Property was well taken care of the only problem is there is no air conditioner. It was very hot I had reserved it for two days only lasted one . But it was beautiful view . If you don’t mind not no central AC

Old property it’s like an hacienda design in and out but the beds very hard and uncomfortable pillows very flat, it’s just for one night stay.

The staff at the front office was rude when i checked in and when i checked out the lady at the front desk told me that i had to wait a minute for the staff to check the room that was really uncomfortable to say the least.

Este hotel esta en muy malas condiciones. Mi cuarto no tenia aire acondicionado y estaba muy sucio. Encontre un calcetin de alguien mas abajo de la cama no habian limpiado el piso estaba muy sucio. La cama miy incomoda. Yo pague por 4 noches y solo use 1 porque en esas condiciones no podia quedarme ya que tenia 2 ninos que no pudieron dormir por el calor que habia en esa habitacion. Todos los muebles viejos que cuando se abren se quieren caer. Desepcionada por completo de este lugar. El personal nada amable

I liked the location and the maintenance. What I did not like is that we have to ask for clean towels everyday and that they didn't change the bed garments everyday.

The pros are that you are next door to the bus station in the event you have a very early morning departure. The room was clean and spacious enough. The antis are that the hotel is is for persons in transit, the service is impersonal and a bit fall about, particularly in the restaurant. Also, the area is not at all attractive for a walkabout nor are there any services close by, no shops nor restaurants. So, the location for people in transit is the main plus.

NEVER STAY HERE. There were no toiletries except for a small soap bar, but the main issue was the front desk personal. We notified front desk that we have family that live in town and that they will be coming to the hotel to look for us so to please let them through to our room. Well in a very rudely manner the man working the front desk told us that if our visitors stay longer than 15 minutes that we'd be charged 100 pesos. Now that sounds so ridiculous. He went on to say that it's company policy and there's nothing we can do about it. We came to find out later by another hotel worker that that is not part of their company policy.
