The hotel is easy walking distance from the Yokohama railway station. (Note: the shinkansen trains stop at a different station much further away.) We also enjoyed visiting an excellent onsen located even closer than the station where we had a great time and enjoyed inexpensive meals too. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful but spoke little English; that's where Google Translate came in useful. We had two stays in the hotel. The first was in a regular double room which turned out to be very cramped. For the second stay, we paid extra to get a room with two beds and it was a larger room where we were much more comfortable. Both rooms included a fridge, an electric kettle and a trouser press. The TV provided only TV channels from Japan or pay-per-view movies in Japanese. The breakfast option gave us a choice of four meals, two with Japanese food and two in a western style. Unlimited soft drinks, tea and coffee came with the meals. We would happily stay again in this hotel if returning to Yokohama.

This area is bustling with activity, but it takes more than 5 minutes to get to the station. I thought that for the same price of 30,000 yen, I could have stayed somewhere closer to Yokohama Station. Considering this quality, I think you could stay at an APA Hotel for around 10,000 yen. It might be a holiday price, but 30,000 yen seemed too expensive to me. Breakfast cost about 2,000 yen each including tax, but I was surprised it was just a Matsunoya set meal. I don't think I'll stay here again.

I loved my room on the women only floor, which had a nice lounge where female customers could relax in the lounge wear and hotel slippers, make coffee/tea, do laundry, and read/work in a very quiet setting overlooking the town. The only complaint is not about the hotel itself, but the adjacent restaurant that offers breakfast to the hotel clients. I bought the meal tickets for the entire duration. The food was pretty decent, but the restaurant was so dirty, covered with dust. I had to dust it with a wet towel every single time. It got blacked every single morning. The restaurant should clean the air filter, too. It was absolutely aweful.

Great location close to Yokohama station, nearly new building, good sized room (for Japan) good bathroom and amenities. Walkable to several restaurant options near the hotel and inside Yokohama station with good shopping options nearby also. |Front desk staff and housekeeping staff very friendly and helpful. I'll visit again!

Stylish & comfortable hotel. Professional staff. Rooms were quiet & well appointed. Rooms smallish by western standards but room design is accomodating. (Lovely tub) Straightforward 15 minute walk to Yokohama Station Keikyu line has nontransfer service to Haneda 38 min)

This hotel is located a short walk to the station, next to a game center, a very large and extensive shopping area, as well as a beautiful bay view not far at all. The price on Expedia makes this an affordable stay for long term. Other hotels I've stayed at like " APA's" have had thin walls and mice. I was very happy that I never heard a single person besides room service, and there were no mice. I will more than likely stay here from now on when I visit japan. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

They somehow believed I am a male althought they copied my passport, already out of the question. But the room is well cleaned and comfortable. The surrounding is no good but walking distance to the station!

I had a great experience there. Friendly staff, very convenience location, very clea. It’s good for visiting Yokohama and business travel. If you want to stay a bigger room and I’m not sure if you like it. I had a big luggage and it was a little bit hard to open it. Other than that, there is no problem at all!

As a couple we stayed 10 days while our apartment we being readied. The hotel was convenient for Yokohama station, clean and comfortable. Like all Japanese hotel rooms, there wasn't much space, but the services and facilities worked well.

Everything was perfect in terms of the stay. However, there is too much wastege in terms of toiletries. We didn't take any of the items that were disposables. We counted 20 over items we just didn't need. Plastic that could be saved. Moving forward, we sincerely hope the hotel don't provide so many excessive items that guests don't need but take anyway. Let's all do our part for the environment!
