Perfect hot spring at top floor and breakfast and night free Ramen noodle. Also one more benefit is 7 Eleven convenience store locate just next door where we can access with sandal. Thank you

About 1/3 of a mile from the Kawasaki JR station and is close to many restaurants and stores. The Onsen was very nice the breakfast superb. We are staying there again the next time we go to Tokyo

The breakfast is "da bomb" according to my travel friend...and it sure was the crown jewel of this experience. I could post pics, but I want every person to have the same joy we had walking into the breakfast room. You really need to do it. We wonder if there's an option to just buy a package including breakfast & onsen...like a daypass. Our other friend opted out of breakfast, and we almost cried for him. Between bites of delicious food, that is. Seriously though, there were a lot of Asians there for some reason, and everyone was ON TOP OF IT for every food opportunity. I swear, free shoyu ramen started at 930 and by the time we got down there at 934 it was packed. You don't wait long however, as the ramen barista is superfast. I'm pretty convinced we need to make this our last stop if we ever visit Japan again. EVERY person was so well-trained and professional--they were very well-staffed here and our experience was absolutely 5 star. This place is so underrrated I really want to keep it a secret. Please keep doing what you're doing Dormy Inn Kawasaki, you guys are doing amazing job from the front desk staff to the ramen server, from the room operator (always picked up within 3 rings) to the breakfast team (despite the volume of people and the variety of food, nothing ever was short each time I went up....and I went up several times), beef griller, omelette cook, ramen barista #2 (yes we had ramen again, a different one!) ....and yes laundry machines with the detergent.

Ok place, but a bit dated with dark carpets, hard pillows, very small shower, and dirty windows. It hits the mark as a basic, budget hotel, so the price was on par, but unless you had direct business in the area or needed to stay in Kawasaki and didn't have any other choice, I'd look for something else. Can't comment on the Onsen as I have tattoos and they are not allowed.

Repeat Stay, came back here for the hot spring. Very reasonable price since it includes hot spring. 10 mins walk to the nearest metro station

Staff was helpful. Breakfast buffet was good. Popsicles were ok. Hersheys were bomb. 7-11 attached to lobby. Ramen was decent. Didn't get to do the onsen because i have tattoos. I'd stay there again just for the food and snacks.

Loved this Dormy Inn. The ofuro bath was large, with indoor and outdoor options. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of Japanese and Western options. There were free drinks on arrival and free ice cream or yakult after baths. Beds were comfortable although pillow were a bit hard.

This was a great stay overall. The room was very clean, staff were friendly, and it was close to a lot of shops. The train station was a 9 minute walk away and the location was convenient. I would recommend this property!

I definitely like the Natural Hot Spring public bath experience. After public bath hotel still serve free flow ice cream and ramen as a supper. Highly recommended

Only one older person before we were able to get into room who helped us with Wi-Fi. Had a hard time finding my reservation despite handing them copy of my Hotels.com copy. And I mentioned free breakfast, also included in my copy, and was told no. After dickering and checking he finally agreed it was included. Had to be own bag person to room. Also, requested more pillows since only one small pillow n room, which I had to pick up at registration & lug up myself. My paid upgraded room was very small and one side of bed was only inches from wall making it difficult for one of us to get out and around bed. Onsen was okay only and buffet breakfast was satisfactory.

The location hotel is an economical option outside of Tokyo when traveling to Japan. Very close to Tokyo, Henada airport, and Yokohoma another big city that should be visited. Conveniently located with close walking distance to subway stations and airport shuttles. However, dining around the area is not as diversified compared to other cities.

I found it to be a decent budget-friendly option for a short stay. One of the standout features of this hotel is its reasonable pricing, making it an acceptable choice for those on a budget. However, there were a couple of aspects that caught my attention. The bedside table and wardrobe in the room were quite compact, making it a challenge for two persons to comfortably utilize these spaces. It felt a bit cramped, especially for a more extended stay where ample storage and surface area become essential. Another point worth noting is the additional charge for room cleaning. While some hotels offer this service as part of the package, which may come as a surprise to guests expecting standard housekeeping services included in the room rate.

This place used to be immaculately clean, hopefully they can trained their staff or hire a new team of cleaners the dust on the dashboard and the bathroom commode have dried pee all over and you you tell there not as Terrell as it used to be, this was our to go hotel for years and years however we are disappointed how the property was dirty.

Excellent facilities - spa and laundry room very well organized. 15th flor vending and library space is good. Dislike: no coffee shop except 7-11 attached. However excellent bakery/cafe nearby. also near many restaurants and cafe's.

We enjoyed the hotel, super convenient from the train station, the breakfast is really good. I gave it a 4 because the beds and the pillows are really hard so my back was sore after 4 nights. They also don't tell you on the website that you can't use the onsen if you have tattoos so beware of that. Its comparable to everywhere else that we have stayed in that area.
