About what we expected. A fair price and a fair room. Needs some attention, though. Bathroom door would not shut all the way. Night stand drawer was barely hanging on. Could have used some dresser drawers to put stuff into. None in room. Fridge and microwave were fine. AC and bed were great. We will probably stay here again.

Motel itself is dirty and unsafe.

Room was some what clean but carpets really dirty my feet looked like i had walked outside. Door was a little hard to open. Staff was friendly. Second day of our stay was woke up early by staff to move our cars due to something they were doing to parking lot. Then had the smell of hot tar all day.

night staff was awesome, day staff was rude. we only had 2 towels in our room and none in a second room we rented. asked for more towels and i had to bring towels in and was looked at weird when i told them we only had two. And then I only got handed 4 towels for 7 people? cause that is all they had till housekeeping came in at 10.... mind you, we had to be checked out by 11. I would actually not stay there again. They advertised free breakfast... both online and on their sign..... they stopped that apparently years ago. and this was one of my reasons for choosing this motel. So..... 60.00 later we got breakfast.... not worth the money.

We arrived at 7:45 pm with the expectation of hopping into the pool after a long car ride only to find out the pool had closed 10 minutes prior! It's summer vacation!!! Then in the morning we got up early enough to get the hot breakfast advertised only to be told they no longer offer it because it costs them money and business hasn't been good. The toilet was slow and noisy. However, the room was very clean and had a great mini fridge but no coffee maker. It also sported an actual Roku TV which was amazing.

Jazmine was terrific help when getting me and my husband situated. Nice rooms , that have accommodations, clean rooms as well!!

Thought i was getting a king bed it was more like full bed. Large room and small bed and tv.

there was no dining just coffee, no pool towels,no channel guide for the TV. No there was a rack to hang clothes but no hanger. The lady at the deck was nice and because there was nothing on the computer that showed my reservation. Lucly for me I printed the confirmation email which she used to check me in. Very thankful to her and all her help.

It is in center need to work in customer service and cleaning department they fix but not cleaning the room the bed is bad

The price was something I liked. The person I spoke with the day I checked in was Jasmine. Appreciate her looking out for me.

Carpet smells bad, too old. It was an emergency stay. I was put in the back of the complex. Drug dealers running all around all night. Not safe at all. It was about as safe as sleeping in my car in that area. Went to get coffee, seemed quite at that time. Front desk staff looked annoyed at me asking where to go for coffee. I’m sorry I’ve never been here. She had No smile, said it’s around the corner at the restaurant. Note’s posted were were astringent and also slightly rude. I just wanted coffee. No food in rooms nor could leave the area. Then why was there a microwave in my room. It also was older than the 80’s and made terrible noice and wouldn’t get my tv dinner . Why couldn’t I stay in the front? Why was I stuck in the back with obvious problems. I don’t want anyone to loose their job. But could be more friendly and understanding. No smoke detectors and I was scared to walk around bc it was dark. Phone didn’t work either when I tried the front desk. I’ll never stay there again, I’ll sleep in my car. After $80 , I realize that’s not much money but you should at least feel safe. When I checked in, the lady was nice. The ladies that were there when I checked out were just wow 😮

Room was disgusting. Sticky carpets. Nothing cleaned. Drains clogged (sink and toilet) cockroaches were also found. Hopefully we didn’t catch any disease or illness from this establishment.
3.3
Breakfast wasn’t a true breakfast, dead bugs in room, staff was friendly and polite, comfortable beds. Hotel wasn’t as shown in photos! Wasn’t worth the money, felt like I actually got ripped off…

We didn't end up staying. My husband is a double amputy and we have a small dog so when looking for a hotel we look for a handicap accessible room that is pet friendly and are always willing to pay the extra but they waited till we arrived.... hours late stuck behind an accident that they only have one or the other type of room but not both.

My family and I traveled over 400 miles for a family reunion. It’s not our first time and usually have a decent experience. However the first room I was given was dirty and still had other people’s belongings . So they moved me to another room that was clean however, roaches started to come out the wall. My sister and I slept in the same bed because of stains on the sheets . So a two night stay turned into a one. I won’t be going back.
3.3
The bed was kinda hard, the water pressure is to week. And i seen a few roaches.

This location leaves a lot to be desired. We chose it because of the value and the promise of breakfast included. Breakfast was cereal, bread for toast, some fruit. The coffee was even lukewarm. The worst part was the juvenile roaches crawling in the breakfast area. Palmetto bugs are understandable in the Carolinas, german roaches, not so much.
The pool was nice but getting a wristband to wear for 2 days in order to enter the pool was bothersome, as we were in town for a funeral. At one point we were questioned by someone and I had to return to the room for the bands and he returned 3x to check to see if we had them.
There is a lot of upkeep that needs to be done on the hotel; stair treads are falling apart and dangerous, bathroom tiles are cracked, the ac unit was draining into the room, leaving the carpet wet.
Overall disappointed in the cleanliness and the treatment by the staff.

the website rooms was not the same when you you get there. dirty linning, mixmatch pillows and old. no closets to hang clothes, outside look like a place where undesirables may hang or come. we tried two room and did not stay.
3.3
The fact that young people hang around close to my car and the owner allows this to happen made me feel uncomfortable for much of the night. Never will return again.
3.3
Don’t stay here. Filthy. Unsafe. Blood on the wall, urine filled jar in the parking lot. Mold. Holes in the wall. Got stuck in a smoking room because I booked a pet friendly room. (Website described room as pet friendly).
3.3
It was convenient to the event i was attending. The first night there were people outside playing loud music and a dog downstairs barking till 3:00 in the morning.
3.3
The price was good, and the room was big. The room needed a tall mirror a nother night stand and lamps. And i love i can small they cleaned the room. The hole hotel need a up grade.
3.3
Easy checking. Very clean and spacious room. Quiet floor-3rd.
3.3
Mattresses need changing to the real thing!!!!
3.3
Nothing to like about this dirty noisy Motel. Frequented by hookers and day laborers paying with cash.
The front desk clerk is awful, can barely talk and when she does she is unintelligible.
3.3
Family Room big
3.3
Absolutely disgusting. In need of major renovations and updates. Not to even mention cleanliness and basic sanitation of rooms.
3.3
Jasmine was very nice and helpful during check-in. Jasmine also help me with finding places to dine while in town. A nice, clean and quiet place to rest after work. Fishing in the back if hotel was a great plus. Pool was closed due to county regulations changes, but they are working on fixing the issue.

The Red Carpet Inn was the last stop on our three-week trip through the southeast USA. The first room that was assigned to us was being remodeled. When I went back to the office to let the clerk know, she cheerfully assigned us to a different room. There was other work being done around the property, so we didn't stay there very long. My wife left her computer tablet in the first room that we were assigned to. She didn't realize it until the next day and she couldn't remember where she might have lost it. When we checked out, we asked if a tablet had been turned in. We were advised by the desk clerk that none had been turned in. After we returned home, we received a phone call from the property asking if we had been assigned to room 115. I answered that, yes, we had been assigned to that room, but it was being remodeled. The clerk then asked if we were missing anything. I answered affirmatively that we were missing a computer tablet. One of the workers had discovered it in the room that was being remodeled and turned it in at the office. The clerk offered to mail it to us and I offered to reimburse the property for the shipping. Although this wasn't the fanciest property that we stayed in during our trip, we sincerely appreciate the honesty and professionalism of the staff personnel who tracked us down and returned the tablet. Well done to all!

We had a dog, it was a good place to stay. Friendly customer service. Dog Park next to it. It wasn’t a bad stay
3.3
Stay here for work and it is perfect for a no frills hotel.

They have done a great job with the remodeling the hotel. It's been a very long time since I stayed on this site. But with all the improvements they also let the TV choices fall by the way side. It's really a shame that neither the cable or satellite companies won't give the local hotels a decent deal. That's the only short coming I had with hotel

Smoking rooms!
3.3
It was two roach and the room last time staying there and cigarettes burn n the comforter sheets and bathroom door was broken so had lift up to close the door
3.3
Do not stay at this place. The room was filthy and it was clear the bed sheets hadn't been changed - the bed had simply been remade after the last guest. It didn't meet the minimum standards of a hotel stay: a clean room with fresh sheet. Horrible!
3.3
I arrived to multiple people in the courtyard with their few belongings - previous "long term" guests that had been put out. The police were called to have them removed because they continued to make a ruckus well past midnight. The hotel appears to be for long term guests either on their way to rock bottom or making their way back up from there. I don't recommend it for a business trip.
