The hotel is brand new and the view is just breathtaking from the room as well as from the dock!
The room is fully equipped and super convenient. AC is a delight and the panoramic view with balcony from both sides is the best. Staff super friendly and very helpful. 12/10!!

I do not have enough good things to say about this property. Gregg is a fantastic and helpful owner.
The rooms are modern, clean and fully equipped. Great water pressure. Pool was clean and refreshing. Cold beers on site. Fully fenced in property with bikes and kayaks for exploring. Awesome dogs on site. Don't let the fact it is on the northern part of the island deter you, it is incredibly easy to get to.
We stayed right at the end of our trip and were going to head back to Belize City the night before our flight, but really wanted to stay because Caye Caulker is so beautiful. Gregg set everything up for us to stay another night. He told us which airline to book in the morning, arranged a private water taxi from the hotel dock to the split taxi stand, and a taxi from the split to the airport. He is incredibly knowledgable and friendly, the level of customer service is unmatched.
We stumbled upon this place by chance and we are incredibly blessed that we did. I cannot wait to come back and see the work he has planned for the property!

I liked how the single rooms were in their own area and the room size was very spacious for a sort of two. The quietness made us enjoyed our time together even more.

We enjoyed our stay there. Greg ( the owner) was so personable and very informative. Cleo ( the housekeeper) was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was very pleasant, reminded me of Gilligan's Island. We had bikes to ride around and a boat to take us back and forth between the split.

Bay towers has a great view of the sea. The night time breeze was priceless. You didn’t need a/c or a fan at night. There were 2 restaurants within walking distance. The Happy Lobster was fantastic! Hotel is on the north side of Caye Caulker and it’s very quiet.
Would definitely stay there again.

The downside to my stay was being locked out of my hotel room after 10pm. Apparently there were two separate keys for the top and bottom locks of the room, but I was only given the key to the bottom. Regrettably, because it was so late, there was no office staff on-site to assist, and I was unable to reach any after-hour phone number for the property. Eventually, I found the property manager, Greg, who ultimately ended up "breaking" into the room through the bedroom window. Not once throughout the entire incident did Greg offer an apology for the inconvenience, and he was extremely dismissive and rude toward his staff. The experience was overall very uncomfortable and, after an extremely long day of adventure on the island, was not an ideal way to end the day.
With that said, communication with the office staff prior to my arrival was very helpful, and the inside of the hotel room was fairly nice and spacious.

Beautiful property with spacious living accommodations. We are thinking of moving there!

Property is beautiful and relaxing. 2nd time there. Not the customer service as before. Did not have housekeeping for 3 out of 4 nights. Dog likes shoes so don't leave out or they will be ruined like ours was. If you need things close by stay on The south island. But this place is beautiful, quiet for now and relaxing. Very good AC in the 2 bedroom we had.

We stayed at the Bay Towers for 10 days as a family and loved it. We had not pre-arranged any ground transportation from Belize City to Caye Caulker but it all went very smoothly- we got a taxi right outside the airport
to the water taxi. Made it in the nick of time for the 12pm water taxi, to Caye Caulker then got a quick 5 min golf cart taxi to the split, and the Split to split ferry sold us a punch card (30 crossings) which was perfect for 10 days and they dropped us right at the Bay Towers dock for $5 pp. The room was well appointed and very clean. There is a new grocery store on the North side of the split and we bought staples there quite often. We made use of the kitchen quite a bit for breakfast and lunches and typically only went out to a restaurant at dinner time. We enjoyed El Ben’s and Happy Lobster on the North side (they will pick you up or deliver if you want). And Rainbow and Swings bar on the south side. We swam quite a bit in the ocean right off the dock and saw quite a lot of colourful fish, lobster, some spotted raya and even a moray eel. We also used the pool a lot. Gregg was very nice and took us for a North island tour on his golf cart which was great. We also did a full day Snorkel tour with Caveman and that was a hit too. My daughter played non stop with Wonder the resident puppy and won’t stop talking about him. They are planning to expand and add a large pool and restaurant/bar. We are looking forward to this next trip!

It is a beautiful apartment with a view of the sunrise to the east and sunset to the west. We arrived before checkin so they made getting our room ready a priority. While we waited we snorkled around the dock and saw a huge variety of tropical fish under it. After checking in we used the bicycles that were made available to take the brief ride to the ferry to cross the spilt to the busier (and louder) part of the island. In the morning we took the short bike ride up the road to a lovely resort for breakfast. We were so happy that we found Bay Towers for our stay!

Amazing clean quiet location very good communication bikes on site to ride around the island to view all the beautiful sceneries

Owners were accessible and communicated in a timely manner. Property was very quiet, but close enough to the sourh island for food and sightseeing. Rental bikes were a plus. Pool was nice. Reserve ocean view if you enjoy the sunset. I would visit again.

I enjoyed my stay at Bay Towers. My room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable (not too firm, not too soft) and the pillows ranged from firm to fluffy. The linens were good quality. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure in the shower was great. I always had hot water. The kitchenette was well-stocked with utensils, dishes, a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, water dispenser, and a mini-fridge. The water dispenser was a huge plus and saved me a few bucks.
As an added bonus, there are bikes and kayaks onsite to use at your convenience.
The pool was clean, though I never used it. There are swings and several chairs for reading and relaxing. There's an area for swimming and a nice dock as well.
This property is in North Caye Caulker, so you will need to catch the Split-to-Split ferry ($5BZE) to reach it. There are several restaurants within walking/biking distance. I really liked the restaurant at El Ben Cabanas.
Gregg, the owner, was kind and very helpful during my stay. He suggested places to eat and things to do. He even gave me a lift to the Split so I didnt have to walk with my luggage in the rain. Also, when I left an item behind after check-out, he made sure to get it back to me quickly. The office always replied promptly to any messages - during and after my stay.

The hotel is located on the quiet side of the island which is what we were looking for. The property ground was very clean, room was very nice and comfortable and the owner Rene, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The workers were very nice and helpful. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend this hotel.

Wow - what an amazing place. Panoramic views. We wish we could've stayed longer. Rene took amazing care of us! He's so kind and accommodating. Quick tip: they have bikes, so you don't need to worry about bringing yours across the split.
4.9
We loved our stay here! Rene made the whole process of checking in and out plus getting around super easy. He was so helpful. The only downside was having to take a ferry across the Split to go into the main part of town since there really isn't too much around the hotel itself. They do have a schedule where you can be taken across for free but we found that difficult to stick to since we are not early risers. Otherwise, we absolutely loved the kayaks and bikes that were available for guests to use and we had an awesome experience staying in the Crab Pad. The room was very well maintained and super comfy, with all amenities we needed (including fast wifi). We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Rene for your hospitality!

We had an amazing stay at Bay Towers! The rooms are beautifully crafted and well kept. Rene communicated with us in the day’s leading up to our stay even though flight delays, and helped us feel at home as soon as we arrived. We found some much needed rest here.
4.9
We travelled as a family with children. We had a marvelous trip. Rene was extremely accommodating and understanding with all our travel disruptions. He assisted us with making bookings in belize city when our flight was delayed, arranged an airport taxi for us when we got to the sir port and there were none available, arranged for our fishing trips. The north side of caye caulker is peaceful and quiet. Rene was always available to shuttle us between the islands. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Best darn vacation I've had in years, and I travel amost every month! This was a kick your shoes off relax and just do nothing but enjoy the sun, sea and birds. Can't forget the birds. I've not enjoyed just BEING somewhere so much except for when I'm in Hawaii staying at my friend's house doing nothing. The water here is clearer and warmer than Hawaii!
Rene, Luis and Cleo took care of us with service one to one that far exceeds that of big chain resorts I've been accustomed to. I promised to come back every Christmas but honestly, can't wait that long so booking again in the next month or so.

Rene is a great host. Property is as advertised. Definitely quieter then the south side but thats a charm in itself. Good swimming and beautiful sunsets.

This is a nice little hotel. The owner René is very responsive, friendly and helpful. He shuttled us back and forth to the main island. We had a nice stay.

My client's spent a week at Bay Towers and had an amazing experience. It is on the less inhabited side of the island and only assessable by boat. The owner, Renee, was a great host. He arranged for their golf cart ride from the ferry to where he was waiting for them in his boat. He transported them to his lovely property and because it was the slow season, they were delighted to learn they had the entire resort to themselves. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well-appointed with daily maid service. There is a beautiful beach and great restaurant within walking distance. The pool was right outside their door and Renee was very accommodating to their requests for a boat ride across "the split" whenever they wanted to explore the south side of the island. If you are looking for a true Belizean island experience, book this place for an unforgettable vacation.

Bay Towers Hotel was more than just an hotel stay, it was a very memorable experience on the island. Rene the owner was very kind and accommodating us. He picked us up from the ferry, and transported us back and forth to town. He was always around if we ever needed anything. we felt very well taken care of. Our suite was exceptional comfortable, very clean, everything is brand new. The kitchen had everything you would need for a long stay. The sunset view here was spectacular! We went on a slow season and it was like having a private beach. There were kayaks to explore the mangroves and secluded hidden beaches and bikes to explore the north side. Location was not in center of the tourist scene which we loved so much. You get the real experience living on the island. Hotel boat shuttle ran very regularly so getting in town was not a problem. We felt like we were on a private island. Book here and you will not regret it!
4.9
The hotel is great and the customer service even better. Rene, the owner who is local small business, really takes care of needs and has great recommendations.
Two bed/bath hotel suite that was essentially a mini apartment without the crazy fees on ABnB. Great for girls weekend or family with 2 kids. Pool was spotless, plenty of chairs, free kayaks/bikes/tubes, and shuttle to South Island on regular schedule. No restaurant on site but walking distance to others without the crazy price tag of staying there. Plus with the kitchen you can grab stuff to make snacks or breakfast before heading out to explore Caye Caulker.

Renee, the owner, went out of his way to make sure we had the best experience possible. From providing easy transportation options to connecting us with any tour services we wanted, his priority was to make sure we had the best time possible!
The hotel is beautiful, clean and modern. It includes its own private beach, dock and pool. Next door has another fun resort with a bar and restaurant that was great if you want to have a drink or meal then head back "home" to your own space. Further north on the island is another great restaurant so the dining options were close by. Renee also made sure we had a boat ride to the south island any time we wanted to explore that or it was a short walk to the split to take a water taxi. I will absolutely stay here again if I have the opportunity!

Extremely well kept and managed, Bay towers will not disappoint. The property itself is groomed daily, and the maintenance inside the suite was beyond reproach.

Property was beautiful. I didn’t know a shuttle boat was necessary to exit the property. The owner was very accommodating with his private boat. Would have preferred to stay on one side of island. Prefer shower to have doors. Prefer access to washer/dryer.
4.9
We hadn’t realized that this location is actually on an adjacent island (the island splits in half so you cannot walk to the busier part of Caulkner where the restaurants and shops are). However the hotel readily gives its guests boat rides over - and as a value added, they showed us where the tarpon congregate. We also kayaked over once (short and easy kayak). I highly recommend the hotel for its modernity, immaculate pool and grounds, warm knowledgeable staff. If you prefer more bustle or comings and going’s from your hotel, then look at getting something more central.

I usually don’t review, but we loved Belize. The hotel is new, very small and private. It is on the quiet north side with a quick boat ride to the south for any amenities. The staff and the Belize as a whole were extremely kind, and courteous. We are definitely returning.

Bay Towers was a great place to stay while we were in Caye Caulker. The staff were extremely accommodating and made transport to the south side of the island for shopping/excursions really easy. Rooms were clean and stocked with everything you would need and there’s a private dock with kayaks, a paddle boat and other equipment that guests can use for free.

This is a new property and is a true gem. It is family owned and Renee and Marie could not have been more accommodating and hospitable. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen and is one of the best we have stayed in and we always choose condos with a kitchen. The balconies have spectacular sunset views. We were a bit worried about staying north of the split but it was not problem to get back and forth and it was less crowded. The kayaks and beach set up is also great. We will be back!

Bay towers was awesome. I would return here many times over. It was peaceful and serene with the ocean right at the tips of our toes. Our room was beautiful and was newly built in perfect condition with all the modern amenities we needed or wanted. There was water equipment to use for free (paddle boards, paddle boat, intertubes, water carpet) as well as lounge chairs on the beach, corn hole, and a lovely pool. It was also conveniently located next to Koko King which had a restaurant and bar for a nice beach cocktail or dinner over the water. Jaime and Renee were very gracious and friendly hosts. They picked us up and dropped us off on the south side of the island and were accomodating to our schedule. If I ever get the chance to come back to Belize, I will definitely spending several nights here again.
