DO NOT stay here. Domestic violence on camera not reported to police because it “wasn’t their business.” Blood and yellow stuff on sheets. Carpet so stained I couldn’t see original design. Mold in bathrooms. Drug activity in halls.

The room was mostly clean, other than a HUGE sticky stain on the floor next to the bed. (Probably VOMIT, from a previous guest.) there were hairs on the pillow case, of the HALF pillows! And the microwave had stuff splattered inside. Also, the Continental breakfast was closed an hour early, and it seemed like I inconvenienced the staff by asking for a cup of coffee, which I ended up making myself, after they told me to just get the stuff out.

Got to hotel 15 mins before 3 said check in isn’t until 3 and made us wait. Then three other people came in and said same thing. Got to room and it was so dirty and I had to pay a $50 deposit fee on top of my charge for this place! Holes in the walls, hair all over the place. Just completely disgusting. But it’s sold out everywhere and last hotel available. Plus pool was down due to maintenance. For paying $130 I’m so disappointed and a waste of money for us. Very disappointing.

The worst and dirtiest place I have ever set foot in. I was amazed. You can tell the carpets have never ever ever been washed. Stains everywhere in hallways and rooms. The pull out that we needed for 5 of us had old socks in it showing they never opened it and cleaned the sheets. The phone made me laugh hard. It was a phone shell, no insides so we couldn't call front desk. The bath tub was filled with mildew and mold and there was debris. When the toilet didn't work they moved us to a room with double beds. Same dirty floors and nasty bathroom. You can tell owners do not give a #### about cleaning. So there is no way they change sheets. Had to get a third room on next day and we checked the bed for bugs. Mattress was filled with dog hair. We put our clothes all over the bed and slept on our clothes. Fridges were dirty. Coffee machine smegma. Three of us went to another hotel to shower. I had to get through my work deadlines and pushed through. I have slept in cheap motels. A bottle of bleach goes a long way. Oh argument with employee and guest in lobby. Guest put blanket in bathtub. Employee was mad. Guest said, "you have to wash it anyways." Employee says, "no we dont wash the blankets everyday." Boy by. Stay away. For sure health department needs to shut them down. Disease will spread. Shame on Grand Rapids. This is what we will remember.

Booked online check in was at 3 advertise a piol and game room which have been unavailable for over a yr the walls han carpets were nasty and dirty also upon arrival had to pay another 50 we had blood on our carpet floor would not recommend to no one their breakfast they advertise is cereal and good luck with milk for that this place should not be advertising falsly lot of money for very unclean dirty place housekeeping wasn't any better would absolutely not recommend especially if you have children

Our room was given away. My wife and I wanted a King bed but were "upgraded" to Two queens. We were looking forward to sharing a big bed and instead were crammed into a smaller bed. Maybe they should have reached out to see if we wanted the "upgrade" before giving away our room. The front desk associate was absolutely useless, We called because the TV wasn't working. (i had to get it working) Our room phone didn't work and was never fixed . Also we found a turd in the elevator!! We once again informed the same front desk guy and he could care less. He said "someone will have it clean by morning" That is a bio-hazard, how lazy and careless can you be??

Arrived at hotel after hours individuals outside of establishment looked shady. More than one lady of the night prowling near lobby. I failed to mention that the showers appeared to have feces splatter. Couldn't shower instead I showered at a local gym. Attempting to check out receptionist was rude and apologetic. The bathroom was dirty. When we got there there was a long hair in the toilet, and little hairs in the sink. You could hear everything through the walls. There were stains on the floor in the hallways. Breakfast wasn’t great and they ran out of things.

I got to hotel late which didn't seem to be a problem I didn't turn on lights and fell right to sleep woke in morning to find what appears to be blood or other fluids all over the room and when I checked out and spook to management I couldn't even get a refund for the bad room or service the manager was rude miserable and called me and outright liar...have photos of broken shower, and stains...won't let me load them at the moment...

This hotel was very deceiving in the description as well as the pictures and that amenities available for use upon arrival before booking the room I asked if the pool is available after I've returned any of my son went up to the pool we found a notice that the pool was under maintenance and it's stay like that the whole time of our stay, the people at the front desk were very rude and nobody seemed to know what was going on or be able to help in any way they all just kept saying the man who would be in tomorrow and then the manager would not come in there would be lines of people at the front desk with complaints. Also there is no hot tub or spa whatever they listed it as. As well as the breakfast is really bad it's not even worth getting up for.

The staff was friendly however the building needs some major repair. The toilet seat was broken off one side, the sink faucet was loose, the tub faucet and handles had broken drywall around them, the carpet was threadbare, the air conditioner didn't work (even set at 60 it was still hot in the room. The main hallway was always dirty or had big puddles of water sitting in the middle of the floor. The room only had a half roll of toilet paper and one towel. The continental breakfast was almost gone by 8 am and completely gone by 9 when the hours were from 6-9, many guests came down and couldn't get anything to eat.

Hotel should close down! Pool was closed down. People were screaming and yelling in the hallways all night. Police were called in. They would not even grant an extended check out team even though screaming and banging went on well past z3:00 a.m. Despicable!!

The hotel had many "rules" that were not stated anywhere online. Had i known about these "rules" i would not have stayed here. The rooms were outdated and not convenient..there were barely any outlets to plug in my charger and laptop. I had a room eitn 2 queen sized beds...there was 1 nightstand in the room. The door to my room was pretty hard to get in t; which required a bit of force to get the "stuck" door to open. Also had to use force to get the door to close all the way..which was very loud, annoying, and embarrassing.

wasn’t bad wasn’t good. main thing was the cleanliness, the carpets and bed frames immediately caught my attention as both have stains and grime all over. that’s not including the hair i found in the bathroom/towels. the staff was fair. the hotel itself has so much potential but it being hospitality you’d expect a clean room.

Prices are expensive for the quality you actually get, staff is very hard to get ahold of as they constantly are outside smoking or on their phone, and not the nicest people if their screen time gets interuppted because to need to check in or get your key card fixed, ac doesnt really work from the 2nd floor to the 5th floor, always loud, constantly smells like cigarettes and weed, rooms/bathrooms are terrible, stains everywhere, beds are awful.

My room had bedbugs or some thing that left bites and welts all over my skin and sent me to the hospital at 2am, staff was very helpful in getting me another room but was still one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. They need to double check and clean their rooms because this was unacceptable.

It was nice to be close to a gas station in case we wanted sodas. One of the elevators made a clunking noise when in motion. The breakfast that was included did not have very many options.

I would like to advise with the strongest language to everyone, DO NOT stay in this place. Not only the hall way and room carpet were extremely dirty, THE ROOM HAS BED BUGS! Very unfortunately we brought the bed bugs to our house after staying at this place. We spent $3200 to treat the whole house. I am in the process of suing this hotel at the small claims court to recover my loss. DON'T STAY AT THIS PLACE.

You get what you pay for. This place was very cheap. It was very clean and the staff were friendly. However they had smoking rules and areas, and people werent following them. Most of the guests reeked of marijuana, it was a constant smell. The bathtub had no stopper so there was no way to bathe my toddler, I had to take a shower with him. Also, the breakfast that was included (again very cheap stay so I wasn't expecting much) was bare minimum, with lots of flies hanging around and no one monitoring it for refilling or to try and get rid of the flies. Probably because the front desk person had to work 2 sides for the 2 seperate motels, so they were busy, chepa on labor there.

We were there for a baseball tournament in Grandville. I knew we were basically just getting the room for sleep, so I didn't want to spend an arm ans a leg for just sleep. I was wrong, room was dirty, long hairs in the bed that we didn't use, ended up with pink eye as a topper.

i believe the pictures of the hotel were misleading. they made you pay an additional 50 dollars at checkin which wasn’t disclosed to me anywhere on the site. they weren’t even going to give us a room with a working tv. hot tub was shut down and i could not see into the bottom of the pool so i did not go in. if you needed just a basic place to sleep this would be fine; however, this place was not worth the money.

Room was filfthy! Floor had bugs and food crumbs. Toilet had hairs all over it including sink and shower. Pool area smelled awful of mildew/mold and could tell was not upkept. Was not informed of needing a seperate key for pool area until after many trips up and down. Room door did not secure unless slammed hard. Would most definitely not recommend!!

This hotel was terrible & very disappointing. I have pictures I am sending to corp. We had to switch rooms. Tub leaking, dirty & sink was not connected! Water everywhere! Carpet had stains all over. Walls at spots and food on them? Window wouldn’t close and so dirty you couldn’t see out of it. Very dated furniture but so dirty … never again. We travel alot & try to stay in Marriotts due to points but they were sold out so we looked on line & pictures aren’t correct when we booked. No phones in room or ice buckets & they said all are out of service & working on them!
