Great value for money.
Decent size room. Comfortable bed. Shower head and toilet. Safe in room but no fridge. Nice breakfast buffet.
Located in the heart of Ben Yehuda pedestrian street so you canโt get there by car, but can enjoy the shops and crowds.

is the best place ever exclamation. The food was absolutely utterly unbelievable. Every single person they encountered was extremely friendly. Places is extremely clean. It's in a nice area with shops with a nice energy. The neighborhood is a little bit loud, but it's actually perfect because it tends to quiet down around 11. It's actually a great great great neighborhood lively. The rooms are small of course but very clean and comfortable. Location was perfect. Staff is awesome. Food is awesome.

Clean, great service and the staff very kind

We love how close it's to Ben Yehuda St, and easy access to Jaffa St.

The staff were extremely kind, courteous and helpful.

Parking sucked. So not stay at hotel if arriving with car.

The hotel is fine, basic not luxurious, although the buffet breakfast was outstanding.
The first night was fine. The second night was Thursday night, the beginning of the Israeli weekend. There was nonstop LOUD music till the wee hours of the morning. Young Israelis socialize on the street because their apartments are small. If you can avoid Thursday night youโll be ok, especially if you like to be right on top of all the action. My balcony room hung over the Ben Yehuda pedestrian mall. Lots of activity day and night.

Great property in the heart of Jerusalem City Center. Lots of stores to shop and walkable to the Old City. You also have public transportation around the corner. The staff were very friendly, room cleaning was great too. Breakfast is always fresh and with great variety. I strongly recommend this place.

Everything was really very nice.

Spotlessly clean hotel room and beautifully present. The most amazing and kind staff. Delicious breakfast with an outdoor area with a beautiful view. Cannot recommend this property and staff highly enough. I will definitely stay here again.

Staff at reception and restaurant are super friendly and helpful. All staff can speak English well and attentive. Hotel is at the centre of Jerusalem, you can get anything just 2-3 mins walk.

We booked two queen beds and we only got one queen and a sofa bed. Disappointed and didnโt want to argue with them since they seems not to understand what we booked, since we were very tired we let it go. But we pay more for less. Carpet was filthy dirty, bathroom shower leak water to the rest of the bathroom. We had to put towel on the floor to stopped it. Also, towels are old and gray. Itโs clean but a bit not taken care of in detail. The staff was very nice all the time though. Very helpful. Breakfast was fantastic with great vies of town on the roof top. The staff at the restraint very nice! Food delicious. Itโs a busy location in city center.
4.3
Great except for the shower, the water drainage is not good. Drain so slowly and the water collects easily soon after you turn the shower on.
4.3
Iโm glad I chose this location - itโs in the heart of the city and within walking distance to almost everything.
We had a room with a balcony and it was great; not as noisy as other reviews had mentioned.
Staff was extremely helpful with booking tours and answering any questions we had.
Breakfast was 10/10 - there were options for everyone. Thereโs even a balcony where you can sit outside and enjoy the view.
Room was tiny but manageable - we were only in there to sleep. It would have been nice to have an iron. And, I do agree with other reviews, towels need an upgrade.

The location was amazing! Right at the busiest street in new town Jerusalem, 2-minute walk from the tram line. It has the basis of a business hotel. The only downside is it will be noisy at night even if your windows shut.
4.3
Liked: Great location right on Ben Yehuda for shopping and dining. Close to buses and light rail. Comfortable room. Decent price. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Tiny crowded lobby. No TV signal. Cracked bathroom soap dispenser. Window view of demolished building.

We had a two week stay. Being a City Center, this hotel was conveniently located. However, there was a lot of music and noise outside even late at night on a daily basis. The rooms were MUCH smaller than I expected. No closet, no cloth iron. The hallway lights were extremely dark and neon lit, which does the hallway injustice. I accidentally dropped my sunglasses and was unable to find it right away since it was too dark. The bed was comfortable and the staff did a good job keeping the rooms clean. They were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good and diverse. The servers were extremely friendly and his hospitality was amazing--especially a gentleman named Abeed.

Great for a couples getaway.
Perfect location in the best area in Jerusalem. walkable to the old city and to the market. 2 min. walk to the term.
Good facilities.

This is our second time staying here. The staff is amazing, a special shout out to Nissam who again, made us feel so welcome ! We love the vibe, the area is perfect, near shopping, light rail, the old city. I cannot say enough about this wonderful home away from home.๐บ

Location right on Ben Yehuda pedestrian mall cannot be beat. Staff was extremely accommodating and helpful, printing notes to bring to the Wall, watching our luggage, and providing complimentary waters.
Room was a bit small, but for the price, location was great, things were comfortable, and the staff was outstanding. Would definitely stay again.
