We stayed at this property because of its proximity to the Amtrak station. It was right across the street. The hotel was very clean and modern. Close to the football and baseball stadium. Staff was very friendly and the cocktail hour and breakfast were good. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning on going to Seattle.

Good location attentive to needs

Upgraded to a Suite, the suite had nothing in it, no wine/ glassware, no ice bucket, no water. Despite repeated attempts to have them brought to room, it took till 7:00 pm to get them. We were in room at 11:00. Lame excuses for the poor service.
4.6
If you are in town for a football or baseball game, there is no better place to stay in Seattle.
4.6
Good stay, quiet, very good restaurant meals.
4.6
Great stay in Seattle, especially its amazing location just feet away from Lumen Field
4.6
Definitely not inexpensive but worth every penny. Friendly service at all points. Fun location. Clean, roomy, and comfy.

FRONT DESK PERSONNEL BOTH CHECKING IN AND CHECKING OUT WERE VERY PLEASANT AND COMPETENT

Was worried about how much the room cost for a single night, but it came with a complimentary alcoholic drink during happy hour, amazing breakfast, and was within walking distance of T-Mobile field. The beds were nice as well.
4.6
Great location for attending Mariner games. Room was a little funky as we had two beds in one room and the 'Living' area had a hideawy bed. Light switches were hidden and no place to sit all three of us to visit.
4.6
The inside of the building was beautiful but the room description is deceptive. I chose this property because it said 2 rooms 2 queen beds. It is my fault for not looking through the pictures to see "2 rooms" meant the living area and one bedroom. But the beds we only full size. They were not Queen size.
I also chose this property to use the spa. Upon checking in, the clerk told the guests in front of me all the details about where everything is and informed them the spa was broken. She gave me non of this information. I only knew because I heard her talking to them. Had I been not heard, I would not have known about the spa nor about the observation deck or the location of the pool.
You also pay $60 to park in the hotel garage. You do not get a guest discount nor is the cost worked into the cost of your room.
The breakfast was great. Dining room staff were also welcoming. The place is beautiful overall but I was disappointed to spend $750 for one night plus parking and have full size beds and no spa. I have stayed in other nice hotels in Seattle and was never treated like I didn't belong or wasn't welcome nor was there deceptive advertising (outright lying) in the room features. I don't think I will stay at this hotel again.

Room wasn't clean. Washcloth in shower. Cookies in kitchenette. Sofa bed had used linens foled inside.

Very helpful staff. Arrived early and our room was ready.
4.6
Great customer service. Wish i would have known the area a little better. Corner street view is definitely not worth the extra money in that area.

Great hotel, highly recommended

Enjoyed short walk to T-Mobile Stadium, the pool and breakfast.

Staff was very nice! Hotel had a policy of a $35 early check in fee. Didn’t find that very hospitable, but they ultimately waved it. Great location, nice view!
4.6
We could walk from the hotel to the waterfront, Chinatown and all of the downtown core. Beautiful city views too!

We loved our stay here. We spent four nights and five days in one of the family suites. My kids loved the pool. We loved that there were so many food options close by. We were always able to get a cab or an Uber. It’s in such a wonderful location. We saw a Mariners game and walked. The staff were all A and amazing. Our only thing we didn’t love was the breakfast that came with the room. However, it was free so how can you complain. We ended up just eating in other restaurants for the rest of the days. Thanks for a great stay!

Had a excellent time at The Embassy would be coming back to stay again in this wonderful hotel

Breakfast and happy hour were so convenient. City shuttle stop right out door, perfect. So close to public transportation and so easy to take the transit to and from airport. Perfect location for our time in Seattle.

I stayed here for a holiday weekend, and all I can say is that it was close to the venue of the concert we went to. The parking garage wasn't marked for the hotel, and it was confusing to get in and make sure we were in the correct place. I left something valuable to me behind and realized within hours of leaving, and called them. Yes I know it was my fault, but after literally weeks of going back and forth with various staff members, I got nowhere. Someone at this hotel took my belongings instead of turning it in. Very disappointing for the amount we paid to stay here. It was a decent hotel, but not worth what we paid, orher than the location.

No problems

Fantastic location for sporting events?

The furniture in the room had stains. Shower was not cleaned all the way. Cleaners wanted to clean the room before we even checked out. The front desk at check out did know process what needs to be done.

Incredible place to stay. Very clean rooms. Great location.
4.6
Great stay. Friendly/professional staff at a location that was convenient for our stay.
4.6
Great complimentary breakfast and free drinks at 5:00 everyday. Great atmosphere.
4.6
Our family usually stays at four or five star hotels. This is one of the best because when our budget allows in any city, we stay at Embassy suites when we can. This Visit did not disappoint.

Fantastic location and wonderful service!

Property was great.
Was told that I could park there and go to the baseball before I spent the night but they sold out the parking garage to event parking.
Really, really inconvenient to guests. They should have told me when I called!

Our stay was off to a rough start when we were told we would have to change rooms the next day. When I added the extra night two weeks prior was told several times we would have same room for our entire stay. Staff at front tried to resolve issue giving us a later check out but still pain to pack up and move. We had a member with back issues and requested extra pillows we never received, but it was late so we rolled up some sweatshirts. The fridge in the room froze everything we put in it no matter how much we turned it down and the tv paused then glitched every 5-10 seconds. We were moved to a handicap accessible room and the roll in shower leaked water with a very slick floor when it got wet with soap/conditioner. We had to lay down several towels to control the water running out under the curtain.
These are all small things I admit but when you are playing a premium price you expect a premium stay. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. Was packed with limited seating so one of our party stood while we quickly ate.
We have stayed here several times and typically they are 5/5 stars but this time they missed the mark.

Very nice hotel close to the football and baseball stadiums. Thirteen coins restaurant next door and just across the street from Amtrak. We took the train to Seattle to see a Mariners game. Our room was lively and the included breakfast was great.
4.6
Perfect location and walking distance to the ferry, restaurants and shopping centers. The gym and pool were great and clean. I would highly recommend their studio room and the city view.

Next door to Lumen Field

Great location nice perks like drinks, breakfast and snacks.

The pool and hot tub water was so dirty you couldn’t see through it, as it was too murky.
We couldn’t park in their parkade because we had a cargo carrier on top and they gave no help or information about where we could park
It is close to T-Mobile park and they had a free shuttle to the piers which was nice
