Hotel is very old and outdated, The elevators didn't work most of the time (People actually got stuck in the elevator while we were there). Getting to our room on the 8th floor was horrible. The heating and cooling is from the 90s. The wallpaper was coming off all over the place. All the furniture (beds, chairs, tables) are very old and uncomfortable. The rooms don't have a kitchenette, or minifridge. The bathroom was very small.

Junk room. We couldn’t even shower the faucet just trickled straight down out of only three little holes. The bathroom faucet leaked and made blub sounds with every drop. Pillows were destroyed. No blankets on beds, just sheets. Our room was below a parking garage so every car that drove over head felt like a rocket taking off! Never staying again!!

This was the absolute worst hotel room I have ever slept in! It was stained carpet. It looks like it was under construction and they just threw a bed in the room? It smelled it was loud. The bed felt like it was in storage for years it was the absolute worst stay ever! The Janky elevator was super scary to ride on taking it from the fourth floor to the really unsafe parking garage that we were told was patrolled by security and security cameras that didn’t look like they’ve worked since the 80s! And finally, there was no extra lock on the door. Stay away from this hotel!

This room was pretty bad. It wasn’t dirty, but just blah and depressing. I guess they make the rooms that way so you don’t hang out in them and you go spend money gambling. Definitely not worth the price for what it was. There wasn’t even a coffee maker in the room. I stay in hotels 2 nights a week for work and this rates about a 1.5 out of 10 comparatively.

The place is outdated and looks dirty. The elevators were slow,dirty and looked rundown. The room carpert looked like hadn't been shampooed in years. The bed was uncomfortable. The shower water barley came out of the head. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain. No coffee pot or iron either. I wouldn't recommended staying. The only good thing was staff were friendly.

We had 2 rooms. One had a coutyard view the window had no screen so we couldn't leave it cracked without bugs coming in. The other room had a pool view with sliding door. When we opened the door there was a huge spider web that we had to clear off before we could go out. Floors were dirty and our shower door didn't shut. No fridge, microwave, coffee pot, basic things even a motel offer. Accomedations were mediocre, at best. The staff were all friendly and professional with each interaction.

We stayed for a night traveling to California. Upon check in, our keys did not work, had to return to desk to get new keys. Then we got into room, no towels, wash cloths, hand towels. Told they had a full hotel day before, got bath towels, but for the rest, come back in a few hours (and we called to front desk 2 hrs before with issue, no one showed up or feedback). Room was dated, but it worked for a night, but we would not return.

The place is old and needs remodeled. Only one out of four elevators worked and it sounded like it was on its last leg and the buttons for the floors were marked with a marker. 2 of the 3 ice machines that we tried were broke. The room didn't have a fridge and the ac didnt work just blew warm air.

The hotel is in a state of disrepair. Our first run had broken drapes, so couldn’t sleep at night the second room they gave us dirty, clean all the facilities really dirty. Had broken hand. Staff at the front desk were the worst we’ve ever experienced in our lives. It just didn’t seem to care. The only bright spot was very nice woman assisting us in VIP services. We also had a nice breakfast and the waiter was awesome. You know I stay again as there are so many other options. Cheers

Place is run down and in very poor condition. The rooms aren’t bad, but overall, a stay at this place is unsafe and not worth more than $50 a night at the very most. And by the way, book through a third party and you’ll pay just as much in fees to both companies combined, as the room is worth… I will not stay there again.

First of all the casino is clean and looks nice. It is when you go up the elevator to the rooms that are in desperate need of repair. The elevator was dirty and the wallpaper walking to your rooms is coming off. Second when we got our key and went up to the room. Walked in and there was peoples stuff in it. We immediately got out. Thank God, the people were in the room. We walked back downstairs to hotel reservations. And all the girls said was I am sorry.

This place just keeps getting worse. The elevator has been out of service for like 3 years now, the other one is slow and doesn't easily get to the top floors. The AC is crap, so the room is always warm. The bed was just two twin mattresses pushed together. Though the sheets were clean and staff was excellent about getting additional blankets. The show had two settings. Ice cold and scalding hot. The pool was insanely cold. The hot tub was nice and large enough to accommodate a lot of people The pool bar closed really early. The drinks at the casino bar are strong and made very well. Not too expensive either. A lot of cheap gaming options. The games they have are modern as well. Staff is polite and nice.

The elevator was a complete disaster. It seldom worked, and when it did you had to wait 15 minutes for it to arrive. The second elevator wasn't working at all. The ice machine on our floor, 6th, wasn't working which made for a long elevator ride just to get ice or go to the pool. The pool wasn't heated, ice cold.

Peeling wallpaper, a cockroach, and thread bare rugs. That sums it up. Oh, and the glaring spotlight shining into Tower window and sheets so thin they were barely usable anymore. You get one set of mismatched towels, no bath mat. The room is so sparse it's just odd. Top to bottom inside and out this hotel needs repairs and renovations! Won't see me here again until that happens.
