a bug in the bathroom. They also did not have a smart TV. In today's world, a smart TV should be standard. We had an event to go to nearby, which is why I paid for the expensive room- for the location, but I don't think I'll be staying here again.

I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. Everything was exceptional except one thing... the shower. As it looked very nice, we had luke warm water all the way dialed ti hottest and there was barely pressure. We were in room 111. The only reason we didnt complain is because we were only staying one night. I didnt even bother giving my 8 and 5 year old a shower. They would not have survived it lol. Great hotel other than that.

Had a comfortable stay here after dropping son off at UCSB summer program. Easy friendly check in. Comfortable room and bed. Little fridge and coffee pot were nice. The best was the rooftop bar and restaurant. Very nice staff. Happy hour specials too.! And there was a Target close by in case we needed some last minute apartment items.

Very nice staff, professional and efficient. Easy check in and check out. Dinning at the roof top was awesome. Breakfast was very good. The hotel was very clean and close to UC Santa Barbara. We were there for a College tour.

The hotel itself is nice. We enjoyed the rooftop bar/restaurant. The gym has plenty of equipment for a good workout. The room smelled like dog. It is a pet-friendly hotel, but I wasn't expecting our room to smell like that. The other issue was the sink, it smelled like sewage. I think the drain and stopper need to be deep cleaned.

We LOVED the rooftop bar/restaurant. There’s live music on Fri & Sat nights and the happy-hour prices were super reasonable. The location was perfect with walkable shoppings and restaurants nearby. We stayed here during COVID & the place was exceptionally clean, same is true this time around too. There’s a brewery at a few parking lots behind the hotel. The staff is very friendly too! Great place!!!

I've stayed here several times. It can be noisy depending on who you're next to (the noise travels easily through the walls and vents). The carpets are stained (seems to be the case in every room I've been in). There is some street and airport noise. I turn on the fan (which is loud) to drown it out. I had such a lovely hotel stay and I really want to give a shoutout to Vincent for being such a friendly and helpful front desk clerk. The room was super clean and the bed was so comfy! I just wanted to suggest that improving the bathroom lighting for better makeup application would make the stay even better. Thanks so much for taking this into consideration!

The reason for my poor review is because the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was an incident in which the manager barged into our room with a repair man and did not ask if it was ok to enter. My friend was changing and our door was just opened and the manager entered without approval. This was unacceptable and I’m sure no one would approve of this. She had an attitude and did not treat us respectfully:
