The location is okay

I booked online. When I checked in they told me the card that I used to book online was not accepted. I gave them another card and card A they charge the full amount and then card B they put the deposit on. The front desk staff came with me to my room to check if everything was okay which I thought was odd that's never happened to me before... they entered the room before I did. Then called less than an hour later to make sure everything is ok. I checked out a day early because it was hard to breathe in the room there was so much dust coming from the filter of the air conditioner that it was asthma triggering. The cleaning staff had inappropriate music playing loud enough to hear through the doors. Front desk staff was hard to find during the weekend. A slew of young children "ding dong ditched" my room multiple times during the late night. Very strong marijuana smell from other guests. During checkout card A AND card B were charged TWICE with two different amounts on both cards. I have yet to get refunded OR my money back for any of it. I've spoken to two staff members.no one can help me. Never again.

Mediocre at best

The proximity to where we needed to be, and the breakfast was okay.

The hotel was mediocre at best. It had an odd smell everywhere, the bedding was scratchy, there was little to no water pressure when we showered. The breakfast was what you would expect for a value hotel. Even though it was just $3, I thought that charging for parking was a little ridiculous, especially since there are other hotels in the vicinity that don't. Seems like a way to nickel and dime the customers.

Hardly slept due to uncomfortable bed

Very clean, large rooms, friendly staff

Bed was extremely uncomfortable and kitchen staff ordered us to use hand sanitizer before coming in to look at breakfast. It wasn't really a problem, just kind of odd to be ordered around by a stranger. We did not end up eating the breakfast and instead went somewhere else.

Until some improvements have been made, I don’t think I’ll stay here again

I was in town visiting for a family reunion and from the expressway it was a little difficult locating the hotel because they do not have a sign on the outside of the actual hotel itself. The location is good, but I think they should at least put a sign out for people who can’t find it.

The ice machine was broken and The pool was not working…. In the summer. We were locked out of our room twice because the keypad was deactivated and the breakfast was mediocre.

Bad

Terrible customer service from the manager! After checking out, I noticed that I was charged a pet fee when my plus one was a HUMAN! I left 5 messages with the manager and she refused to call me back, much less refund the fee. There's not much I can do at this point other than write to corporate AND leave a review that reflects her lack of customer service. Side note: they had the worst coffee I've ever had in my life. Thankfully, Panera Bread was down the street in walking distance. I have family near Maumee, so I'll be back in the area. I won't be staying here again. I strongly recommend you review your bill (emailed to you) before you leave the premises.

Comfortable

The bed, that was the best sleep I’ve ever gotten away from home, I need to know what kind of mattress they have.

I wasn’t able to find a staff member at checkout, there was a sign saying they were busy, and a basket for keys but that didn’t seem very secure so I did mobile checkout and left me keys in the room. Everything worked out fine with it but I had a few questions and was surprised there wasn’t more than one staff person for such a busy time of day

Happy with stay. Would visit again

It was close to testing location. The staff encountered were friendly especially the breakfast staff. The room we had was comfortable.

Comfy beds clean rooms and bathrooms. Hot breakfast was pretty good.

The pool was down the whole stay. We always book hotels based on two things :pool and hot breakfast. When you are taking kids and they know there is a pool but it isn't working it disappointing.

This place was pretty convenient to everything. About 20 minutes to downtown but everything else is very accessible. I

Affordable stay good for a night

The room itself was clean, beds comfortable and AC was great. Everything was stocked nicely.

The bathroom smelled like sewage I am not sure if it was the water or pipes? But it was unpleasant in there. Continental breakfast was OK, hot food was not that great.
