A sleek, modern unit raises your expectations, but the services disappoint. The phone number and email address given in the room did not function. The soup dispenser remained empty. A wall light flickered.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. I don’t recommend staying here because there is no customer service. I emailed numerous times and NEVER received a response. Hotels.com even tried unsuccessfully for three days to get in touch with Villa Erizio on my behalf, but they were also unsuccessful.

The rooms are nice and roomy. Very clean, nicely appointed. Not much bathroom storage. Soundproofing between rooms was poor. Biggest complaint was check-in. I did not get instructions in advance. Stuck on curb in the rain. When we received them, the code did not work. New code issued, but it must have been a master code: upon reading instructions to room, we chose wrong door and managed to open wrong room! After much embarrassment and apologies, we checked into correct room. Went to dinner and when we returned code did not work. On curb again. Received new code. No cafes open the next morning and we requested breakfast too late. Not interested in returning.

This was a lovely apartment in every way—bright, clean, elegant, airy, and spacious, especially after the tiny room we stayed in in Paris. Loved it! It does require quite a bit of walking to get to the tram or the center of town a mile away. High thumbs up except for that.

Beautifully clean and well presented apartment. Complimentary breakfast on the door each morning, juice, water, tea & coffee provided. Well equipped, comfortable and well served. Villa Erizio is such a beautiful place. Myself and my husband spent 4 days here and didn’t want to leave! We will be back for sure.

Property was much better than expected. The design, quality, condition, and service were excellent. Quiet side street - we walked all over the city from this property. There are stairs up to the unit and within the unit. Hopefully we will be able to return!

The apartment is modern and perfectly clean. Very quiet and safe neighbourhood. Fantastic pastries and so forth provided each morning. Supermarket is under five minutes walk away. The city centre is an easy 20-30 minute walk. The host cleans the property immaculately each day. For the price and what is provided its hard to see this property being beaten.

Beautiful apartment! Clean, great kitchen with all the amenities. Fresh breakfast brought ever morning of pain au chocolate, croissant & fresh mini baguette & milk, orange juice, cheeses, jams etc constantly replenished. Nice Tassimo coffee machine. Very clean. Bonus of laundry facilities. You must like walking as this apartment is 20-30 minutes from City Center.

There is plenty of room, a nice efficiency kitchen, modern bathroom. It is only a few blocks to walk to transportation and many historical sites, restaurants, and bars. The property manager was there and allowed us to move in a bit before check-in time, she explained a map of the area, got us situated comfortably, and brought a very nice breakfast before 8AM. She was a pleasure to deal with.

This place is fantastic! Comfortable, well furnished, loaded with everything you need (washer dryer, dishwasher, stove, fridge, tvs, breakfast and snack goodies restocked daily), in a great location, good ac... Look, I'm the kind of person who dwells on where I ought to stay, and I'm telling you... Book this place if you can get it!

Very nice apartment. Bottle of wine on arrival, coffee pods topped up daily, fresh fruit and breakfast every morning. Superb apartment, well furnished with new furniture, modern decor with all mod cons - we will be coming again whenever we visit Bordeaux.

Fabulous stay at Villa Erizio. Perfect location within walking distance to main streets and close vicinity to tram stations if wanting to go further afield. Accommodation was in excellent condition and beautifully decorated. Fresh pasries and bread delivered each morning were a lovely touch.

Beautiful apartment …even nicer than it looked on line if that’s possible. Very well equipped, clean and great breakfast. Close enough to the attractions to walk, or take the tram. Lovely quiet area with good food shops close by. The staff are all charming. Can’t wait to return to beautiful Bordeaux.

Our stay here was wonderful. The hosts were helpful and made sure we were comfortable. The amenities of fruit in the fridge, the complementary wine, the generous breakfasts each morning, the lovely shower and bathroom, the private patio where we could relax over breakfast or dinner, the well-equipped kitchen——all contributed to a delightful stay!

Lovely apartment. Traditional beurre et confiture breakfast of French rolls and croissants for breakfast with a fine expresso machine in the apartment. Fresh fruit and cheese. A bit of a walk (10-15 minutes) to the Hotel de Ville (Town Hall; Central Tram stop) and St Andre Cathedral. Very quiet residential neighborhood.

Everything was in the apartment. From expresso machine, fridge to safety box. Free access to washing machine including free cleaning powder. The apartment was impeccably clean and cleaned daily. Fresh breakfast dropped off daily .We cannot fault. Also the owner and house keeper are handy and approachable at all times. 👏👏

This is a very unique place. It's in a quiet residential neighbourhood, but just a 10 minute walk to l'Hotel du Ville (the epicenter of the lively pedestrianised core of Bordeaux). Our sparkling-clean unit (the Tivoli) was on two levels, with a large bedroom upstairs and a smaller kitchen area down. The bed was a comfortable queen-size, and the kitchen was well-equipped. We were provided with cheese, fruit, fresh bread and pastries, juice, coffee, tea and mineral water each morning. All at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Had a fantastic stay at Villa Erizio. Apartment was spotless & very nicely decorated. Communication with Fabrizio was excellent. When we arrived we were greeted with a bottle of Bordeaux wine & the fridge was full of cheese, milk, orange, juice & butter. Also plenty of tea, coffee (nice coffee machine) hot chocolate etc. every morning we were brought breakfast which was hung on our door from around 8am which was lovely (bread, croissants, pain au chocolate) and there was a dishwasher, microwave oven and plenty of cutlery. The foyer area was immaculate & there were golfing umbrellas (which we needed sadly as we did get a bit of rain) - overall a fantastic find! Thanks so much

Good location, excellent property with everything you need for a short stay. Communication with Fabrizio before arriving, and when leaving, was excellent , and answered our questions about leaving luggage. Apartments were clean and spacious, kitchen well equipped, and breakfast, food and snacks delicious. Would recommend this Villa to anyone planning a stay in Bordeaux.

The host was very nice and welcoming. Room brand new, very modern, very spacious, beautiful colours, equipped with everything you need for a holiday and incredibly clean. Breakfast so fresh and good. Check in hassle free and private locker where you leave your luggage safe after check out. Highly recommend to stay at Villa Erizio for an amazing stay

Cute little place. Close enough to walk to city center and close enough for local stops. I absolutely loved their great communication between the detailed instruction book for everything in the room and details upon booking that even provided me details on how to arrive by bus. All the details were extremely thoughtful and helped my stay go smoothly. Loved the breakfast on my door every morning and I was pleasantly surprised that they would come to tidy up each day. It was a nice surprise! Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Accommodation was brilliant. It reminded us of a home stay with Hotel qualities. The Breakfast was delivered every morning and you served when you were ready. Room cleaned every day and supplies replenished. Even had umbrellas in the foyer, if it was raining. The small touches that make a difference. They thought of everything. Only 5 mins walk from the Center of town and in a lovely quiet area, with Shops and Cafe on your doorstep. Will be recommending this place and will be back again.

Lovely clean property with everything you need. The croissants each morning were a very nice and welcome touch. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Bordeaux. Only 10 mins to the centre. Communication was fabulous and they even provided oat milk for us.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was very well equipped and in excellent condition. Further, each morning you are provided with a nice continental breakfast of fresh baked goods. The location is central about a 30 minute walk to tram lines and the Grand Theatre and tourist office. We would highly recommend this property.
