It was amazing , thank you.

Front desk and valet were great. Bartender was SLOW and not very busy. All employees were very friendly.
4.3
Great great location walkable spots for meals and close to Beale.
Beds need to be replaced a little uncomfortable but the staff is absolutely wonderful friendly and kind
4.3
Great location to go to Beale Street! Not far from Sun Records too and across the street from The Peabody Hotel to see the ducks on display.
4.3
This is a great place to stay. The room was very nice and comfortable. We didn't have hand soap or body wash, but when I asked for it they provided it in a timely manner. The location was walking distance to many things. The digital check-in process made things very easy. The staff was very helpful with everything including the valet service. I would definitely stay there again.

For the most part the stay was fine. Rooms were not cleaned enough, dirt, hair and extra trash on floor where you don’t look or pay attention to. Dusting certain piece of furniture in room needed to be done. Most hotel employees were not too helpful with giving info to guest. Info you need to know too. A incident happened in restaurant/bar while I was eating and it was very disturbing and not handle properly. But definitely thought Valer was on top of it the whole time that I needed them.
4.3
Excellent check-in experience. Eboni and her Staff were very accommodating, offered helpful local fare recommendations and were responsive when assistance was required. I really love the decor throughout. The lobby is a vibe and im sure can be a fun, trendy atmosphere for cocktails with friends or soon-to-be friends when their an event in town or at the adjacent baseball venue. Excellent proximity to Beale Street. No concerns with personal safety while walking the couple short blocks during the day and at night.

We were about 3 hours early for check in. Our room was ready and we were charged $40 for early check-in
In 60 years of traveling I have never been charged for early check in. The hotel was practically empty.
There had been a flood from the 3rd floor down. Restaurant was closed, Very inconvenient. Only one elevator was working \. Luckily there were very few guests. We were told by other guests that they had been notified of the issue and given an opportunity to change their reservation. we were not extended that courtesy. We would have chosen the Hilton across the street. For the entire stay there were loud fans all over the lobby. Base boards were removed and laying on the floor. It was a construction zone.
On the last day the one remaining elevator was out of order. My 70 year old husband had to carry our luggage down 4 flights of stairs.
There was never a manager available.
Very disappointing stay.

The room had a weird cologne smell. Housekeeping turned the room and there was no body wash, no tissues, and little conditioner. There was also a dirty rug with a sticky spot.
4.3
Property was nice and convenient! The staff was lovely and our room was pleasant. Comfy bed and bathroom was clean and really nice.
4.3
It was perfect for the one night we stayed there. Very clean and up to date. Good location for the center of downtown.
4.3
The staff was very friendly and courteous.

This was a great stay.

Place is little off of Beale and across the street from the Redbirds Ballpark. Rock and Roll theme of the hotel was nice. Staff were super friendly. Surrounding area is wild. It’s Memphis. Good times.
4.3
The room was nicely outfitted but poorly kept. Only 1 towel and 1 hanger on arrival. The supplied soap, shampoo and conditioner were all missing. I went to the front desk to ask for more towels and to have the soap items and hangers. The csr acting like it an was inconvenience to him. The soap and towels arrived. The hangers never came. House keeping never came the second day to freshen up the room, had to ask again and again. Seems to have a lazy housekeeping staff
4.3
The only thing I didn't like was what they charged for parking, over 40.00 and then your tips for valet.
4.3
Valet and front desk team members were excellent
4.3
Stayed with family for three nights. Great location in downtown Memphis, our room was comfortable with good amenities. Staff was either exceptional or very disengaged - we had a very uneven experience in that area, but overall it was fine. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in downtown Memphis.

I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel after a long flight. The receptionist's swift problem-solving skills were truly impressive, ensuring a smooth check-in experience. The curfew restaurant was absolutely delicious, and my compliments to the talented kitchen staff who made every meal a delight. The hotel's location was ideal, making it easily accessible, and the security measures were top-notch, providing peace of mind throughout my stay. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their excellent service and hospitality. I LOVE MEMPHIS

This is an in-city property, near the state capital complex and about 4 walkable blocks from the action on Broadway.
It is older, the room was clean though small and a little tight. Barn doors on bathroom.
Parking is valet only and very congested. Elevator is accessible only in parking garage, no bell staff and tiny awkward luggage carts made unloading onerous.
A nice small bar is on property with a good bartender and there is a pizza joint right next door.
Breakfast buffet is nice though the room is small for the volume of guests. Really good coffee.
4.3
Everyone there was so friendly and helpful! We will definitely stay there again!
It was our first time in Memphis and loved it! Valet sevice is worth it also!
4.3
Restaurant was over-priced with very limited options. Impossible to sleep at night with constant LOUD!!! traffic noise. Front desk was no help and responded with, "Yeah, you're in downtown Memphis. It will last until at least 3 am." Beds had hardware sticking out a foot past the edge of the mattresses, so it became a tripping hazard and injured the shins of 2 in our party. The pillows have zero support, so more discomfort on top of the noise. And lastly, the A/C started making a loud grinding sound around 3:30am (just as the road traffic just started to dissipate). We had to turn the A/C off to make the noise stop and it was in July....so nobody slept at all and everyone was miserable the following day. Consider yourself warned.

If not the efforts of staff, our rating would be terrible. The showers and sinks leaked water on the floor and sink counters. Granted, it was 96 degrees during our 3-day stay but our air conditioning did not work--room humidity was between 60-70 percent. We switched rooms but the air conditioning didn't work in the other room. Our friends upgraded their room and the upgraded room had decent air conditioning. Our clean clothes were damp from excessive humidity.

This will definitely be our hotel of choice when we visit Memphis. Valet parking especially Izzy, Billy and Willie., hotel staff, atmosphere and close proximity to things you want to do while in Memphis. Right next door to Autozone Ballpark, 2 short blocks to Beale Street. Sun Studios right down the street. We will definitely be back.
4.3
The staff made our stay so awesome!!
4.3
Dining, clean, friendly.
4.3
Valet parking too expensive, too many wonderings around property and maid staff were extremely too noisy when communicating with each other
4.3
I loved that you had to have a key card to access the elevators and it was in a good walkable area.
4.3
I wouldn’t recommend the Canopy by Hilton for family or friends. Simply because of the staff. I’ve never witnessed a poorly mismanaged hotel like this one. It’s as if all of the departments in the hotel don’t communicate to one another. 2 hour wait times for check-in (after 4 PM by the way), 1 hour wait time for lunch at Curfew (the in-house restaurant) while there were less than 10 customers and at least 4 servers, among the lack of hospitality. I’ve never felt more like a bother than I ever have in this environment.
4.3
We liked the location but did not like the cars racing down the street that our room was located on
4.3
There was some homeless people that were shady hanging around but the valet ran them off
4.3
Great room, clean, and very comfortable bed and pillows. Only complaint is we asked multiple times to have our room cleaned, but it never happened. We ended up asking for more towels and asked to get the trash taken out, and that happened, so good enough. We would stay again because the bed was awesome.
4.3
Just not impressed, the pictures looked so nice but the property is very average. The bar is nice, very good drinks. There was supposed to be a robe in my room but wasn’t, the only way I knew about it was pictures. Same deal with water you have to ask for at the front desk. Parking is very expensive , but the valets were very nice and professional. Probably would stay somewhere else on my next trip.
4.3
Visited here from Atlanta. The property was very clean, the staff was very polite and friendly, and it is walkable to all of the local Memphis attractions! Will
be back again!
4.3
Great stay right downtown
4.3
Nice hotel and realli nice management. A/C system makes a little noise.
4.3
Comfortable modern room with great amenities walking distance to Beale street and other great restaurants!! I would definitely stay here again
4.3
Just an average experience. The room was nice and clean, front desk staff courteous and helpful. Restaurant and bar staff and service was poor, almost an embarrassment. The bartender intentionally overcharged me for a glass of wine, which felt intentional. I almost booked the Peabody across the street but a few reviews made it sound dated so I choose the Hilton. So sorry I did. We wound up going over there for food and drinks and there is no comparison.
4.3
Saturday nights in Memphis are noisy but other than that, we had a great stay. Front desk was awesome.
4.3
Was hit with an almost $50 Valet that wasn’t advertised, room stunk when we went in it, and I guess it was a drag race outside on Union Ave. till almost 2am. Almost no sleep from everybody wanting Memphis to hear there pipes and radios till super early, but will say it was what you hoped for in a new hotel with updated furnishings and shower. Checkout was kinda disappointing because they of course didn’t ask how was our stay, probably because they already knew!
