The hotel is located behind Sarit Centre shopping mall. Easy access for convenient store, Indian food around and other amenities.

We loved it! It was a sleek and beautiful place that we felt so comfortable. The staff was all so friendly and helpful and welcoming. I wish I could remember all the names of the amazing people, but I remember Nelly at the front desk helped us with a bunch of things on our last day and she was great!
The breakfast is large with so many options. They had local things, international options, pastries, an omelette station, and more. they make great coffee to go with your breakfast and it was such a carefree way to start the day. They have a nice restaurant and bar on the top floor which was another easy way to end the day if we didn't want to leave the hotel in the evening.
They are also in a great location right by Sarit Mall which has a nice bank for taking out money and every store you could think of. There are multiple Massai markets within walking distance as well as nice restaurants.
The room was a good size and they have a very convenient button to select "do not disturb" or to call for room service. It felt very high tech and easy and it's nice that room service is 24/7.

I really enjoyed my stay at Best Western Plus, There was a complimentary breakfast buffet which was really delicious. The hotel is at a walkable distance to both Sarit and Westgate mall and in a safe area and all the employees were nice and hospitable especially the security workers and the staff at the reception. Yvonne was particularly very helpful and jovial.

Visiting Kenya from the USA as a family of three. We enjoyed the restaurant-quality buffet breakfast and easy access to Sarit Center shopping and dining.
The staff bent over backwards to be helpful.
We are most thankful that the hotel staff even found and held a few valuable items for us that we had left behind by accident. Asante sana!

This was one of the best hotel experiences that I've had, and it was all due to the staff and the way the hotel management caters to the guests. Free breakfast buffet that excellent and well stocked, and they hotel stored our luggage after we checked and went to safari. We visited during the political protest and the arranged for a driver to stay with us to make sure we were safe. If you're visiting Nairobi and want to stay outside the hustle and bustle of downtown, I would highly recommend the Best Western Westlands.

Best service people I ever met. Next to Sarit Mall 100 yards!! Wonderful breakfast and got an upgrade to a junior suite and extended check-out to 2 PM. Best hotel and location in Nairobi. Wont go anywhere else!!

Best place to stay in Nairobi because it’s a 100 years from the best shopping and easy to get around with 2.00 Ubers.

This hotel has nice, larger rooms with kitchenettes and it is next to a large mall. The area seems safe and it is easy to get to other places from this hotel (except for the usual Nairobi traffic).

Was in town for work and felt well taken care of at the Best Western Plus. My room had everything I needed and more, including one of the best showers I've had at recent hotel stays and a full kitchen. Staff was extremely helpful, including walking me to the mall to help me find a chord I had forgotten. Breakfast buffet was fantastic.

All and all good. Service was friendly, hotel clean and food good. The restaurant on 11th floor is fantastic! This hotel deserves it's 4 stars.

The hotel is centrally and conveniently located. Staff members were always helpful and promptly addressed queries or concerns. Generous food options available for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Nairobi.
The hotel also offers tourist activities, but I would suggest skipping their city tour. Half the places listed on the tour were not covered in our tour and the tour itself seemed a bit ad hoc…maybe it was because our tour date coincided with one of the days of the Africa climate summit.

Nice Hotel. Only thing to complain is an absence in my room of a proper window and the noise of the ventilation system.
Otherwise clean, nice hotel with a good staff.

The hotel was great after the initial shock of the prison type atmosphere. I came to understand the metal detectors and barbed/electrical wire fencing were to protect. The people in the community were overwhelmingly kind. The bar and serving staff were also overwhelmingly kind.
The main issue I had was with some of the men on the front desk staff that attempted to extort money from me. I reserved a junior suite which is said to accommodate 4 persons. I booked my reservation for 1 person as I was traveling alone. However, I have 1 fried that came to eat and drink with me and came up to my room. The men at the front desk proceeded to call me and tell me I have an unauthorized person in the room and I will have to pay $50 to them. They claimed this was a company policy. No such policy existed as I asked for them to show me the policy and they could not. They then said it was a $20 and they would put it on my bill. I refused. This fraud really put a stain on an otherwise beautiful trip.
Those men should not be working for Best Western.
