I was on a work trip for 11 days . I thought I had booked a bigger room. When I asked about it. A day later I was upgraded to a suite. Great staff and wonderful stay. Mall is close to the hotel. I did not care for the gym.
Will return. Thank you!!

The hotel is wonderful and the 5/5

Our stay was quite good. The shower was a bit challenging because water was flooding the bathroom after every shower ands we has to use the towels to clean the bathroom.

Well located - Walkable distance from mall and museum

Oh, we loved it, we didn't expect to find the room layout and cleanliness similar to what we have here in USA. The room service, reception, security team and all were wonderful. We also had a chance to speak to the manager, good guy, quality focused. We did let him know about the water that splashes outside the bath tub during a shower, he said they will handle... In all, 5 stars.

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Delicious food.
Unfortunately breakfast is not included which is surprising as most hotels in Uganda include breakfast (and I have stayed in many!).
I had a minor problem which the staff dealt with so well and efficiently.
I would say it’s quite expensive compared to other quality hotels of this standard.
But I definitely loved it!

My room was not ready when i checked in and it took them long to make it ready and i had rung them to let them know that i will be late to check in at around 1 am and the room got ready at 2 am in the morning so i did not sleep much that day

Over all the place is good. Can’t trust the room service stole my perfume which is a gift from my GF

Very convenient location next to the Acacia Mall but considering it is a new hotel, the quality of the interior fittings is not up to scratch. In particular, the decorating in the bathroom is poor. However, air conditioning works well, rooms are sound-proofed and good range of channels on the TV. Restaurant is a little pricey for Kampala

Hilton is a brand name and as such we expected the services rendered would be at a high level but sadly this particular Hilton Inn did not perform as well as expected.
1. When we walked in the corridors, the air smelled damp. This was very concerning for us since we did not want to be inhaling mold.
2. I was shocked to find in the closet a price list of laundry. They literally charge you to wash 1 pair of socks, charge you for 1 shirt etc. Every piece of cloth is charged separately. This was very shocking. I have never see a Hilton in the US act like this so you can understand my shock when I was reading through the price list of the Hilton in Uganda.
3. I asked the hotel if they had a printer, they said yes. I went to the lobby and printed some pages. When I got up to leave, the front desk asks me which room number I am in. I ask why and he says we charge separately for printing and to make it worse, they charge per page. I was furious. Again, Hiltons in the US do not charge for printing. You have already paid for your room and printing is all inclusive. It makes no sense that you have paid '$900 for your room and then they still charge you for the room.
-Please do not use a name brand like Hilton and then go about introducing ridiculous fees that are not being charged on the other Hiltons. If you cannot conform to the Hilton standards, then please change the name of your hotel to something else.
4. The continental breakfast was good.

I was checked in by Stuart, and he was very pleasant. Also, Mark the Security Officer was extremely friendly despite being 2 am in the morning as I checked in. All staff was pleasant and helpful.
My only complaint was the small business center could have used a few pens, and other office supplies. But that was a small inconvenience. Excellent stay.

Property is very good value for money. Some minor issues with remote batteries and slow draining showers, however these were addressed quickly and efficiently

Great hotel, very clean and safe, very much up to international standards. Mall is nearby and easy to walk to so the location was great, would definitely stay here again.

A great stay with amazing staff. Room was a little smaller than I would have preferred but it certainly was clean and modern and comfortable. Great shower, comfy bed, good AC.

Carpets in the room could be pulled out or heavily carpet cleaned. Restaurant food was the best I have ever had!

The property is in good location. Generally staff are friendly. However, Room service is really poor. Consistently they take over an hour to deliver even simple food!

Relatively new hotel. Rooms nice and spacious.
Very close to a mall and bars and restaurants.

I booked looking at Hilton name. But I was disappointed the day I checked in. Room was not clean. There were slips on the floor and hairs on bed and quilt. Next to hotel there is bar which plays loud music so you can't have peaceful sleep.

This hotel is ideal for location and comfort for a trip to Kampala. Alot of sites, shops, restaurants and the mall just minutes away, its perfect to get around and be familiar to the city. The hotel and staff itself was setting a very high standard and very professional. Any questions or issues we experienced they were happy to help and accommodate. The rooms very nice, a good size and comfortable. Would happily recommend this hotel for first time stay and will be back again for sure!...

The hotel has everything one expects of Hilton. Breakfast was on the poor side but the service was excellent.

Supposed to be a fairly new hotel. Rooms are as expected for a Hilton business type hotel and spacious enough.
Bathroom already had mould growing in shower which isn’t great for a new hotel and my toiletries weren’t always replenished even if they had run out. Had an issue with my bedding which all smelt really bad (like badly washed and not properly dried) so I had to put a towel over the pillows so that I could sleep.
The pool is in great condition even though it is small. Gym is Also small and doesn’t have enough weights but usable enough.
Service was very mixed. Lobby cafe staff were rude and not bothered, so were some front staff. However some other front staff were very friendly and helpful.
I didn’t eat at any of the restaurants but did order room service once. They only had half the drink selection on the menu but the food was ok, until I found a hair in it. I showed it to front staff and they took care of the bill which was nice but still pretty nasty....
Location is fantastic.
