Perfectly located hotel, really scenic. The aurora cabins are great, breakfast and dinner as well. For some reason, internet is only available in the main building. Staff is friendly and provides all necessary information. The sauna with lake view is definitely worth a visit!
4.6
Amazing place to stay and view the aurora. Breakfast was exceptional! Our upgraded cottage was quite expensive but we enjoyed watching the northern lights from the heated windows. We just wish there was a sliding glass door in the shower to avoid getting the toilet seat and whole toilet floor wet.
4.6
A wonderful resort VERY well done! Our “cottage” was perfect and the sauna a real bonus! The resturant and food was wonderful!
We appreciated the receptionist, her friendliness and even helping us redirect some of our trip after Nordkapp. The tall dark haired young man who served us supper was fun and charming - special thanks to both!

The room was clean and modern northern forest style. The bed was good as it was firm and supports your back. There is a minibar-sized fridge and a water boiler in the room. Breakfast was very good, there is a waffle iron and raw waffle dough you can use which is a fun detail. The place is located near lake Inari, and the view from the restaurant is great. There is also a sauna which you can book, although not for free. You can swin in the lake if you dare (cold for most tourists), the water is crystal clear and a sandy beach. A small minus from the room bathroom not having enough air circulation and a cold floor, which makes the bathroom not dry fast enough after a shower. Also, if the next room has noisy enough neighbors, you can hear them through the wall which is obviously not great.

We stayed the first two nights in one of the Aurora Cabins and then moved to a Panorama Chalet.
Both rooms have been extremely great just like the whole hotel.
Everything looks very great, the staff is super nice and we also enjoyed the food.
There are a lot of activities that can be booked directly via the hotel. We did the husky tour, the reindeer farm visit and the snowmobile tour and all of those activities had been just perfect.
You can reach Inari by foot and in winter you can also walk across the frozen lake.
At night time there is only a little light pollution so it‘s also a great place to see the aurora on clear nights.
We would totally recommend this place and will definitely be back!

The hotel is new and very typical. We had a wilderness room which was spacious, comfortable, clean and warm. However the bathroom, although new, seemed basic. I would appreciate a screen between shower and toilet, lack of screen means the toilet gets wet. The cleaning of the room is every other day. However we stayed three nights and the room was never made. I think to ask 25 euros for a WhatsApp message for the aurora alert is ridiculous, it should be complimentary. Food choice is reasonable but of very good quality.
Sauna needs to be booked but it is a very nice experience. I would add a water fountain rather than taking the water from the toilet
4.6
The Igloo room was a great idea; however, the execution was lackluster at best. The mattress was uncomfortable. The shower was very awkward and you can only take a 10 minute shower in a very small space. Also, no amenities like a nice shampoo, conditioner, or body lotion were provided.
4.6
Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel/cabins. The area is stunning and the staff is extremely helpful. Would stay here again.

Nice breakfast and the hotel restaurant

We visited this property in search of the northern lights. The location is ao well located we did not have to leave the hotele grounds. We saw a huge aurora display over the aurora cabins and the frozen lake directly behind the hotel. The food was amazing and we really enjoyed the husky ride we booked though the hotel. The staff were amazing throughout the hotel. All in all this trip provided everything we wanted and more. Would highly recommend.

nice, beautiful and comfortable.
The food in restaurant is great and delicious.

This place is incredibly beautiful. The restaurant was absolutely delicious and highly recommend.
4.6
The food was wonderful at the restaraunt. The views of the Northern Lights every night were amazing!
4.6
Beautiful place , and nice service minded workers all over.
4.6
Oh what a gem in the middle of nowhere! Great international feel, public areas look great. We had a chalet, great choise beeing on the road for a while to get your personal Sauna, a view to the lake. It all seemed quite newly built with the smell of thermally treated wood in the walls. Definitely will book again if I`m ever round here again. Great kitchen for a quality dinner too in the main building and a quality breakfast. Great job guys!
4.6
Really nice hotel. Reachable by car only? The floor in the bathroom gets wet when you have a shower - better shower walls would fix the problem.
4.6
Wonderfull place, good food, great location
4.6
The view in the restaurant over lnari lake is amazing. All are very friendly and helpful .
4.6
Stayed at the hotel during the winter and had a wonderful time.
The chalets are very modern, stylish, clean, and cozy (much better than in the pictures). The main hotel building is really cozy and the food was simple yet very well made and tasty.
The service was overall really friendly and catered to requests promptly.
Finally, the surroundings of the hotel are really beautiful. Walking over the frozen lake and snowmobiling to a campsite to see the northern lights were unforgettable experiences.
4.6
Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything I needed was available. I also liked that I didn’t have to have a set dinner time and that there was an ala carte meals available. I cannot wait to come back again.
4.6
Great hotel and buffets. Location is fabulous! However don’t expect much service and our room sauna doesn’t work properly and being remote there is nothing the hotel can do to fix it. So you can gamble on paying extra for the chalet without the proper facilities!
4.6
Wonderful place to spend a few days in beautiful Lapland.
4.6
Loved the lobby to enjoy a coffee or drink by the fire
Though the amenities in the room itself could benefit from being improved (heat that you can control yourself, wifi, mini fridge)
4.6
It is a beautiful place either to spend it with the family or on a honeymoon, highly recommended.
4.6
Great breakfast and dinner. Service staff very friendly. Only house keeping can be improved. Not very thorough cleaning of the room.
4.6
Beautiful buildings in amazing surrounding. Lovely staff and clean rooms. Liked the breakfast. Lake Inari is so captivating!
4.6
We loved staying at this hotel. Our room was pretty normal--clean and comfortable--but the breakfast and the sauna made the experience fantastic. It was so lovely to cool off in the lake and then warm up in the sauna with its lovely views of the lake. The breakfast was exceptionally good. The room was dark enough for us to sleep well, even when it stayed light all night!
4.6
We stayed for 2 nights in a hut with glass room to enjoy the midnight sun. Also great food at the location
4.6
Treat the guests like cattle
4.6
We were in this hotel for 3 days
1days for the normal room and 2 days for the igloo
1. The hygiene of the restaurant is awful
It's a tough time with Covid19, we all need to be extra cautious, while this hotel didnt try hard when the kids touch the food and cough next to the buffet bar. Some of the guest are not wearing a mask on when they take the food. The waiter were standing there and didnt stop the irresponsible guests.
We were at the restaurant entrance and waited their waiter to arrange the table for dinner. After 5 min when we were seated another waiter came and ask us which room are we from and he said next time wait for people to put you at the table...
And with your lack of communication and accuse without confirm in advance, it is really unacceptable
The attitude of the receptionist are also awful
We dont have our room cleaning when we go back to our igloo. And i went for the reception for house cleaning. The server said "ok...now you want house cleaning for your room" i paid hkd9000 for 2 night of Igloos and yes i expected clean towel and thats not the right attitude
Last but not least, the igloos is small and there is no wifi in the Igloos. Dont expect people would carry your luggage nor judge the service because of the price paid, it really doesnt worth it.

We spent 3 nights at the Wilderness Hotel. Overall it was a good experience but there is a lot of room for improvement. Amenities are not easily accessible, we dragged our bags in the cold but the hotel had no problem sending a car round at checkout time to tell us to leave (rude!). Super overpriced met with slow service at dinner. The location was good and strategic.
4.6
Place is located in peaceful and beautiful place in front of Inari lake. We watched the amazing Nothern light and sunrise from our igloo room. Very special unforgettable memory we had.
Staffs were friendly especially Jukka Mustonen in reception, he gave us trully useful advices for our journey to Norway. Thanks to him again. Recommend!!
4.6
I really loved the location, the cleanliness of the facility, the friendliness of the staff, the quality of the breakfast and dinner. It is an excellent property.
4.6
Nice location
4.6
Very nice resort. We stayed in one of the what looks like brand new cabins. Great location right at the lake. Very nice drinks and a good breakfast buffet. Probably the best hotel you would find in Inari!
4.6
Stayed three nights in "Aurora" cabin with glass roof. It was good for sleeping and evidently cool if there happens to be aurora in the sky. They have also log cabins and hotel rooms. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the interior made with taste.
Positive surprise was free sauna time each day, but small minus was some smell in the dre#in room. The sauna cabin has also glass roof and direct access to the lake.
4.6
One of the most stylish hotels in the Northern Finnish Lapland. Beautiful scenery, new and well-designed rooms / cottages and friendly staff. The restaurant also serves excellent food!
4.6
Great service and overall concept
4.6
The staff (especially the beard guy with glasses who is seated in the counter for tours) are rude and unwilling to help. I was being asked to read their catalogue for tour information and pricing while more humanized explaination was expected. In general, the experience was disappointing in a hotel with this level of charge.
4.6
The room was too cold, the heater not enough warm.
