From the warmest welcome by Pablo to the absolutely perfect architectural and design choices to every thoughtful touch throughout both the space and the experience, every single detail was executed perfectly. Comfortable, large, modern, well equipped room. Staff was fantastic, friendly and helpful. Located on a side street behind the church on Coyacán's main square, it is very convenient to great restaurants and all Coyacán has to offer. Definitely would stay there again.

Our stay at H21 was amazing! The hotel is beautiful, serene, clean and well designed with a lot of attention to detail. Great location to explore Coyoacan and other areas in México City. The staff is wonderful. They are attentive and helpful. It was such a great experience that it was hard to leave. We can’t wait to return.

Stunning property. We wish we had more days to enjoy it. The staff were incredibly accommodating - from making sure my in-laws got a first floor room because of knee issues, to providing a continental breakfast for our group at 5am before our flight. We highly recommend staying here if you are on Mexico City.

Absolutely perfect! The rooms were very comfortable, large, and well appointed. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The lounge/snack area was an unexpected bonus. The place is also beautiful inside with natural gardens growing everywhere. It was an amazing stay for our family of four with two teenagers. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Coyoacan!

This is one of the best hotels ever! Amazing customer service, such a good location and the rooms are lovely. Ours had its own outdoor area. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful, surprising us with a hand written thank you note delivered with a lovely tea tray our last evening. Little thoughtful touches like that as well as a beautiful decorated room made a trip extra special.

Amazing! The location, the cleanliness, the beautiful rooms, but most importantly the hospitality were incredible. We had a couple people that were ill and they were able to accommodate us with an early check in and even helped my wife track down some medication. A member of the staff actually drove her to a doctor and helped her navigate the system to get some medication. We have never experienced such wonderful service in all our travels. The town is lovely with so many cafes, amazing street food, green spaces and tons of history- we preferred it to the more gentrified areas of Roma Norte and Condesa. It’s a boutique hotel, so if they have space available, book it! You will be happy you did!

I had chosen the hotel on a recommendation from a friend and boy am I glad I asked. When we arrived we were a little nervous from the front door—it looks like nothing from the street. But step inside and you’re in a spa-like atmosphere-it’s very soothing. Very chic kind of mid-century décor. We did have a flight of steps to our room, but the staff moved our bags upstairs so it was no problem. Our room had an outside deck, which was fabulous as the weather was nice. Free water in the room and the lobby. The staff spoke excellent English and were SO helpful in giving us the layout of the neighborhood! They even found us a medical person to come to the hotel to administer Covid PCR tests before we left for our cruise! Just a generous spirit overall. Honestly, it’s so hard to find a great hotel these days, but I would give this a 10/10 and would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Mexico City.

This was the best hotel I have ever EVER stayed in, hands down. Immaculate, peaceful, romantic and gorgeous. Imagine a retreat to an oasis but the cute district of Coyoatan is right outside your door. Loved how it did not look like a hotel at all, but someone's home, and it felt like staying at your favorite Aunt's place. The staff was so warm and inviting (big abrazos to Deter and Jessica!!). The amenities were all on point and I cannot think of one single thing that was out of place or an inconvenience. Perfect for traveling alone or with a significant other. We did not have to taxi/uber anywhere since there was so much to do in the area and the hop on/off buses were right down the street. If I ever find myself having to return to DF, I will always return to H21.

We picked H21 because we knew we wanted to be in Coyoacán and needed parking, but it really exceeded our expectations! The location was ideal, less overwhelming than other parts of Mexico city but plenty to do, see, and eat nearby. The room was gorgeous and spacious and it was really nice to have a kitchenette for a longer stay. The thing that really stood out was the staff, who were extremely helpful and kind to us and our child. We will definitely be recommending to friends!

This was the nicest hotel we have ever stayed at! Very clean and comfortable. They thought of every detail to make you comfortable. Fully furnished kitchen. Good coffee, big bottles of wonderfully smelling soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion...big raindrop shower head with lots of water pressure, comfortable beds and pillows, umbrellas to use in case of rain, robes and slippers.....two minute walk to restaurants and stores and to the artisan marketplace. Located right in the heart of beautiful Coyoacan central park and church. Very beautiful, safe part of the city with lots to see. The staff was so friendly and attentive! We highly recommend this hotel!!
