Stayed here two weeks ago very convenient to restaurant and coffee shop this hotel does not have elevator I practically can hear foot step and maid cleaning in the morning. Last week I requested the highest floor so I can avoid all of the noise they put me on the 4th floor next to employees manual lifter from 7 to check out find none stop I won’t be back here anytime soon.

the place was perfect weekend getaway. it was safe and clean. pretty cool looking hotel with a lot retro art. my only complaint is parking is across the street next to the casino, i had to drive around the block 3-4 times because of street closures. they dont have any ice available at the hotel, make sure not get a room close to the street otherwise you will hear some noise. the pillows suck ,pretty flat. the jacuzzi was great and room is spacious

Late check in on Friday the receptionist is friendly and helpful I ask him to have late check out he said he wrote a note on my account and pass the info to the next person, Very next day received a phone call ask me to check out I told her I’ll check out at 1pm she insisted check out at noon not too friendly. This hotel very different and clean, kinda noisy you can literally hear everyone walk by your room, worst is the house keeping on the upper floor I can hear moving furniture and cleaning.

Really love the atmosphere in this hotel. A lot of unique art and a modern style. The only issue I had was the wifi wasn’t working on the 3rd floor. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The elevator was almost down every day. After a long walk, climbing three floors was disappointing. So, if you're older and have any mobility problems, make sure you get the first floor. Call before you reserve to make sure they will accommodate you.

I was forced out of my room for housekeeping to clean and they didn’t even cleaned the room, I declined housekeeping and was told I had no option but to get out of my room by receptionist and said it t was ordered by manager and it was for every guest, I have stayed before with no issues but this time staff was very rude and my 4 day stay was awful, also elevator was not working, housekeeping accused me of having illegal substance in my room and it was my protein powder, glutamine powder in a bag but they didn’t even care to listen to me and show them what it really was, the reception es was just rude and I will not stay here again. I pay for my sta to be comfortable and to be forced to get out of my room for a unacceptable and also to be accused of something false. Very unhappy with this experience.

I recently stayed at Rio Rita, and it was an incredible experience! The highlight of my stay was definitely the hot tub. After a long day of sightseeing, it was the perfect way to unwind and relax. The hot tub was impeccably clean, the water was at just the right temperature, and the jets were powerful and soothing. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities you could need. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend Rio Rita for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway!

Central place to stay, parking validated across the street. The lighting in the rooms is not the best, come prepared. Awesome place overall

The room was next to the service elevator and it was screeching all night long. Also, noise constantly came from the room upstairs which sounded like someone was living there (bouncing ball, moving chairs/funiture). They gave us an extra hour but it was just unpleasant.

I enjoy staying here for many reasons. It’s very modern, clean, good location, friendly staff, and the beds are very comfortable. I just wish they had a little bit more light in the rooms. It’s a little dark, but overall I love it.

I loved everything about the property it was quiet and private. I would highly recommend this hotel if you need a quiet get away, the bed was comfortable I loved it. The A/C worked perfectly and the shower was just what i needed after a long walk. The only thing I did not like was the parking you have to park in the casino parking which is across the street from the building. They do offer valet parking free of change which is good. Parking is included for hotel guest.

The staff was not friendly and rude. The advertisement clearly stated free parking when in fact that is not true. We paid nearly $24 US to park for less than a day. I heard several other guests complaining of this as well. Also, they do not allow you to bring guests into the hotel. We had family join us downtown and needs to use restroom and they were turned away. Crazy

I usually uses this Hotel because the restrictions that they have.
But this time even that, the people on the room next to me , they were too noisy that I couldn't sleep the two nights.
I notified the hotel but it didnt help with the issue because the problem didnt get solved.
