The cabin is pretty cute and well-equipped considering how small it is! Great shower and comfortable bed. I was really bummed that there was no Internet and I suspect this is not unusual. I had trouble figuring out how to work the TV and I called the number I had and left a message but never got a call back. Didn’t like the idea there was no one available to help. Guess it wasn’t considered an emergency!

This place has great potential, but it unfortunately doesn't live up to it. First of all, we didn't feel welcomed. We were arriving in the area early and Krissy was supposed to text us when our cabin was ready, but she never did. Upon our arrival, we had forgotten the self-check-in instructions and dared to ring the doorbell. A visibly infuriated Krissy, barely masking it under a forced smile, cracked open the front office door to remind us that we needed not to bother her. We weren't familiar at all with the area and would've needed some pointers, but the door closed as fast as it had opened. First disappointment, how close to the road the cabins were. Second disappointment, the pool was closed. We had chosen the farthest cabin for privacy, but little did we know that this would also mean no Wi-Fi. Well, one of the three networks was reaching on and off, but the password didn't work. When I texted Krissy to ask if this was normal, she answered hours later: "No." That's when we started looking for another place to spend our second night. We realized just how much of a good idea that was after spending a night barely sleeping. The bed wasn't particularly comfy, which is to be expected, but it was most of all sloping. We spent the night rolling down and waking each other up. Having been awake since 3AM, we left very early and left a message explaining our bad experience. We didn't receive as much as an apology message, let alone a refund, not even for our second night.

We really enjoyed our stay here!! The cabin was cute, cozy and clean and had everything we needed. We loved the streamside location. And the staff were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

The renovated interior of this cute cabin was a most welcomed surprise. Great a/c, fridge/freezer, clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi in that whole area northern Vermont was not stable. Had I known that I would have downloaded ( hiking trails) maps etc beforehand. Enjoyed my two days there, especially my morning tea on the cabin porch.

Check in late due to staffing issues, NO POOL, not even told before my trip & could have gotten an air b&b for the same price. Promised a refund & they said I could get $25, cost more than that to pay for beach access for a week! Like being by the river but don't swim in it, very disappointed for the price.

Keys were ready when arrived. Cabin was excellent. Clean, recently renovated. Grounds along the river were amazing. Adjacent waterfalls were spectacular. I rebooked another stay in two months.

No air conditionner, was hot inside. No body at the office to help with Check in or help if we had any question. They give you a phone number for assistance, but no one is picking up. The room was clean, bathroom was renovated and there is a nice river on site.

The cabin was small but quaint. Very cozy and romantic. Next to the river. Had a big fire pit. Extremely relaxing. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a different place.

If you're looking for a cozy little slice of heaven, away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, this is the place for you!! We stayed in one of the cabins, although they are small, they offer everything you need!! Quiet setting, with firepit, which was an added bonus!! Felt like we were back at home after a long road trip. Nice little river, sounds of the water were so relaxing, while emjoying the crackle of the fire!! There is a train that came thru, but only once and it was a short rumble. The only downfall, which really isn't a big deal, was since the cabin was small, there was only room for a double bed. A queen size atleast would have been more accommodating for two adults, but it was comfy!! Would definitely stay here again!!

One of the things that I like is that they are pet-friendly. To me that is a plus with a dog. They have picnic tables to sit at with each cabin having a grill to barbecue outside in front. They also have other ways to cook in your room. Microwave, toaster oven etc and all the plates to boot.If you don't want to use the big firepit for everyone, they have smaller ones for each cabin. It has a river that runs by with waterfall that you can hear at night. If you like simple but nice this the place you want.

Cute cabins next to running river. Place was clean, had all the amenities we needed for our one night stay on the way to Quebec. The property had been seriously damaged by recent floods. They had clearly put a lot of effort into clearing up the property and replacing damaged structures. Brand new shower in our cabin. I’d stay there again if I were in the area.

This motel is a little gem! Very impressed with the comfort and cleanliness. Pretty location by a stream. Fire pit was going down by the stream when we arrived. Only stayed one night en route to Canada but can’t fault it. Highly recommend.

The cabins are gems. They are equipped with TVs a coffee maker, fridge and real silverware and plates for two people. It's quiet by the river and you can hear the waterfall with the cabin door open. There are wooden chairs by it to relax in or chairs on the little porches of the cabins and a pool that looks to be well cared for. The manager kept in contact with me via text and promptly answered any questions I had. Loved it 👍
