Top marks the host was amazing nice and friendly. Perfect bang for buck for a night stay. Not the newest or flashest on the block but he is charging reasonable rates for what it is. Its clean, its tidy, its quite and thats all you can ask for. A

We have stayed there two times. Once in July and then in August. It’s a small nice place. Not fancy but, it’s really nice. I booked on line and the price was great.

Booked at this location on a trip home from Chicago. The property was rustic but comfortable and served as a one-night stop adequately. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Newly renovated motel. Bed was great. Rooms need little tweeks like a towel bar by the bathroom sink and lamps on night tables but it is a wonderful work in progress for an amazing price.

The hotel is older, but has been kept up well. The room was clean and comfortable. It has a compact, simple layout that suits my wife and I perfectly. The owners and their staff are always friendly and helpful, and they are part of the reason that we keep coming back. The location is convenient, providing us easy access to any part of Toledo or the surrounding area that we require. There is an excellent Lebanese restaurant across the road and an equally good Mexican restaurant less than a block from the hotel. Overall, it is our favorite place to stay while in Toldedo.

The room was clean and staff was friendly. We were given 2 complimentary water bottles. The bahroom did not smell great, likely because the shower curtain had not been properly cleaned. There is a breakfast/dinner restaurant almost across the street from it.

Nice service, kind staff. Room was very clean. Hotel needs some updating but it’s a worth it for the very affordable price. There’s a beautiful park not far from it.

Truly an excellent stay--outstanding courtesy by kind, accommodating staff. Great comfortable bed. Motel is set back from road, reasonably quiet. Very clean with modern room interior and bathroom. Fridge and microwave. One of my favorite places to stay.

You DONOT get ANY Sleep! Very Noisy, motorcycle bar across street & they zoom around motel at all hours 2am,5:30am& ALL day & nite! Office door slams 24/7 by everyone! Including staff, even after I asked for them to fix it, they did for a few hours only, then back to slamming 8:30 am -1pm I Do NOT Recommend!! Bar people show up 2-3am & party loudly, music blaring all nite then door slamming, both nites/days! Door was shot up & window has bullet hole! There's a gap at door frame as it was busted down & no trim put backup so it's like a window opened & hear busy street noise 24/7! Office guy was nice but only got partiers to slightly lower music volumn. Then office calls & wakes you up when you finally fall asleep at 11:30am?? Both days! It's Absurd! Don't go here!!

I had requested a first floor room at this motel due to my recent knee surgery and pulled in to check in. The gentlemen from the office were standing in a parking spot next to the office and stepped aside so I could pull in. I went in and identified myself and they had my reservation ready--I was assigned the room next to the office where they had, in effect, been saving my parking spot! Very kind people and a wonderful room where I had an exceptional night's sleep. Everything worked although the wifi was a bit slow. I was sad to leave this place but when I did, management was outside greeting guests and thanking them for their visit. Quite a high standard of comfort and hospitality here--I will make a point of returning whenever I'm in the area.

Ease of parking, outside looked fine, inside of room mostly ok except lighting could be better. One ceiling light was out, lights beside bed only operated by light switch at DOOR. NO outlet on one side of bed (wife needed outlet for CPac machine, I needed one for radio & phone charger.

Check in was simple, the staff were kind and helpful, the room was clean, and they even provide nice toilet paper in a bathroom that gets good, hot water. No frills, but that's what I expected. The downside is that we could hear airplanes, trains, and street traffic pretty clearly all night, so maybe not for you if you're a light sleeper. Also, the mattress and pillows were super firm, so this will be better for those with that preference.

I always worry when I find a non-chain motel with incredibly low rates. However, I decided to give this one a try. What a wonderful hidden gem! The service was wonderful. We got in late and there were no issues checking in at 11 pm. The room was very clean, the mattress was extremely comfortable, and the shower was amazing! The location was perfect. I felt completely safe in the area. We were within 15 minutes of downtown and pretty much anywhere else we went. We are booked again for a trip to Toledo next month.

No Frills Motel, the bed was clean and comfy. The room itself looked like it was put together by Dr Frankenstein. Lots of parts thrown together in odd places. All that said, it was well located and we had a pleasant stay.

This was a good, clean, conveniently located, inexpensive hotel room. The staff were very friendly. Only downside the air freshner was over powering. The staff removed it, however 2 days later, when I checked out the room was still strongly "perfumed" with the air freshner. Maybe they can find a more neutral airfreshner.

Well, it was 1/3 the price of where the rest of the team stayed 2 miles away. And we slept just as well. For someone like us just needing a place to sleep, it worked well. Clean, functional and didn’t miss anything

It was good stay clean,well kept and nice owner's we would go back there if we ever had to stay again the only down fall was we like coffee in the morning wish there was coffee pot in room's and trash can in bathroom but i would recommend this place to anyone that needs to stay in that area !

I really wanted to give this place a raving review but I just can’t. Owners were very kind when I arrived, offered me a bottle of water and got me checked in quickly. For the price, I didn’t expect anything fancy but I also didn’t expect peeling paint, blankets with holes, or windows that let every bit of cold air through. I was going to let all of that go and just be happy that I got a cheap room that was clean, until the morning we were leaving. Check out time was 11:00am. At 10:30am, while I was packing up and making sure the room was clean, all trash was thrown away, the owner called up to the room and told me it was 10:30 and checkout time is 11. I could understand a reminder call if it was 11 and they hadn’t heard from me. I quickly finished packing and opened the door to leave. As I was walking down the stairs I saw a strange man staring at me and watching me walk down the stairs. This guy made me and my husband feel very uncomfortable. We had no idea who this guy was that was watching us leave. Turns out it was the guy that cleans the rooms. Ok, great, they have someone that cleans the rooms. What upset me was they were basically pushing us out before it was even checkout time. Bottom line, the room was clean, bed was uncomfortable, and these people are highly unprofessional.
