The place was clean, beautiful quiet and easy access to the beach. It was just a beautiful stay. I can’t wait to return.

We loved the “Glamping”! We had a blast making a fire in the fire pit and the beach was ncredible. Best nights sleep in a long time!

Tent covered in mold, dust & cobwebs covering every inch, plus live & dead insects. Not only had to clean , sweep, and wash every item in tent, but also got to dispose of bees nest in tent. After opening every window and using air purifier for 45 minutes, i started struggling to breath and immediately left. Wasnt there one full hour and gone. Not to mention the bathroom was most filthy, horrific bathroom ever visit, but i started gagging and almost threw up after flushing the toilet, the smell unbareable. The whole inside toilet was dark brown. This bathroom & tent hasnt been cleaned, ever! Well i guess i paid them $123 for me to clean one of their tents, seeing as they refuse to respond to me or give me a refund. YOUR ADVERTISING AT LEAST ONE MOTEL THAT SHOULDNT BE HAVING ANYONE STAYING THERE UNTIL MAJOR CLEANING DONE AND NEW TENTS AS THEY COVERED IN DANGEROUS MOLD. If i choose one of motels that you present me then i expect expedia do have done the research and know what they offering to your own customers. Never again!!!@

Host was very accommodating. We had to switch from a tent to bungalow due to unexpected super cold/rainy weather and they were able to help us relocate quickly. Pet fees is cheaper than other places. Location is pretty convenient in between Ocean Shores and Seabrook. The king bed is very comfy to sleep in. The water here does have really strong iron smell to it, but I don’t know if there’s anything that could be done about it. Check in and out is pretty easy as well

It was very grimy, particularly the bathroom area around the toilet. The tiny home was adorable though. It is setup kinda like a tiny neighborhood. The units are incredibly close to one another which ruins the entire rural atmosphere, if that’s what you’re looking for. I wanted to relax and get away from town but found a smaller version of town instead.

Nobody on site and office closed. At 3am the chimney of our wood burning stove clogged and smoked out our glamping tent so bad that we had to leave at 4am. Overall we were disappointed in the stay but it was a cool spot. Would consider in summer.

This place is a hidden gem and will be going back to stay often.

There was power, but only usb power connections, and 6 of the 7 usb connections didn't work. Wasn't the end of the world. Theyre all spaced pretty close together, so probably not a spot we'll bring our dogs during busy season, but rainy season was perfect for having our dogs with us! Other than that, everything was awesome! Very thoughtfully put together, and cozy! The wood stove kept it very warm in the tent!

The unique experience was great. No contact was off putting and what they advertised was not all true. Would have liked a little more personal attention vice only text. Also add for checkout time was different from actual, 1 hour earlier than expected. Firewood was limited and had to buy extra just to make through the night.

Kayla was great! Short walk to the beach access and espresso available in the office.

It was a very nice experience, our only issue was the tent zipper was rip

We stayed in the dog friendly bungalow for my birthday weekend. It was just what I needed. Short drive to amazing beaches and great restaurants. The only suggestion i have would be to add wall hooks in all rooms for coats, dog leashes etc.

This place has the potential to be a great space it is super cute and quaint, however the room for improvement is that they need to do a more thorough cleaning. Day 1 we walked around our room barefoot and our feet were black with dirt. The bathroom and kitchen also could have used a more thorough cleaning there were a lot of spiders and ants everywhere.

A great location with about a 20 min hike to the beach. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

For wheelchairs not good. No railing, gravel road and paths no private bathroom would have had to use a bath house. I had to find another hotel.

Terrible place to stay. Most important to know is that the Innkeeper needs further training in order for her to do an adequate job. First, she doesn’t respond to calls or texts. Second, lack of communication and follow through. For example, there was no hot water, showers were closed. Third, inadequate and misleading website description. The Wi-Fi was sketchy. Television couldn’t get connected Tiny home circuit breaker needed to be reset due to microwave and heater was too much power for breaker. Stayed two nights instead of 3. The Innkeeper promised to email receipt which turned out false. I am due a credit but Kayla has ghosted me.

Glamping with a modern touch. We liked staying here a lot but make sure if you want to use the futon that you bring your own sleeping bags and towels.
Loved being in walking distance to the beach!

Such a cozy clean glamp spot. Great planning with the tents, rvs, and mini homes. Bathrooms in a central location and equally accessible from each spot in the camp. The perfect get away and alternative to lodging in Ocean Shores. We’ll definitely be back.

While our stay started on the wrong foot with the untended tiny home the customer service provided by Devin, the Innkeeper, by far made up for it! The issue was immediately addressed and we were pleased to continue our stay. The resort is lovely with great access to the beach, dead quiet, and safe. I would personally bring cleaning supplies, it’s clear that the minimum is done to keep the home dust/stain/bathroom cleaned. I would still 100% recommend the stay but maybe arrive early to clean and use your own linens.

In general we enjoyed our stay at Pacific Dunes. It’s is an alternative property with Bungalows & “Glamping” tents & RV hounds, in a campground environment. The proprietors were nice and welcoming. The bungalow (#2) was modernized & the space was big enough for 4 people. With a kettle, hot plate, French press & fan to help with temperature. Those are the positives.
The negatives are that we found 2 used wash cloths in the shower. We put them in a plastic bag for the caretakers. The water smelled like sulfur but that might be a local thing. Also, the 2 windows didn’t have screens (hot during the day, cold at night) might help with the mosquitoes,Also, the walk to the ocean/beach is a bit of a trek. There is a creek that runs between the resort and the ocean (no bridge) that, if you’re adventurous, will take you 15-20min to walk to.
All in all, The Pacific Dunes Resort was quaint. It was our 1st time in the Ocean Shores peninsula. I lost my phone somewhere on the beach (not their fault) but even after all that I think they are a worthwhile investment if you want an authentic RV, Glamping, bungalow experience.
I have notes but, in general, this seems like a great place to bunk.
We rented over Labor Day weekend and most ppl were gone after the Monday holiday.
Hi, to the giant spider in the impressive mens/woman’s separate restrooms.
I’d come back if they put screens on the windows. Maybe that’s just me. I do appreciate everything else.
Let’s get into the actual real issue

There was a problem with the wifi and no resolution was reached. There wasn't adequate signal for their own tv to receive their internet only services such as YouTube and Netflix, there was no cable. Upon contacting the owners, who were never onsite per the signs on their door, they had to reset the router, then Copalis only has one internet provider, to it's only us. Even though screenshots were sent showing it was their router and an authentication issue, we were without cell service and internet all weekend while at the resort. With leaving loved ones at home and needing cell service for an emergency call, that's unacceptable.
The room was semi updated; however, it smelled from being old and not properly cleaned. The bathroom smelled of urine and the shower leaked from the corner into the hallway.
The front curtains weren't wide enough to fully close and cover the window.
The updates they have made are good but by definitely will not be staying there again.

The staff who checked us in were friendly and helpful. It is a very quiet and peaceful place. We stayed in one of the bungalows, which was cute, and the bed and bedding were excellent! However, the water in the shower/bathroom had a funky smell, the kitchenette was not well stocked, no screens on the windows (lots of mosquito bites), the wi-fi was bad (couldn't watch Netflix), and it had some dirty areas like the refrigerator and nightstand.

Wonderful little place to stay. Only slept here one night but would definitely come back. When we were here, the construction was almost done on their check-in building.
Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. My only word of caution is that they probably do not have a very strong Internet connection so if you need reliable (fast) wifi, this may not be your best bet. That being said, we had no issue with the lack of Internet or limited cell signal here.

It was close to the beach and other beach entries, but surrounded by trees which meant it was peaceful and quiet while inside the property.

Most romantic and peaceful stay I ever had. Tiny home right by the beach, doesn’t get much better then that. The managers are really friendly and helpful excellent customer service

Loved the people and pet friendly community. Although I've been informed of improvements soon to come, I'm looking forward in returning to this peaceful resort.

The manager sent a message in advance with the information containing my stay. When I arrived the first thing I noticed was how well-kept the property was. They offer contactless check-in, which was a bonus. I entered the rental and checked things out any thing I felt I needed to report I did and the manager was great about it. The place is secluded, so if you need a quiet place to get away and free your mind this is most definitely it. I would love to book again during the summer and would probably choose a tent. I went with the tiny home just for the experience not knowing what to really expect. It had everything I needed including a kitchen to cook.
