Very friendly staff and a nice clean room in a convenient location. Be aware that the hotel is separate from the restaurant La Pêcherie which is where you go to the check-in. It’s very close though, so no problem.
Comfortable bed and room. It’s a shame we couldn’t stay longer and explore Courselles sur Mer more.
There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room which was a shame. But other than that small thing, I would recommend!

This is a group of hotels, and the one we stayed in was “Les 5 Ruches.” It’s a new building, gated off with a private drive. New rooms with completely modern bathrooms. Nice and attentive staff who navigated my complete inability to speak French. Excellent continental breakfast (with what I can only describe as “crème,” because it was crème brûlée without the burnt sugar coating, it was awesome!). Multiple really good restaurants and the “downtown” area of Courselles Sur Met right down the street. Highly recommend!

Complicated check in process. Room said it was non-smoking, but smelled of smoke despite opening window. Very steep steps. Very small bed pillows.

We had three of the little casitas in the back, very nice, limited amenities and no A/C, no Kleenex, no washcloths. Shower difficult to use. Breakfast at the restaurant (included) is very limited, breads, cut fruit, coffee and juice. Great location, walk to everything!

It was a challenge to check in, be sure to read all of the information on this hotel as check in is at a restaurant.
It would be nice to be provided some coffee within the room as well as a small fridge.
We were the only ones booked in the facility while we were there so it was very quiet. We did not need to drive the entire time we were there which is a plus!

Very nice rooms. Small but complete. Private parking. Loved it.

Excellent hotel and superb staff! Very clean and modern.
The restaurant is also amazing. Likely the best one in the town.
Read instructions on check in carefully. Would stay there again for sure.

We are a family of 5 who had 3 nights. We were lodged in the "Ataliet". 3 beds were on the 1st floor. There were neither windows nor escape routes in case of fire. The temperature was 28+. The toilet was so small that it was difficult to close the door. The bath is actually ok - but very small. All in all a bad experience where our complaint was rejected with French arrogance and indifference as you remember from Paris in the 70s.

We would use again

Our stay was great, very close to Juno Beach. I am glad I read the reviews.....we would have never found the reception, which was on another street, had I not read the reviews.

Hard to find since it was on a separate building. However it was a quaint place when we did find it

We stayed 6 nights in 2 adjacent rooms at Le Manoir. The rooms were adjacent in the courtyard. They were spacious, clean & modern. The only thing lacking was air-conditioning as we stayed during the heatwave.
Unfortunately when we came to check out, the receptionist (Ilona) advised us that the local tax was not 1 Euro per adult as Expedia had stated, but 2,30 per person, per night including children. We disputed this, but she was adamant & insisted we pay 55 Euros.
I have since checked & discovered that the tax is not applicable to children, so she blatantly defrauded us. I have since e-mailed the 'proprietaire', M Berthaud, but he has declined to reply.
It's a shame as we would have returned to Le Manoir, but I resent being ripped off in this manner.
Fair play to Expedia, they have refunded us the tax & been very helpful - more than I can say about the staff at La Pecherie.

Check in was a bit confusing since you don't check in at hotel location. But once that was understood, we found ourselves in a great 2 story unit for our party of 3. Walking distance to lots of good restaurants, including the hotels, La Pecherie. Limited English with staff, but don't let that deter you. They were very nice.No AC in room, but fan provided for upstairs. Could use one downstairs too. But the evenings cool things off nicely. Was our best night of sleep. WiFi could be better, btw. Really, was just a nice find in a cute town. Nice Friday markets too.

The reception is not at the location of the room, nor is the breakfast. You must be able to climb quite the number of stairs for certain rooms. Nice room and showering facility. The staff at reception could be a little friendlier.

Too small, too noisy and the staff member we met was rude. Not worse 120 euros.

The property was very good even though the room was in a different building from reception and breakfast. Very clean and comfortable. They even have a family room that has seperate bedrooms for parents and kids in the same accomodation. Very efficient check-in. The area around the hotel is beautiful... Fresh sea air. Breakfast was delicious and included. Very close to Juno Beach.

I was never told where to check in? I didn't realize I had to go to the restaurant.

A great, modern room in the centre of town. Just what we were looking for.
