Very nice property. I’m glad Hilton keeps to a standard of quality service and pride in the facilities. My stay was very comfortable.
Other hotel have been quality in NAME only, and I’ll never stay at those hotel chains again.

Lots of great things about this hotel-it was clean, staff was friendly, close to lots of places, safe, and had everything we needed-plus side, they had a pool for the kids. We were told that they would text us when our room was ready, but we did not receive one, but was able to check in 4 min early.
Their parking garage does charge $60 per night, but I feel like the $353+ per night and a parking garage fee of $60 is a lot.
I appreciated the free drink that evening and free breakfast the next morning, but Seattle is getting expensive.

Chose to stay at here due to the close proximity to the Conan Gray venue. The concert was a birthday gift for my niece. Upon arrival we were advised we had been provided an upgrade of our room as they felt we would be more comfortable. "More comfortable" was an understatement! Thouroughly enjoyed and appreciated our stay. The staff were kind and caring, always quick to offer information or assistance.

We stayed at this property because of its proximity to the Amtrak station. It was right across the street. The hotel was very clean and modern. Close to the football and baseball stadium. Staff was very friendly and the cocktail hour and breakfast were good. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning on going to Seattle.

Good location attentive to needs

Upgraded to a Suite, the suite had nothing in it, no wine/ glassware, no ice bucket, no water. Despite repeated attempts to have them brought to room, it took till 7:00 pm to get them. We were in room at 11:00. Lame excuses for the poor service.

If you are in town for a football or baseball game, there is no better place to stay in Seattle.

Definitely not inexpensive but worth every penny. Friendly service at all points. Fun location. Clean, roomy, and comfy.

FRONT DESK PERSONNEL BOTH CHECKING IN AND CHECKING OUT WERE VERY PLEASANT AND COMPETENT

Was worried about how much the room cost for a single night, but it came with a complimentary alcoholic drink during happy hour, amazing breakfast, and was within walking distance of T-Mobile field. The beds were nice as well.

Great location for attending Mariner games. Room was a little funky as we had two beds in one room and the 'Living' area had a hideawy bed. Light switches were hidden and no place to sit all three of us to visit.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub were relaxing. Easy, safe walk to the T Mobile stadium. Looking forward to staying there again.

Great property and stay! Stayed there for the Def Leppard concert and celebrating our 22nd wedding anniversary. Easy walk to staduims and breakfast is great too! Love the evening reception and the fact that 13 Coins restaurant is onsite. The steak was fantastic!

This hotel exceeded our expectations, great place to stay!!

The inside of the building was beautiful but the room description is deceptive. I chose this property because it said 2 rooms 2 queen beds. It is my fault for not looking through the pictures to see "2 rooms" meant the living area and one bedroom. But the beds we only full size. They were not Queen size.
I also chose this property to use the spa. Upon checking in, the clerk told the guests in front of me all the details about where everything is and informed them the spa was broken. She gave me non of this information. I only knew because I heard her talking to them. Had I been not heard, I would not have known about the spa nor about the observation deck or the location of the pool.
You also pay $60 to park in the hotel garage. You do not get a guest discount nor is the cost worked into the cost of your room.
The breakfast was great. Dining room staff were also welcoming. The place is beautiful overall but I was disappointed to spend $750 for one night plus parking and have full size beds and no spa. I have stayed in other nice hotels in Seattle and was never treated like I didn't belong or wasn't welcome nor was there deceptive advertising (outright lying) in the room features. I don't think I will stay at this hotel again.

The location of the hotel is perfect with the stadium directly behind the hotel you can stay and go see a game or a concert and walk straight to the venue. The hotel is also just a few short blocks to the water and its steps away from the train stration. Climb the stairs up and over the train tracks and you'll find yourself in Chinatown for the best Chinese food you can imagine. The hotel's staff are all wonderful, the room was clean, and the kids loved the little robot that delivered chocolates and bottles of water to welcome us to our room. The swimming pool is well maintained and clean and has a great view of the stadium and the skyline. Truly, the hotel was wonderful in all aspects and we really enjoyed our stay in Seattle and at the Embassy Suite Hotel.

Great check in. Reception hour was nice. Bartender had great service. Would be nice if they had 2, so line wouldn't have been so long. Breakfast was delicious. Love the custom made omelets and all of the variety of food.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It was beautiful, the views stunning and fully met my cleanliness criteria - and I set the bar high. The location was amazing right by the stadium and had easy access to downtown and all the highways. Although I wasn’t enamored with the in-building restaurant, there were plenty of options within walking distance. I will definitely be staying here again and would highly recommend it to others.

Great customer service. Wish i would have known the area a little better. Corner street view is definitely not worth the extra money in that area.

Staff was very nice! Hotel had a policy of a $35 early check in fee. Didn’t find that very hospitable, but they ultimately waved it. Great location, nice view!

Enjoyed short walk to T-Mobile Stadium, the pool and breakfast.

We could walk from the hotel to the waterfront, Chinatown and all of the downtown core. Beautiful city views too!

We loved our stay here. We spent four nights and five days in one of the family suites. My kids loved the pool. We loved that there were so many food options close by. We were always able to get a cab or an Uber. It’s in such a wonderful location. We saw a Mariners game and walked. The staff were all A and amazing. Our only thing we didn’t love was the breakfast that came with the room. However, it was free so how can you complain. We ended up just eating in other restaurants for the rest of the days. Thanks for a great stay!
