I had a lovely stay with my daughter. Loved the room with our private balcony overlooking the bustling city. The staff is very helpful and kind.
When in Ho Chi Minh again, will visit again. Thank You, Cicilia

On first impression the hotel was clean and the room spacious. Staff were helpful and the location is great for accessibility to all the main attractions in Ho Chi Minh. We had a large, comfy bed in the room, which was quiet and peaceful.
Unfortunatley our room wasn't ready when we arrived, which was only 10 mins before check in time. When we entered the room, the park view that was advertised was nothing but a view of the road and building beneath. That was disappointing. The bath was cracked and didn't hold enough water to use the jets. One morning the shower was less powerful and only cold water came out, I presume this was because it was a busy time for showering. Also, the vouchers for the spa are only redeemable on already hugely overpriced treatments. These treatments are in a sad looking spa on the first floor, where a receptionist is never present and the prices are over double what you will pay if you go elsewhere in the city.

We stay for 5 night and it was a very splendid vacation, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and their service was very good. Shout out to the waiter at the sky bar and the receptionist and the bel man who very often assisted us. Recommended hotel and will return to this hotel in the future. Thank you Cicilia staff and management.

Location was good. Easy access for Grab car. Two- bedroom suite. Needed paint all over as has unsightly mould or patches on wall and ceiling. Aircon at 19 deg only! Water for shower made noises with low flow. Furnishings and toilet amenities were good. Pretty good service for a 3 star hotel. Wasn’t sure if it has 4 star quality.

The location, staff, meals, rooms were all excellent however, when you showered the bathroom became flooded and very wet.
Otherwise all was just perfect

We came back to the Cicilia after a three day tour of the Mekong Delta. This hotel is great, friendly and helpful staff

This hotel was fine, but nothing special. The staff were friendly, but seemed surprised by every question we asked (could they hold luggage, could we have a second key), the breakfast was disappointing (in a country of amazing food, it felt like cold leftovers), and the room was tiny with a shower that flooded basically the entire bathroom every time you used it (no full wall on the shower space). Most importantly if you take your key with you when you leave the room (which you have to cause they only give you one when you check in) the AC turns off, and even when left on all day/overnight the room will only cool a few degrees. The bed was comfortable enough and it's a great location, easy to walk downtown but also a really cool neighbourhood across the street with great restaurants and bars.

The location is perfect. But the room they arranged for us was super small, which was different from what we saw from the website. And they charged extra compulsory fees for massage, which was not shown on the price list.

i was staying at the 8 floor, however, early in the morning while I still in deep sleep. I been wake upby noises. Noise from your hotel staffs cleaner that talking loudly at the 8 floor that wake up me up and can't sleep again. Beside at time your staff cleaner will knock at my door for house keeping whileI still in bed. Also I encountered 1 day before I checked out there was no house keeping in my room, I wander is it the practise of your hotel ? I think maybe your hotel should have those : Do Not Disturb/Make up room tag that hang at the door like most of the hotel having it.

Booked a "Premium Deluxe Double Room". 1. From expedia's website, it was specifically mentioned "Bathroom – Private bathroom, deep soaking bathtub". However, upon checking in, there isn't. Upon checking with front desk, it was brushed it off as a mistake (not sure whether expedia put it incorrectly or error from the hotel).2. When you clicked on "Premium Deluxe Room", there were 3 pictures showing a balcony. Once again, upon checking in, there isn't any. So what's the point with such pictures ? And other options (e.g. studio, signature) doesn't come with picture of balcony that lead me to have an impression only premium deluxe has it.3. Every room comes with universal AC power socket that saves traveller from carrying a universal adapter. However, it doesn't seems to fit well for 3-prong devices. Tried in my room as well as my friend's room.4. Do you realize that none of the pictures on Expedia is showing the full toilet view. Well, there's isn't a shower room in it and after showering, the whole bathroom floor will be wet.
