Great off-season value. Very convenient to Commercial Street. Nice staff.

Run to this place! Me and my friend stayed in the 2 bedroom cabin # 6 room. The sheets, bedding and decor are to die for. Comfort meets class. And there is patio and a sitting area with fire pit. If that was not enough, best coffee and warm muffins in the morning ever. Host was gracious, funny, polite and informative. We will be back with friends.

Great location, nice fire pit, very personable staff. Commerical St locations/activities very walkable.
Room #GQ good, but a bit worn - towel rack and TP holders basically unusable, sink drained slow. Door very awkward getting in and out of room due to small landing, especially with luggage. Retro fridge worked great, very good freezer for a room fridge.
Breakfast just OK. Limited coffee, muffins, instant oatmeal, limited fruit, snack bars, and candy jar.

It was a wonderful day, from last minute reservation to a super smooth check in and check it out. The room was excellent! I loved every minute of my brief stay.

Absolutely lovely property and proprietors. Convenient to everything and parking on site. Would definitely stay again ❤️

This was my first time staying at this property, but I was pleasantly surprised. I stayed in the motel part, which was a newer renovation it seemed like, but in a very cool retro style. Bathrooms were more modern. It was very convenient to get down to Commercial Street, but quiet in the evenings so you could relax. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Warm muffins in the office every morning. The place was clean and safe. And overall, a very enjoyable stay, I will be coming back.

Location is great. Room is ok. If to say something I wish breakfast was more then bars and coffee and that coffee would have been out on earlier then 8am.

Nice warm greeting, but didn’t receive any information had to text and ask questions regarding WiFi, coffee, Continental breakfast, The room was very clean, refrigerator when we arrived was unplugged, but very clean. We had to call attendant because tv wasn’t coming on remote barriers dead. I want to add that the footboard of the bed blocked the tv screen, so we can to prop it up on our suit case. We were disappointed that there was know morning coffee to 830am. The quality of towels and toiletries were really good.

The room was very clean and nicely decorated. We had easy parking and access to the beach shops area

Amazing stay! We stayed for my partners 50 bday. They even bought her a dozen roses and said it was complimentary. Staff/Owner Dewy is the sweetest! The room was perfect, it’s in walking distance to all the restaurants, shopping and ocean! And yes the muffins are amazing, all the reviews talk about that so we had to try them! Will stay again, it will be the only place I stay for my trips to Ptown! Ty again!

Nice and convenient property, but in the bathroom the conditioner holder was not in the shower where it appeared to have been pulled off the wall but on the sink and the body wash container was empty, so no soap to shower with. At least there was shampoo. I looked a couple of times for a staff member to mention it to, but couldn't find anyone. I guess I could have called, but it wasn't worth the effort.

The staff was very helpful, the room was nicely laid out, and the continental breakfasts were really good. It was pure luck that I found the foodpath up to the motel area from Atlantic St., but this made my room much more accessible.
The only downside was thin walls - I could hear my neighbor's conversations very clearly.

Highly recommend, will definitely return.

Cool place. I stayed in one of the motel style rooms and found it very comfortable. No frills but almost everything you need. Breakfast is really coffee, juice, muffins and some pieces of fruit but nice way to get started. A few clothes hooks and more hangers would have helped. Mentioned this to the manager who didn't seem to think it was important so I let it go.

Hotel was very clean and nicely updated. It’s centrally located and we biked everywhere but it was nice having our vehicle right there in there on-site parking. Private path from the hotelthat drops you seconds from Tea was super convenient.
Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Good coffee and warm muffins in the lobby every morning made for a great start to the day. Would definitely stay here again!
P-Town Bikes rental right across the street were great and convenient.

We loved our time at The Bradford! It was wonderfully located— off the main street (Commercial St) but just a short walk to get there. The rooms were clean and bright and comfortably appointed. The parking was super easy. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Wonderful breakfast spot was walkable and a market option was a short drive away.
It was a perfect spot— highly recommend it. And look forward to coming back!

Greeted so kindly and the room was fabulous. It was one night and we will definitely be back again! Met great people there by the fire pit and had a memorable night. Thank you!

At first I wasn’t sure what to expect. I know that streets are narrow in this area, however it was very easy to get in and out. I had the front quarter and it was a very comfortable room. Great view!! Extremely convenient to Commercial st.

Hotel needs some refurbishment…

The only negative is very thin walls. You can hear every word from adjoining rooms.

Minimal is the word. Clean but not comfort. The curtain not seal the room.

This was my second visit to the Bradford and I would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The “cabin” rooms are a small old school motel section behind the main house. There is a trail from this area to a side street that drops you right into the commercial area of P-town. Nice parking lot. Secluded room feel with big windows and lots of light. Completely renovated bathrooms with rainshower heads. A/C. My husband didn’t like the small TV but it had tons of channels. Room had big bar fridge with freezer, fan for white noise, hardwood floors, nice linens, Beekman Brothers bath products. Comfortable bed. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed our 4-night stay at the Bradford. The Captain’s Suite was spacious, loved the vintage furniture, comfortable bed. Friendly staff, nice muffins and coffee in the morning. Could use a better TV though.

City had a citiwide sewer failure. NO restauarants were open yet, they refused to refund last day of trip so we left. They are not nice.

Great place, but needs to improve their continental breakfast. On some days, the food and beverages were in short supply. They need to improve their housekeeping schedule. Room was often cleaned in the mid/late afternoon when a request for morning was made. However, the room was great and comfortable.

Great property in the heart of P-town. Just a little pricy for all you get.
