Lovely hotel, in a perfect location. Very central all the tourist sites within easy walking distance.
4.7
great hotel, close to Agora, Restaurants, etc

We had an economy room, the entrance of which was right by the front desk. This made for quite a bit of noise from loud voices at the front desk from 7-11pm. Our room had windows that faced the small, quaint street next to the front hotel entrance, but had blackout curtains.
That said, all else was very clean and comfortable.
4.7
Friendly and helpful staff. We had the suite and was very spacious.
4.7
Very close to the train station & some of the nicest restaurants in Athens
4.7
Great hotel! In the middle of everything!
Dora, the breakfast host was incredibly friendly and helpful as were the rest of the staff. No complaints at all, all positives!!
4.7
Secure, clean and beautiful

The hotel is in a good location. It is easily walkable to the Monistriaki and Plaka neighborhoods. It is quiet and probably nice for a getaway for 2. However, I was with my 2 teenage children and reserved a room for 3, with 2 queen sized beds. The second bed was a wooden slat board with 2 thin mattresses on top. I was not able to sleep for 2 nights and woke up with pain all over. I asked to change rooms after the first night and was told there was another room for one of my remaining 2 nights. It sounded like the bed situation was the same, so I declined. There is a pool in the hotel, but you have to make advance reservations to use it. Only one guest at a time is allowed. This was not at all made clear at the time of reservation. With the heat of August in Athens, having a pool to dip in after a long day of walking was a big part of why I made the reservation, it was never available during hours when we could use it. The pool reservation should have been made clear before booking. We decided to leave early to switch to another hotel, and on the morning of our departure, we woke to ants crawling through my daughter's suitcase. Needless to say, it was not a great backdrop to our stay in Athens.

Great hotel. Great staff. Great location. Just great!

Beautiful hotel the staff was beyond helpful very good location walking distance to Ermou st to the flee market to restaurants and the acropolis I’m definitely coming back
4.7
The staff was very courteous and helpful. The rooms had all the amenities. The pool was great. It was nice to be able to book it and have it all to ourselves. And the view from the roof!! Spectacular.

Best service!

so many ants

We stayed for (3) nights and the staff was very accomodating and helpful. Despina, Joanna & Dora should wonderful hospitality. They made our stay very comfortable. The location is great, close to cafes, historical sites and train. * We would stay again.

We loved the view of Acropolis from rooftop cafe. Free coffee in to go cups there also. The hottub is private, 1 hr max, by reservation. The keypad door locks are a fabulous idea. Nice to not have to care for a key. Lufthansa caused us to arrive after front desk closes at 11, but the staff communicated to us via whatsapp and even stayed 20 minutes after closing to help us to get situated. Please install and use whatsapp for tours or hotels all over Europe. Overall i would stay at this hotel again many times, as the staff is so amazing

5 stars for the AMAZING ladies behind the front desk and their time and attention giving us suggestions and booking transportation for us for a variety of activities. Their kindness made our stay!! The neighbor is super walkable with a huge variety of dining options and nightlife.
If you stay on the weekend (Thurs-Sunday) you are going to hear the bumpin’ bass of a few bars a half block down- I could sleep through it, but you do hear it. FYI if you’re a light sleeper.
We did have ants in our bathroom, but the spaciousness of the room (for Europe) was great (yay balcony!) and comfort of the bed were good!
I would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful staff.
Nice and comfortable rooms.
Good location.

Great stay! Next to lots of cafe and restaurants and close to main square, markets and shopping. A short 20 min walk to the acropolis entrance through all the nice areas of Psiri and Pláka.
Would highly recommend the hotel.
4.7
The staff was exceptional! All of the staff, especially Dora and Despina, was very helpful and provided suggestions of places to see and always were excited to ask about how our day went and how our trip was coming along. The rooms were just as beautiful as the pictures and kept just as clean as the pictures show. The beds were comfortable. The water pressure was great. The breakfast that we requested to be included in our package was delicious every morning. I really have no suggestions for improvement.
4.7
no hot tub no pool misleading great location
4.7
The air conditioning did not work on arrival. The hot tub was out of use and sauna and steam room despite booking these facilities in advance. Breakfast was also very average and basic.
4.7
Great location and nice room. Wish it had a proper shower vs just a bathtub
4.7
This hotel did not have the amenities that were presented on their website. No working hot tub, only rooftop restaurant for breakfast only (till1030). You could only use the pool for 1 hour with a reservation, then you had to pay! The service was very good but overall I would not call it a hotel/spa. Too many surprises!
4.7
Excellent service by the front desk. Fairly new and nice rooms. Sound insulation could be better.
4.7
A small new hotel, with friebdly and extremely helpful staff who took the time to talk to you and provide heloful information. Dora who provides the breakfast service deserves a special mention for being kind andreally helpful. Breakfast overlooking the Parthenon is also quite special .

This hotel is everything!! My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights on our trip to Athens to celebrate my birthday! The hotel had fruit and wine waiting for us in the room upon arrival. We felt very safe in the room and the surrounding areas, each guest gets an access code to get in and out of the lobby. Everything we wanted to visit was within a 20 minute walk and is steps away from the heart of the city. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
4.7
Amazing experience, everything went smoothly and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Would absolutely go back again!

Psiri is the fun region of Athens and The Residence was fantastic, everywhere walkable. The reception staff were the kindest and made our stay so wonderful. We stayed in the economy ground floor foyer room for 7 nights and slept soundly. Thank you for the pleasant chats, help and guidance from your 1st Class reception team.
4.7
It is like a boutique hotel. So it is not so big. But it is such a nice, comfortable, and personalized hotel. The front desk young lady, who speaks very good English is super friendly and helpful. She gave us all sort of tips, from dining to going out to beaches.
The breakfast is awesome and it is such a treat having your morning coffee while looking up at Acropolis from afar. Highly recommend.
4.7
The hotel was ideally located, close to city center but in a quiet side street. The reception staff were always welcoming and helpful, and the general atmosphere was relaxing. The housekeeping was excellent, as was the standard of the room we stayed in. The pool area was a little underwhelming, especially as the sauna was closed. This small negative aside, we truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely use this hotel again.
4.7
The staff and cleaning was great.
The cooling is down for some reason? It was hot and the receptionist suggested open the windows, the problem is it is VERY loud outside, there is a bar that play loud music almost all night and people walking so be sure to bring earplugs
And if you are suffering from heat do not stay here during winter cuz the ac can only heat and not cool
4.7
Great location and friendly staff.
4.7
Excellent clean hotel, great location but the best part was the staff on reception so friendly and welcoming. Make my stay 10/10 ☺️

Stayed 4nights in couple to discover Athens and hotel was super well and centrally located to sightseeing places (walkable distance).
Great view from rooftop onto Acropolis.
