The man who checked us in yelled at myself in front of my 9 yr old and made her cry! Our toiket was awful had holes in the seat, others wanted a new room too ! Rooms smelled awful amd A/c didnt work right . Woke up a lot the air quality was awful . I want a refund

The place was ok, pretty clean. People hang out outside their rooms all night drinking and stuff. This is the only place I've ever stayed that has an occupancy tax and destination fee which you don't find out about until you go to check in, even if you prepay for the room they don't accept your payment and hit you with extra fees.

This motel was right next to Mount Washington, which is why we picked staying here. The place overall was clean, & we had no issues during our stay. Check in & check out was simple, & the staff was very friendly. We would recommend this place if you’re looking for a quick & easy stay near Mount Washington

Staff was friendly.check in was easy . Price was more than Expedia quoted. Breakfast was slim pickings, only had 2 sets of towels when we had 4 in room.( 2 adults,2 children)vending machine was empty!couldn’t turn any heat on. Probably would not stay here again

The room was excellent; seemed newly painted and furnished. It was clean, as were the linens and towels. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The staff was extremely polite and cheerful and genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs.
The only thing that disappointed us was that the online description says there is a health club with many amenities. We found it, but it has been closed since 2022. We were able to access it with our key card, but only the pool and hot tub.
Other than that, we found everything else met or exceeded our expectations. If we visit that area again, we would definitely stay there.

We got here for 3pm check in and was asked to wait ten minutes for a room to be done cleaning. We did not check in until 3:45pm. There were dirty underwear under the chair. Same chair cut my son's foot due to a staple or nail sticking out. Housekeeping were kind, but the front desk receptionist was not hospitable.

The room looked clean, my bed was fine but my daughter got a lot of bites during the night( we think bed bugs). The exhaust fan was VERY loud. It was a place for the night but not one i would chose again. We found it on the internet, so sight unseen, the pics on the internet were for the main building, we were in a secondary building.

The pillowcase was too small to cover the pillow (there were lipstick marks on the pillow). Corner parking bays are poorly planned (parking spaces take up each other‘s space). The bathroom floor tiles were not installed properly. The socket for the bedside lamp will fall out automatically. WiFi cannot use. It is worth mentioning that the outdoor environment here is super good.

This place is so gross I packed up and went to go sleep in my car. I had red stains on my ceiling, the lights in the main room didn’t work. don’t even know what the blanket was made of and how old it was. There was a women passed outside her door the room next to me. the pictures looked nothing like it says online. Stay away.

I ask money back now. We only stay to 2 hours in this hotel. And front didn’t do nothing. We left in middle of night. This hotel is terrible dirty. Crouches everywhere in front desk area.
Expedia has cheating me. I paid 239 dollars for this hotel but hotels tell me they only charge 132 per night.
Terrible experience with booking, unable trust Expedia any more. Terrible, truly terrible.

The stay was ok. Spent 5 nites and not once did anyone tidy room, replace towela or replenish soap and shampoo. Breakfast was just ok too

The breakfast was nice and simple, make your own waffles, bagels, cereal and drinks. The room however was filled with spiders and some ants. The corners filled with webs. We were only given 2 towels for 3 people and house cleaning only passes on your third day.

Reserved two rooms last minute - walked in and they both had a horrible smell. Thought maybe they had been closed up for while so we opened windows and turned fans on and left for an early dinner (1.5 hours) - came back and it smelled like someone had pee'd on the floor. It was seriously worse some how! I tried to get our money back but said they wouldn't because we waited 1.5 hours, stay away from this place, your better off sleeping in a random ally somewhere. We ended up finding a different place and eating the $$ it was that bad!

I booked a family trip, and my son was very disappointed because they couldn't connect the iPad through the internet, which wouldn't work, and the TV had no kid's channel. They were so bored, and there was nothing for them to do here. We wanted a comforter. We were so cold, but they didn't have any; our bathroom got clogged. The drain in the tub was very slow. I was here with three children, and the breakfast wasn't impressive.

We stayed three days the first night we noticed the toilet did not flush correctly it would fill up like it was going to overflow. There were ants all over the desk dresser and in the bathroom. When we got back the second day from touring the area I noticed nobody had came and at least take the dirty towels I left neatly in a pile. When I went to the front desk the man told me if you stay more than one night you have to request the room to be cleaned. He told me he would add it to the next days list. I told him about the ants and toilyand he didn’t seem to care. The following day they didn’t clean and when I asked the lady who was cleaning the room next to me she said it was not on her list. She gave me clean towels. I will never stay in another Roadwat Inn.

We booked 3 rooms for our family, and two rooms had an oversized chair, but our room was missing this piece of furniture. Also, the fire alarm device was beeping like crazy. We called the front desk, and the lady was overwhelmed with checking, etc., so we had to go to the front desk to get a battery. My Husband stood on a chair to complete the task. We asked about getting another chair as well, and we’re told that there are no more chairs. The lady at the front desk said that they get moved around often. There was no maid service the 2nd day, to replace towels or pick up garbage either. We would not recommend this hotel at all, but would recommend getting more help for the lady at the front desk.

No TV, no microwave, couldn't keep our food in fridge.
No coffee, If we wanted coffee we had to walk to other building to get it.
I tried checking the pool, it was locked. Maitradee says the guy probably forgot to unlock it
