We did not have hot water when we arrived and took cold showers. There was hot water the following morning. Room was pretty rough around the edges. Pretty expensive for what we got. Much better options for less money in town. Location on beach is nice and exterior of hotel is in nice shape.

Not as advertised, heater did not work but I was given a portable heater. No in room coffee maker but they also brought me one

The room was clean, the beds were good and clean. The room shows it's age yet was nice and clean. The room air conditioner did it's job of cooling the room well, the A/C unit was just a little noisy. I would stay here again. I would recommand this hotel

The beach it’s great. Very quiet if you into that. It’s not a 5 star hotel, but it serves the purpose of staying in there, sleep. Nice restaurant. Stay away during Passover holidays; there’s going to be tens of thousands of people everywhere. Come except during those holidays.

Paint peeling off walls, broken bed lamp, shower squirts water onto floor, TV picture too dark to see, no heat on 9deg C. nite. Bed was comfortable.

Very nice place to stay in San Felipe. Water front views as well as a little restaurant for breakfast. The lady's at the office where very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Restaurant hours are limited. The staff did not acknowledge our presence. Room was dusty. Finishing of the walls and ceiling was terrible (unfinished). Pool was decent and shaded. Beach sand was clean. Breakfast was good.

This is a very basic Mexican motel, small room, no chair in room, no hair dryer, limited amenities, no ice machine, so they sold ice from a refrigerator for $2 dollars (40 pesos). The room did have an air conditioner, but no ceiling fan. The restaurant shut down about when I got there 3:00 pm, so no margaritas or beer sitting next to the beach and Sea of Cortez as I'd imagined.

Very outdated and not kept up very well. Deadbolt was broke and couldn't be locked on the door, door knob was a bathroom style door knob with a very insecure lock. Pool was small, but the beach area was nice.

Basic clean rooms that are in front of the beach. Good parking that appears pretty safe. Shower had great water pressure and was a good tenperature!!! Only things that could be better would be updated furnishing and better weekday dining onsite

Do not stay here! I have stayed in many hotels in Baja, and this one was the absolute worst! It is not pet friendly, there is NO pool (there is a tub the size of a large hot tub filled with filthy water), the AC did not work properly and was so loud that our whole family was awake all night, and, although this was advertised as the "comfort room" it was dirty and totally uncomfortable. This place is a rip off. Stay away!

When they are busy....that parking lot is tiny!! The pool in the corner of the parking lot is also a bit odd. Great beach access and also to the Malecon. Nothing bad about this hotel....just not quite what I was expecting.
