When i put in the confirmed name "Quay Apartments Exchange Quay" in Google maps, i was brought to another block about a mile away. I had to phone to get the correct name ( Syren Apts) and the correct post code. This is basic and should be sorted out with the confirmation.
Apartment was ok but needs repaint in kitchen. Shower backed up & nearly flooded. Rain noise on window surround wierdly loud during night.

Great location. Trams near by, Old Trafford within 10 min walk. Very easy comunication with the owner. Big 2 bedroom apartment with comfortable beds.Market is next to the building or M&S and Tesco within 15 minutes walk. Great location and great host.

really nice apartment, would stay again.

It’s a great apartment with all the amenities you’d need. The only issue was that the coffee machine did not work other than that great place to stay if you’re looking for peaceful time.

I like the overall living environment. However it would be better if bellow can be improved: 1) “Clippers Quay” which is a quite big community with service apartments. It’s really hard for travelers to find the right place to check-in (get the keys) unless you call the house owner and wait for him sending staff to pick you up. In fact, the room is not located in the building which showed in Expedia intro photo (all the other way round…it makes traveller confused and inconvenienced especially with luggages). 2)one of the two bath room: “shower” is out of order.

Clean apartment. Everything necessary for a short stay. Location was good. Nearby tram stop for easy access in to Manchester.

Phoned when was outside the building and someone came out to meet me, explained the parking and showed me up to the apartment too. Excellent location with secure parking beneath. The apartment was clean, bright and well equipped. A few unexpected extras were tea towel, sponge, washing up liquid, washing powder, tea and coffee which was handy. Also local Coop, cafes and places to eat very close by. Great - thanks!

No welcome coffee pods or milk or even water in fridge would have been nice .

Check in was so easy and we were met at the property and shown the car parking and apartment. We were even given excellent directions to the concert we were attending. Great stay!

There is no front desk but you can call the number and someone will tell you or pick you up as long as you can tell them where you are -- within 1 min walk if you get lost. The location is not easy to find if you drive the car and you will miss this apartment. This fully furnished apartment is really great and worth what we have paid since we have rented a different hotels via hotels.com. This one is the most value we have been received and highly recommend who do not mind far from City Center of Manchester but the public transport is very convenient and also you only walk within 5 minutes you can find a supermarket, food and bar nearby. The tram and public transport is also nearby and also the parking next to the apartment is affordable currently it is only less than 7pound for 24 hours and make sure that you have put the receipt on the dashboard -- must be visible otherwise you may get a 100pound fine + other fee. Do not park any parking space as they have a camera to capture your car registration even it is 1 min you may need to pay. You can stop along the street even it is yellow double line for a while if you get lost but do not enter any parking lot unless you decide to park there

Nice appartment in a good location. Sparsely decorated and a bit clynical, could do with a more homely feel but comfortable enough. Minor gripe was there was no milk in the fridge so I had to go out and get a bottle to make a cuppa.

I stayed after a concert at old Trafford cricket ground. Fab to be able to walk back (20/25 mins max even with all the crowds) Even nearer to United’s groundLovely to have space & the ability to eat at the apartment rather than having to pay to go outBrilliant communication both before and on the dayApartment was spotless - I seriously wondered if I was the first person who had stayed there
