It's close to the main square. Quiet place for a city. Hotel is modern, clean, but the toilet didn't work. My fault I should've told them the night we arrived. Told them in the morning, but it was not fixed. Front desk was very friendly, helpful, and concerned. A nice breakfast on 4th floor terrace
If the toilet worked, I would've come back.

This boutique hotel is not high end. The price reflects that it’s more of a budget hotel but I would still give this boutique a 9/10.
The place is very clean, staff are very helpful, the owner is always on site.
We did have an issue upon check in, we booked a deluxe suite with a King Bed and they gave us a smaller room with a double bed. We pointed out the error and we come to realize that they have no King Beds available at this hotel (even though the booking site offers this selection.) we ended up in the room we requested but with two double beds.
Pros of this boutique hotel
Clean, staff, breakfast included, location, hot water
Cons
Wifi ok, street noisy (request a room in the back), breakfast adequate but it would have been nice to have some fresh fruit, low water pressure, noisy in the hallways early in the am.
But with all this said for the price a great hotel!

Claudia, Jennifer, Jesus, and some of the other staff were so kind and helpful… Claudia and Jennifer were specifically just so amazing, made lifelong friends for sure! The private room we stayed in was really nice, even had AC and private bathroom. Overall, just a really great experience.

The property was excellent. Although we had a mix up with our reservation we were moved to their sister hotel which was fantastic. The gentleman at the front desk was excellent and very customer oriented. He scheduled a 5:00 am pick up for us to the airport and was waiting for us with the taxi. They went out of their way for us and we would definitely recommend their hotels. Cleanest place in Iquitos and felt safe. Highly recommend staying here!

Great stay with great service and a breakfast with a view. Loved the in room mini bar

This hotel is not in a good location plus you can hear all the other guests and the outside noise. They charge for makeup stains in towels and it’s not a nice room. Better to stay elsewhere closer to downtown. Would not recommend

Staff was so kind and helpful and rooms were very clean and spacious. Breakfast was included and really good. Location within walking distance of everything and the staff was very helpful to organize anything needed.
I chose this place based on reviews oeiple gave - and they were correct - highly recommend this place, its a hidden gem.

Nice modern facilities. Breakfast on the terrace we liked. Checkout was a little disjointed with our lack of Spanish. Hot water wasn’t working and water pressure very low on the third floor. A bit over-priced for Iquitos

Great stay. Good food, nice room, AC works

The check-in had a few hiccups but everything was corrected. The staff was friendly and helpful. The showers are hot but not the easiest to use. The breakfasts were good. They don't like you using the AC when you aren't in the room. Overall a good trip.

Staff’s great! However the property is just meh: no elevators, rooms are also very noisy. The room close to the courtyard is a bit unsafe as the window can be opened from outside within arm’s reach. It’s also inconvenient to use the hot water (need to turn on one switch close to the ceiling and there’s another switch near the shower head to control water temp.) the AC works slowly but it does work, which is a plus in Iquitos as it’s very very hot.

This little gem in the middle of Iquitos, Peru's biggest city in the rainforest, is amazing. From the friendly staff to the personable owners, everyone is focused on ensuring your stay is as comfortable as a luxury hotel. Their included breakfast was delicious and the rooms were super clean and spacious. We will return on our next visit to Iquitos

This place is a little gem. Great service, decent breakfast and super clean little affordable hotel. Laundry next door. Less than 10 minute walk to the plaza.

Studio 69 is a hidden gem in Iquitos. Having been stranded there for a few extra days I got to know a couple of different hotels in the area and this is hands down the best. It is so clean and has a modern feel to the rooms. It is very comfortable and it is a few blocks away from the center where it is very noisy and dirty. Right around the corner is a very sweet cafe that I enjoyed dinner at and I cannot recommend this place enough! The price is on par with what I paid at other hotels that were absolutely disgusting. The rooftop terrace is a delightful way to spend the morning and the ladies bring a sweet and simple breakfast to you. Pick this place if you're on a budget. And enjoy Iquitos.

Great property. Friendly receptionists and very accommodating. They were able to order us a taxi to and from the airport. They also provided breakfast in the morning, which was a huge plus.

Very clean, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, great food on rooftop terrace. Paul and his wife are the best hosts I've encountered in a long time. The hot water can be adjusted from warm to scalding! Only negative is for light sleepers, it's a little noisy from both the street and noise traveling through the stairwell and atrium. Suggestions: hang tapestries to reduce the echo effect. Also, adding a light on the nightstand and a chair to sit in would be added benefits.
