We stayed for one night in August. The property is as advertised. There are many scuffs/paint improvements that could be made however the newly renovated bathroom was very nice. We would have appreciated an ice tray especially staying overnight in the summer. There was minimal noise from the guests upstairs. If you’re looking for a quiet place to rest after a long beach day, this is it.
8.0 / 10.0
Nice clean place but the sofa bed's mattress is hollow, could badly feel the springs, very uncomfortable . Time for a new mattress or even better, new sofa. Not a place for 4 people if you want to sleep well. Too bad, I would totally give 5 stars if wouldn't be for the bed.
10.0 / 10.0
The unit was great for our needs...we were not sking but saw how easy it was get to the hill and lifts..very close to town if you need and had all appliances and items needed to take care of yourself
I really liked the property .. my only complaint was the checking in process that was last minute and took a long time to reach assistance

We loved the ambience and the decor of this condo compared to the first condo we had booked in this resort. We had use of enough pots and pans, utensils. It was clean and comfortable.

Nice place for a 4 day summer stay. Place was clean and convenient. Would stay again.
2.0 / 10.0
Barely clean, walkways over grown, paint chipped and missing in spots, pillows awful, outdoor furniture left white powder on clothes, no filter for coffee maker , no Kleenex , fridge opened into the wall, basically needs a facelift and needs to be advertised appropriately.
8.0 / 10.0
Great location, clean, equipped and comfortable. Hot tub is closed and has been for a long time. Drapes did not block the bright path light positioned 10 feet from the patio sliding door, so if you like darkness when you sleep this could be a challenge. Price for Late check-out was more than the price of one nights stay. Would stay here again if they fix the issue with the blinds and lower the cost of late check-out.

The place itself was nice enough but we had trouble with the lock code getting in and ended up not being able to enter the unit until almost an hour after check in. We were compensated for this and are thankful for this. However, we then dealt with an unwanted guest in the kitchen (a cockroach) and also managed to bring one home in our suitcase. That issue has yet to be addressed by Vacasa. The bed is not a queen as listed (a full or a double perhaps), the remote was difficult to figure out bc the tv is falling off the wall.

This home was so cozy and comfortable. And it was absolutely IMMACULATE. And this is coming from a neat freak! I LOVE 💗 THIS LOCATION and the pool was fantastic fun for my teens! Thank you for going above and beyond for me and my family I was truly impressed- and I NEVER write reviews!

The condo was very clean, condo itself as the property, seems a bit run down. The balcony at least every other wooden rail was off a child could slip through and fall. Screws and wood rotten. Large plastic run down patio table w 4 chairs takes up entire balcony. Wasn’t exactly inviting to sit on. A couple of chairs would be better. The table had a table cloth that was an actual bed sheet. (Seemed trashy) the tv had 3 remotes could not just use 1 to get tv to work. So needs a bit of updating in those ways. But if you want a clean place, that it was.

The condo was nice and very clean. Check-in was easy and Vacasa staff was helpful when texting with them.
There is a nice hiking trail passing just behind the condo leading up to the top of Blue Mountain.
The whole family enjoyed the pool and tennis court on the resort.
Getting to the Blue Mountain Village was easy using the shuttle bus (5 minutes) or walking (20 minutes).

We felt the room was the perfect size for us and everything was clean when we arrived. The location is perfect. Close enough to Blue Mountain Village, Collingwood, and Thornbury.
For a busy weekend, the complex was relatively quiet at night.
Facing away from the parking lot did help.
The Thai Restaurant at the entrance is very good and worth trying.

Room was fair size...grounds need a lot of cleaning up....rooms were clean in most areas but a lot of cobwebs and floors dirty....

Front door lock needs repair
He we had a great time staying in the room. Please note that the lock with code does not work very well. It takes a number of tries to open the door and have to enter key code multiple times before door opens. check in process marked as poor due to lock issue.

Tiny but cozy
I could not reach the glassware, so a step stool would be a handy addition. I am also not used to a place not having a hairdryer which is a necessity in the cold. I cannot see more than 3 people in the room staying there. There was no hot tub attached and a binder outlining where to find it, instructions for the tv and the fireplace (which did not work) would have been helpful. Once all the fees are added, it was a little overpriced. I did find it clean and comfortable though.

Great spot with one drawback
The spot was very nice. Great access to trails, which we really enjoyed and a short walk to Blue Mountain. The condo is very comfortable and well laid out. We really appreciated that we could bring our dog. Perfect for a short getaway. Only downside ... is you can really hear the person above moving around. We were woken up in the middle of the night a few times with this.

Nice spot
Condo was clean & well equipped for the 2 of us. It was a few minutes drive to the Village. We sent most our time out & about. There is a nice hiking trail right beside condo!

Pretty good but some shortcomings.
Good location and quite large for a studio (which had been a concern in advance but turned out fine). Decently equipped but the TV was unworkable (and no instructions re the two converters) which was annoying on a partly rainy weekend, though we had tablets and phones with us. Shampoo/soap would have been insufficient for 2 adults and a kid had we not brought our own (so pack some). Parking was easy. The check-in email from VRBO went out later than expected (while we were already en route) and was inaccurate re an additional key that needed to be pressed for operation of the lock. Telelphone help from VRBO worked quickly and well.

Short getaway up north
The room was really pretty good, it was clean, with a homey like feel to it when you walked, although the bed was very small definitely not a queen. We had hot water every time we turned on the tap so showers were great. The deck was very small for two people to sit on and needed a refinishing with smaller furniture for the size.

Quaint and cozy
We enjoyed our stay at this North Creek condo. It was clean and had a great proximity to blue mountain village. Close access to hiking trails as well. 5 minute drive/free shuttle to village or 20-25 minute walk.
Would be a bit tight with more than 2-3 people but dooable.

Cozy and quiet
We are a family of four with a dog. Everything worked out perfectly. It was large enough for all of us. It was clean and quiet with hiking trails just behind the resort, great for energetic kids and dogs. We will definitely book again.

Excellent location for Ski/Boarding Getaway
The location of these chalets is fabulous if you're looking to spend time on the slopes, with direct access to the North Chair Lift. It is important to mention that the North Chair does not operate for Night Skiing and closes at 4:30pm, additionally, the North Chair Lifts are Blue Diamond and Above, and may not be a good starting location for beginners.
This particular unit was quaint and clean. Two of us stayed with our dog. It was cozy and comfortable. Although it advertises as sleeping up to 4, I feel this unit would be very crowded for more then 2 people. We loved being able to bring our dog along for our trip!
The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and supplies, however no oven mitts! We did notice a slight odor when the oven was first turned out, however the inside was in immaculate condition, so I believed this just to have been from some cleaning supplies burning off. Ccleaning supplies, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, clothes and drying towels were provided. I would have really liked to have seen a broom in the room. Given winter conditions, we tracked a lot of salt, sand and dirt into the unit, even taking our shoes off at the front door. Also, the entrance mat is very small, so we laid down a towel in effort keep the floors dry/cleaner. The room also lacked space for our skis/boards, but we made it work.
Through our trip we felt we had every thing we needed, and past reviews helped us to ensure we had all other cooking necessities (such as oil, condiments, salt/pepper).
Some points to consider:
-Although pet friendly, the salt (de-icer) used on the property was not pet friendly, leaving our dog limping at times.
-The bathtub is advertised as "Jetted", which it is NOT. This feature was missed, especially since the hot tub is closed due to COVID, however, the Bathtub was very large and still appreciated after a day on the slopes.
-A picture shows a Hairdryer in the bathroom, which was no longer installed during our stay, so ensure you bring your own if needed.
-The pillows were horrible; 4 were supplied, however all very flat, hard and some lumpy. The bed was firm, but comfortable enough.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return!

A nicely decorated studio suite with an excellent location and proximity to Toronto Ski Club and North lift. It made a great home base for a fall season getaway for a couple of days. Very close to the Georgian Bay Trail, great access for cycling and hiking. The suite faces the ski hill so in the off-season it's quite private.I would recommend to the property managers/owners that they better-appoint the kitchenette and communicate that it doesn't coms stocked with any of the basics such as salt and pepper. It was fine for only two days as we were only doing breakfast there. Definitely needs a better coffee maker... why not have a Keurig or Tassimo? Bed was extremely comfortable as were pillows. Water pressure excellent and check-in was very easy. Well organized from that standpoint and easy to find.Overall great location and would probably stay again. Dog-friendly for an additional charge was an absolute bonus!

PROS:
- close to Blue Mountain Village
- cute and quaint and cozy
- has pretty equipped kitchen
easy parking
CONS:
- BIGGEST CON: it's so loud and there was SOMEONE DRILLING AT 8:30 AM upstairs. They were moving and building stuff. Even without that, you can hear every footstep from upstairs and outside
- ONE of the pillowcases stinked like old rag. Only one though, so I don't know if only some stuff are washed

Very clean and quiet
The apartment was clean and the whole complex was very neat. The staff was also responsive. We informed them of an active hornets nest near the entrance of our unit and they took care of it immediately. The pool was small but it was very clean. Our unit had everything that we needed, a toaster, a kettle, extra bedding and everything that was mentionned in the reservation email
Overall we were happy with the room and we would probably pick yhis place again for future trips to Collingwood
