Highly recommend this hotel. Was hard to find however once we entered our room, we were overwhelmed with the large loft room, and the beautiful view.
The roof top bar was a bonus and breakfast was included.
Will not be disappointed with the location as public transport is outside your door, and plenty of restaurants close by - pizza shop next door.

Amazing, wonderful stay! Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. The balcony was amazing to sit at and drink our welcome drinks overlooking the city. The room was small but just what we needed for the two of us. Close enough to everything, about a mile from Oktoberfest and a half mile to downtown. Safe area and the bar was open late!
4.3
We booked it for Oktoberfest. IA really nice place to stay. Comfortable and a block from the metro. It also had a fun bar on the top floor but not noisy so it didn’t affect our sleep. I would definitely stay here again
4.3
Great location. The bar is very cool and busy on the weekend and breakfast coffee and croissants in the bar area in the morning was a lovely touch. We booked two of the same room and one was pretty simple but the other had a nicer design and aesthetic, but both did the job and had great bathrooms. Service was good, we had to ask for some things a couple of times and sometimes felt like the bar was the priority over the hotel guests especially in the evening, but we got there in the end and I’d stay here again when next in Munich.

The Flushing Meadows is a delightfully quirky place and we loved it! dont expect a '5 star' hotel- its a boutique hotel with quicks and if you can roll with it, you'll love it. We also loved the bartenders and imaginative cocktails. I would choose this place again if we ever return to Munich.
4.3
Great friendly staff. Bunk beds were a bit of a challenge during the night but overall would recommend
4.3
Loved our stay. The staff were super helpful and accommodating and the location was awesome - walkable to the old town but in a younger/hipper neighbourhood with great dining and shopping nearby (also close to transit and the Isar). Would definitely return!

The area around the hotel was nice, some restaurants and good transport links. My room was a "studio", it was very small but nice enough except the only window/door led to the terrace of the attached bar, which meant you could very clearly hear the car and if you wanted to open the door to let in some air people from the bar and the rooms next door could potentially access the room. There was an aircon controller in the room but that only worked after I asked the staff to turn on the system which is centrally controlled. I believe their loft rooms are much better but I wouldn't stay in the studios again.

It was very difficult to find the hotel. Room was great. Heated floors in bathroom were nice. Staff is very friendly and knowledgable. Late check-in was easy once we located them. Entrance was uninviting being so dark. Really needs an update. Parking was convienent but over priced. Overall 3 1/2 stars.

Fantastic boutique hotel. Cool vibe, designer rooms and a great rooftop bar with great service.

I enjoyed my time at the Flushing Meadows. The loft room was small but cute. However, the railing on one side of the ladder to reach the loft area was unstable. It needs to be fixed. Otherwise, I had a good stay. The location was convenient, and the staff was fine.
4.3
AC, next to train, hot water, comfortable bed. Everything worked well!

Have stayed here multiple times when in Munich. Cozy place very nice beds and AC. Also hotel bar is very nice and views of city
4.3
Great option for a stay in Munich, i will come back here next time for sure. Super easy self check in, spacious rooms, very attentive and reactive staff (I had an issue at the beginning and it was fixed promptly and easily), and the rooftop terrace is a great addition.
4.3
Excellent staff. Specially Phillip. They were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and big. The bar area was good, with a nice patio. Breakfast options were good.
Only thing was the sound of sirens all the time, but that could be the problem in other areas of Munich as well! Overall very pleased with the hotel.
4.3
This is a bare-bones operation with little in the way of amenities or comfort. Think of it as a well-marketed but overpriced Ibis Hotel. The best thing about the place is it’s walkability to a very cool area. But the room itself is spartan with almost no privacy: you hear everything happening in the rooms next to you, and the balconies have no partition giving you some isolation from either the room next to you or the public bar. There is very little on-hand support, not even to check in if you come after 5:00. In my room, ants were crawling all over the desk. The „included breakfast“ was a croissant and coffee.
4.3
Nice concept, clean. But the time arrived to leave and.. to whom to let the keys or where.. the bar / reception supposed to open at 08:00.. at 08:15 nobody.. not really professionnal

Funky boutique hotel in the heart of Munich
Wonderful little gem in the Gärtnerplatz area. 2 minutes to the river (Isar Auen), where there's a kiosk that's open 23 hours - very rare in Munich! The hotel is on floor 3 and 4, and has a charming little rooftop/terrace bar on the 4th floor. This is also where you'll get your croissants and coffees in the morning. Every room is different, very funky, very high ceilings, almost like a New York loft. Vey clean and quiet. 3 minutes walk to Gärtnerplatz, 4 minutes to Viktualienmarkt and so on. And the whole area is beaming with cafes, bars and restaurants. Public transport right in front of the door. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Very happy with the stay at Flushing Meadows. The styling of our loft room was a bit "industrial" with a partially unfinished concrete ceiling and a large depressing painting, but overall we were very happy there. Super quiet and fantastic location.

Very good hotel. Only issue was they charged an additional supplement for a third person of €50/night even though the room had been booked for three people ie two adults and a child. This was not clear at the time of booking and having stayed in six different hotels, it was the only one to do this.

Personally I loved the hotel. My 83 year old mother didn't find it as charming. We stayed up in the pent house and she didn't like that she had to go outside to go back inside to go to her room. I loved the room. Super clean, as was the bathroom. Very comfortable. Close to the Christmas Markets. Vickie at the front desk was charming and very helpful. My only concern was security. The door to our hallway to our rooms wasn't locked. Anyone from the bar could have gone into the hallway. Otherwise the hotel had everything I needed

Very charming property. Beautifully designed to resemble a hunting lodge in the bar area. Rooms were very large and comfortable.

Nice bar with outside terrace. But no coffee in the room.

First off, the room was amazing and unique, each room in the hotel has a different design, which is very cool. The staff was especially attentive and caring too! One night we accidentally locked our passports in the safe, we didn’t know the code and it was midnight. Robin, who was working the bar, went out of his way to help get a fix and helped us get it unlocked successfully. Vanessa was also another great employee, who greeted us so kindly when we arrived. Overall great experience and we will be sure to return when we go back to Munich.

This is a beautiful small boutique hotel. The local area is wonderful. The front desk is only open between 8 AM and 6 PM. The bar handles additional customer service issues until 2 AM, but I would suspect you would be out of luck between 2 AM and 8 AM if anything went wrong or you needed anything. The building is not accessible. There are four stairs up before you get to the elevator behind the building and in front. Room itself is spacious, and beautiful. Everything worked, even the hot water. There is a rooftop bar that attracts a crowd, but we did not hear it one floor below. I would totally stay here again, but this place is not for everyone.

Great hotel, neighborhood and staff! It felt like home! Definitely coming back.

Service was very basic, more hostel, 3 + hotel vibes. Breakfast did not look fresh and it looked randomly put together. Rooms were nicely designed and clean.
