Dirty.

Nice bed.

Dirty. Dust on soap, and some plastic trash on the bathroom floor. Water in the shower came out yellow at first!

It's fine for being near the park, but the room isn't great.

The location was good.

Booking.com claimed that there was a kitchenette, but there was just a microwave and a refrigerator. The confusing part is that there is also a kitchen island in the pictures, but again, there is just a refrigerator and a microwave. There's not even a coffee maker or hot water pot in the room.

Good value!

Room seems pretty new with a nice woody modern interior, beds are comfortable, great shower too. Location was good, right in the middle of the town with lots of food options nearby.

I’d definitely stay again. The staff was friendly, the price was reasonable, and it’s a great location.

It was in the heart of everything Moab has to offer. It was a close drive to the national parks, and walking distance to some great restaurants.

It seems to be an older building that’s been renovated. With that in mind, you could clearly hear other guests walking around, talking etc.

It was close to downtown.

The rooms were small. And it was very noise.

No breakfast was included but there were many restaurants nearby.

We liked everything about this hotel. Lonny, the man at the front desk, was so very helpful and kind. Our room was very clean. The pool and jacuzzi were large and clean.

Very happy with the hotel. Would stay there again.

The room was very well appointed and maintained. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location is right downtown and easy to get to. It is a short block off the main street, so we didn't hear the traffic like we would in one of the hotels on the main street.

Small and very dated rooms that are not worth the expense

The location is great for visiting Moab and the nearby national parks. There was plenty of parking onsite.

Our room was small and very dated with few facilities. The room was extremely overpriced for what it is. No breakfast option.

very friendly front end staff. always professional and helpful. room was nice, a little small for the price but it’s M

toilet needs repaired. had to keep opening tank and resetting flapper to stop toilet from running. cleaning staff should notice that and fix. it could be costly if a guest doesn’t catch it.

We wouldn't stay here again.

Check in and out was easy.

There was no printer to print our boarding passes. The vending machine was out of many beverages. The coffee was terrible. There wasn't even a piece of fruit offered. We heard every step the occupant above our room walked. He sounded like Bigfoot.

Great location! Right next to downtown Moab! Loved it.

Room was extremely small. Probably the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in. It was the size of a Cruise ship cabin.
