In a great location. Comfortable, spacious rooms and helpful stall.
Great stay

The hotel was wonderful, service, breakfast etc was great.
We were in 'accessible' room No 1 on the ground floor which only has limited natural daylight and a floor length window onto the side street so you cant open the voile curtain. It was fine for our two nights but would suggest staying in a different room. No kettle in the room either.
We would definitely recommend the hotel.

Lovely Boutique Hotel, in old town Gallipoli.
Well presented with very helpful staff.
We booked accessible rooms, but would look at alternatives in the hotel as they were on lowest floor, believe other rooms would be better.

Nice hotel and good breakfast however roof top terrace was lacking. They could’ve had a nice bar with food being served but there wasn’t anything available.

Great location in the heart of old city. We had a water view, the staff were fantastic and very helpful. Would recommend staying here!

First the very good: the welcome is warm and relaxed. The duty receptionist was great in giving us advice on where to eat locally and sorting drop off of/ pick up of luggage (you can drive into Old Town, but have to park outside of Old Town-ask for details/options). Hotel is nicely decorated and the upstairs bar/breakfast room with balcony has an enviable sea-view. Breakfast quality and variety is good and serving staff helpful. Room was a little disappointing: a bit concrete in feel (ours also had no view). Bed mattress wasn't the best and twins pushed together to make a double. Other rooms had sea views (not available at time of booking). Road noise in the morning as on the old town circular road, but expected given location. Would happily recommend, but I think worth paying for an upgraded room.

The welcome we received and the service we received was outstanding. The property is an excellent location with a lovely rooftop terrace for watching the sunset and having breakfast. Reception gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner and made the booking for us.
The room was comfortable, with the only negative being that the shower was very small.

Breakfast is horrible! We took our own luggage to our room on check-in. Roof-top terrace is miserable. Staff were friendly but felt more like a 3 star hotel at best.

The property itself is gorgeous and staff wonderful. The challenge we has was with finding parking (which I know is not the fault of the hotel, but did add to our check in experience) and the smell of the room was moldy. Thank you for the VIP perk bottle of wine in the room!!

Located on the island the hotel has a wonderful mix of classic décor and modern amenities. A great location for getting around and the breakfast of tasty pastries really set you up for the day, more so when taken on the roof. If you stay, make sure you grab a view of the sunset from the roof, probably one of the best in the city; unbelievably beautiful and romantic. The staff was so helpful, providing useful info and making bookings for the beach, and also took us to the train station when we were leaving. Highly recommend it, and would be my no1 choice if we ever go back to Gallipoli.

Classy hotel right on the sea front. Staff very helpful in all aspects. Excellent Breakfast which varied each day, held on the roof terrace when the weather permits. Beautifully decorated throughout.
Would have been nice to have a kettle for tea & coffee in the room, but this is not usually a feature in Italian hotels.

This is definitely a nice hotel with good rooms and very nice sea views. We were impressed that out "partial sea view" was basically uninterrupted from the balcony. The room is a little sparse in terms of décor but once you are settled it feels like home and is well appointed. The breakfast is very good and is served in the restaurant on the opposite side of the road....the staff at breakfast are really lovely.
On the negative side:
- The parking is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. There is no possibility to park on the small island on which the hotel is located. (plus point during low season at least there is free parking in the port area that can be availed of)
- The welcome from the reception staff left something to be desired.
- There is no open space available at this hotel.

Great location on the sunsetside of the old town. The hotel is very tastefully furnished and new. All the rooms are not great when it comes to view. The staff was very helpful and nice to us and gave us an upgrade. The breakfast was served in the restaurant across the street and was very good.

Great hotel, superb staff. Rooms are cool & funky. Amazing decor in hotel. Disappointed we didn’t get our gift of bottle of wine!

Wonderful place ideally located on the perimeter of the centro storico. The staff were super friendly and efficient, Sabrina particularly was lovely and very helpful. The hotel has been tastefully restored with lots of exposed stone and cellars. The only negative I would say is that our room was spacious and nicely appointed but lacked two comfortable chairs to sit in, this was very disappointing. The restaurant Il Bastione is only mediocre and I would suggest perhaps looking elsewhere to eat.
