We stayed one night. The room was comfortable and clean. Lots of pillows. Nothing to complain about. You got a $20 voucher to put towards breakfast at the onsite restaurant. Breakfast was quite good. The sound insulation between rooms was minimal. Liked the outdoor hot tubs and pool. Very enjoyable stayed. I liked hanging out in the village which was a short walk away

The resort rooms were very good, clean and spacious. We asked if you could switch to mountain view room and they were able to find something for us to change, which we are super appreciative of. The resort had swimming pool, outdoor hot tub and about 5 min walk to the village. The food at Joe's Bistro n Bar was great as well. The Nachos portions were pretty good and very tasty. Bruce and Alexson who are the hosts we met were super friendly and always engaged with us, the kids and were happy to guide us. Overall it was a great stay and we will visit and stay here again and again.

We were treated very well by the hotel staff. Bruce was so friendly and accomodating and went above and beyond to ensure we made the most of our time there. Two 40 year old girls had a great weekend escape celebrating friendship ❤️

It was an excellent property to stay.The staffs are really friendly specially the one who helped us in our check in. I would rate him 10 if I could. I love how quiet it is for my family. My kids love their indoor and outdoor pool and my kids wants to stay more (and we will definitely be back to stay here). I understand that the building is old and The rooms needs upgrading in its fixtures (the main door). The main door needs something to make the room soundproof. I love the bed and their pillow though. Overall it was a pleasant stay for my family. We will definitely come to stay in this hotel. And free parking is an awesome addition too. Would definitely recommend the inn to my family friends.

Loved the pool and hot tubs. Room was decent. Free wifi could be better so we could stream Netflix, or cheaper for premium. Drinks to the room would have been a nice option.

It was close to the Blue Mountain Village which was really nice to visit. The room had a beautiful mountain view. The reception staff were very friendly. The a/c was not working properly and the room was hot . The pillows were hard and I ended up with neck pain. Not many channels to watch on TV .Hard to get parking near the village in the evening unless you go there early.

Experience was good. Lots to do. Wasn't excessively busy. People in the rooms next to ours on both sides were noisy, singing and playing. Walls are too thin. We hear roomservice and everybody in the hallway and even when our next door neighbours flush their toilets. This overshadows everything else.

Property was nice, designed well, and kept clean. However vacuuming details can be improved as it was dusty around baseboards, edges and all hard to reach places (under the table, etc). My infant found it all!

It's in pretty good shape for an old property. Management has done well to keep it up nicely. The pricing is excellent, as are the staff. BRAVO The downfall was WiFi speed in the room. Mostly in the Kbps range. The highest we achieved just for email checking was 1.3 Mbps, so essentially unusable for any kind of web interaction in 2024. Otherwise very good. Thank you.

Old run down building. Was trying to have a nap in the afternoon when, a hammer drill and then a circular saw were cutting inches away from our heads. You might want to advise the hotel to only do renovations when the rooms on either side are vacant.

This place has terrible service. Wait in line for 30 minutes to check in. Also lost key and waited in line for 45 mins. They overbooked the hotel and were sending people away that had reservations. Our room overlooked the roof and we had people staring in the room from the elevator.
