Their club level is perfect and convenient, drinks & snacks easily accessible, and someone was cleaning/arranging each time (4) I went in there! The lobby atmosphere so festive and beautiful, but I missed the gingerbread village since it was very busy! Next year!

One of the towers had four elevators, but two appeared to be out of order, and another was not in operation. Everyone was inconvenienced while waiting for the elevators, and the response to the issue was not prompt. Despite a large conference happening nearby with many attendees, it didn’t seem like they were particularly concerned about the situation.
However, the friendly and thorough housekeeping made the stay enjoyable.

Grand Sheraton is a great central place to stay in downtown Seattle. Don’t love the new destination fee.

Overall stay was great. Very close proximity to everything. We were disappointed that the pool was closed and we were not informed at booking or check in. That was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.

A typical chain hotel. I chose it for location. We walked from the Link (airport train ), car rental 3 days later and ferry.

Good luck getting any quiet in this hotel. After paying a whopping $65 a night just to park the car here, your night continuously is bombarded by slamming doors and loud voices through thin walls. As busy and hectic of a city as downtown Seattle is, it's quite surprising you don't have a room to get some peace and quiet to get away from it all.
When I said "Slamming Doors" it is literally impossible to quietly shut your door, so it wasn't the guests making the noise so much as the design of the rooms.
As far as my Dirty rating is concerned, the housekeepers come into your room and empty the trash - they don't make the bed, they don't refill the bathroom items, they don't do anything other than take the trash out. I have never seen a hotel do so little for it's customers before.
Don't worry, I'm sure their "travelers fee", incredibly high parking fees, and other random unexpected charges justify the already high prices...but for me I just did not see it. Definitely will not stay here again and will be apprehensive to book every time I see a similar named hotel in another city.

While I do not like Seattle in general, the hotel was nice.

The pillows are terrible. Beds are not as comfortable as they used to be. Key cards never work for the club lounge. It used to be that Sheraton was the nicest place to stay. It just seems like things are run down and room service comes in a box and with the condensation it’s soggy. Wish they would go back to plates and carts. The new way is the lazy way.

The hotel was great! Met by very hospitable staff. The location was central to everything. Loved our stay.
Would stay there again.
Seattle itself has a huge homeless and opioid problem I was not aware of. That was tough to navigate due to feeling unsafe.however there was a strong police presence and street ambassadors that gave a feeling of public safety.
