We absolutely loved this unique property. We felt like we were sent back in time. The furnishings and home were beautiful. We walked to town for music and drinks. It was a great stop between Devil's Lake and Wisconsin Dells. The owners were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. We would totally recommend a stay here.

We had an amazing stay. Everything was perfect and the hosts were very nice and pleasant people to talk to. The property has a lot of character and you feel to be back in time. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed very comfortable. We will be back.

One of the Ringling Bros owned this house so it was historical. I wanted to see the elephants at Circus World before they "retire" at the end of the season. Shopping around the square was fun. We live in a rural area where grocery shopping is about the limit. It was a great get-away.

Quaint antique home. our room was small and painted dark gray. The lovely bed creaked. The portable air conditioner cooled well but was loud. The modern bath was ideal. the breakfast was formal and did not serve eggs. an interesting experience from the past.

Starting at the property was a great experience. Enjoyed the ambience of staying in an old mansion. The bed was comfortable and we were mostly left alone to our own thing. Was surprised to see a circus band playing in the yard one afternoon. Great experience!

Enjoyed my stay at Ringling House very much. Decor in the room was lovely. Air conditioned comfort, very nice breakfast, very friendly staff. Entrance door is a little hard to open, other than that, very fully enjoyed the stay!

The location was perfect and the home is beautiful from the outside. Check in was easy and safe. We were disappointed by the room. Everything in the room was worn and looked a bit ragged. We had the choice to eat breakfast in the room or in the dining room. For safety reasons related to COVID, we ate in the room. The food was hot, but was just OK. Our stay was fine, not worth the money. I won't be staying here again.

Stuart and his partner were awesome! Such a lovely historic home with a rich history! We had the room with the jetted tub, it did not disappoint! The tub was fabulous! Stuart was very knowledgeable about the history of the house along with Ringling history. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait until we can come back for another stay!

The property is very quaint and picturesque. It's also conveniently located. However, the rooms are smaller than they look and the AC unit is inadequate for August weather. I'm sure it would be much better during mild temperatures. The bed was uncomfortable too. We ended up cancelling our reservation.

We went back there this year after a good experience last year, but this time they totally dropped the ball. We did not feel welcome at all, more like a nuisance. They got breakfast orders mixed up with another room, and expected us to eat a breakfast meant for someone else, it had been sitting out on the porch for several hours. For all we know s.o. could have eaten part of it, used the utensils or cups - not too crazy about that in a pandemic! They did not even apologize or make it up to us in any way.

The hosts were very accommodating and were super welcoming. They love to talk about the history of the Ringling family! The house is spectacular to look at inside and out and the breakfast...perfectly delicious!! I can’t wait to return!!
