Favorite stop up and down east coast drives. Great restaurant. Nice large rooms with alot of charm.

Gorgeous large room and bathroom came standard. Concierge was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.

The facility was beautiful, the appointments and decor throughout were wonderful! The decor was a mix of modern and colonial, very fitting to the sweet little town of Lititz! It was lovely how they preserved the Wilbur Chocolate Factory’s bones when building the hotel! There were touches of the factory with chocolate molds, historical photos and projected images in the lobby and throughout. The only thing wrong with the stay was the loud noises that came from the electrical room upstairs. The hotel staff was there starting at 6 AM banging around for about two hours every morning! Don’t stay in Room 212! One night they were in the room at 3:45AM then again from 6-8 in the morning! The rest of the 3-night stay was absolutely 5 star! The beds were amazingly comfortable and there were plenty of towels and cute towel sculptures that looked like a vase and a roll with gold Wilbur coins and a flower inserted. Quite elegant! There was plenty of make up removers, shower caps and toilet paper! There was a Keurig in the room with tons of coffee and creamers! And if you wanted more coffee there was free coffee available in the lobby. Besides the unlucky location of room 212 the rest of the stay was magnificent!

The Wilber Hotel by Hilton was very nice. The hotel itself preserved and purposed the Wilbur Chocolate factory and it was done very tastefully (pardon the pun). The facility was very clean and our room was large with a park view. I would recommend to anyone doing business in downtown Lititz as everything is walkable.

We had a lovely stay at the Wilbur Lititz to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel is charming and beautifully decorated, including original beams and brickwork from its time as the Wilbur Chocolate Factory. Dinner at the onsite restaurant was delightful and delicious.

This hotel is immaculate. The rooms are comfortable, well-appointed, sophisticated. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar are excellent. We enjoy waking through town and visiting the area shops. We’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times and always enjoy our stay.

This is a beautiful property. The rooms are large and spacious. The front desk service was not the best when first arriving. We arrived at 2:15 and check-in was at 3. The front desk lady said she would text or call when our room was ready. After 4:00 we returned because we never heard from the front desk. That person had left for the day and forgotten to notify us. The clock in the room was off by one hour and we missed our reservation time at the restaurant. These are little things that did bot detract from the overall wonderful experience we had while staying at the hotel. Also, the Live Fire Grill was phenomenal.

The town is quaint and beautiful. They have lots of activities and you can walk all around. The hotel is just beautiful!

we always enjoy our annual stay at the wilbur. the hotel is nicely appointed and clean and our family of 4 is comfortable in their 2 double beds room. the lititz area is also a great one to explore. the hotel is decorated beautifully for the holiday!

Beautiful hotel and location. The girl and the front desk when we checked in was superb. Restaurant was also amazing! 5 Stars!

We stayed for 3 nights and although the hotel seemed a bit short staffed (front desk and the restaurant) during the Christmas time we visited, we still received great services, and everyone was very friendly and helpful to meet our needs. We enjoyed the walking distance to everything we like about Lititz, and the expresso machine in the lobby was a lovely bonus. We greatly enjoyed having our Christmas dinner at the Hotel restaurant. Everything we ordered was delicious and satisfying. The hotel itself is quite charming , clean and quite for the most part (except for the occasional construction noise from outside) and we would highly recommend staying at this hotel for anyone who would like to stay quietly in the hearts of Lititz.
