Excellent value for the price, would stay again

The hotel is so closed to metro station. But the room is so dark. No USB power jack and one plug is even broken.
No reception service 10pm to 10 am and we can only use self check in. But the lady work there is very nice.

the room was very spacious and clean.
Also, it is directly connected to the subway station, so it is easy to move.

Great family hotel, excellent location, right next to Den Den Town… great for anime lovers and walking distance to Shinsaibashi.
10.0 / 10.0
The hotel was very convenient because it is right next door from a subway station (Sakaisuji Line) and it is a walkable distance from Dontonbori. If you are interested in computer parts or gaming peripherals there are many shops nearby, some notable ones being Tsukumo and PC ONES. The hotel suite is very clean, big and great layout even for big family. The front desk was very helpful and understood and conversed with us in English. I would stay here again if I am in Osaka again.

Staff were excellent and helpful. The family room was very large and had all the facilities we needed for a great stay. Location is above a train station making it very convenient to get around the city. Highly recommend and would stay again in our next visit.

Apartment was spacious and clean and located right outside a metro station. U can hear the train underneath but not loud or bothersome. Within walking distance to good restaurants. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Checked into the property at 9:00 p.m. with my family in tow. Once we got to the front desk, I was told that I had cancelled my reservation and nothing could be done on their end because they were sold out and it was Expedia's problem.
After restating over and over again that I had not cancelled my reservation and it was an error on their end. They looked into again and found that it was a mistake on their end made by an employee. This started off our stay on a low note. The room configurations are a bit weird with the living room and large bedroom being together. Both bathrooms are located right next to each other.

The property was very easy to get to was right next to the station. The rooms had a washer which is a plus and worked out very well for our family of six. This hotel was outside, so not a lot of people and was really good for our family. We will definitely stay there again if we go back to Osaka.

This hotel was in the perfect location for us! Right next to the train station, near tons of food and rooms were spacious and clean and had everything we needed.

The room was clean, large and very comfortable.
The staff was friendly and can communicate with English.
Cafe menu is available at the front desk and you can work in the lobby area as well. The hotel was just a minute walk from the nearest subway station and also has a good access to Namba and Shinsekai.
Overall, the stay experience was very nice and I really recommend this hotel when you come to Osaka with your family and close friends !

It is an extremely roomy and comfortable place for a great price. It's literally steps away from a train station. Great for families. Note, room cleaning has to be paid for. There is no room cleaning until you check out. We knew this prior to booking and honestly didn't need it, plus it was a great proce. Empty your own trash and bring it downstairs. Same with towels - bring the dirty ones and they'll replace it. A lot of toiletries available. Lots of food and shopping options outside. We had a great time and will stay here again.

Large living room is A .
Area of improvement: if you can add lights in bathroom above the sink & storage/ shelf would be great.

Great stay overall. Room is very big (for Japan standard) and clean, with plenty of amenities. It got a kitchen completed with plates, bowls, cutleries, fridge and microwave. Beds are big and very comfortable. The hotel also got a washing machine, so its perfect for extended stay. Staffs are also very friendly. Location wise, it's only 10 steps away from train station with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to Tsutenkaku Tower and Tennoji Zoo are also a huge plus for us. One thing to take note of; every once in a while, you can (faintly) feel vibrations from trains passing below the hotel. It doesn't bother me and my family at all. If we ever come to Osaka again, we will DEFINITELY stay in this hotel again. 9.5/10

Very large suite for a family with 2 large bedrooms, large living area, kitchenette, bathroom and additional toilet. Very safe, comfortable, modern and new looking fit out, clean and having a washing machine was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is above a subway station so you basically come out of one of the station exits and reception is few doors down. There is a lot to see within walking distance or train from the hotel but please note that there are a few adult shops nearby (only some signage visible). It is a also good location to get to Kansai airport. Overall a lovely stay and great location.

We stayed for a week at Randor Osaka in a Deluxe Family Suite with 5 people. The room set up was good with 2 queen beds in one room and the other queen beds in the living area. The place for the tatami mats is also in the living area so would there would be quite a few people sleeping next to each other if you set up the tatami (we didn’t as that cost extra apparently).
The location is good, just a 10min walk to shopping lanes that lead to Dotonbori and a train station is just below the hotel. It’s not a main line but connected easily to a number of them. You can hear the trains from the room but it wasn’t intrusive.
Good to have a washing machine in the room though no drier so took a very long time to dry anything (outside and under the the heat pump).
Room servicing/cleaning isn’t included in your room rate so we paid a fee to have the room cleaned halfway through our trip. You can take your rubbish downstairs at anytime and get new towels from reception when you need to though.
The staff were all very friendly and always willing to assist.
Overall, we had a great stay - good location to Osaka sights and the train but would be made better with room servicing and a clothes drier.

Hotel is just 3 shop house on the right after you exit from the train B exit. Location is convenient.
Hotel room is huge for 6 adults.
No housekeeping. You will have bring the soiled towels to front desk and request new ones.
Front desk staff are super friendly and helpful.
The biggest down side is the rooms/unit are very dark. There is only 1 sanitary top in the main bathroom. And only 1 mirror. No hook in the bathroom or sink area. Hotel has to improve on that. Pretty inconvenient.

This is the worst experience at a hotel ever, I booked a hotel with 2 double beds and a twin. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk or any place to safely place our luggage. When we came back a few hours later, we were given a room with only 2 beds and after speaking with Management (right up to the GM of the Randor Hotel chain) we were told it was a Hotels.com fault for false advertising. By booking this hotel, I did not expect to sleeping on a cot squeezed under the TV and the hotel offered no other solution except we could pay more for a bigger room. It was clearly extorting money from weary travellers and blaming their booking partner. We spoke to other customers there that could not figure out why there was no front desk staff to accept luggage either. Luggage was left there to be easily stolen by anyone off the street. The bottomline is that all Management I spoke with made it very clear that the customer was not a priority for the Randor Hotels. I would recommend you avoid this hotel or it could ruin your trip. I missed our dinner in Osaka with my friends as I tried to sort this out for 3 hours to no avail.

We had 2 - two bedroom apartments, and the layout was great. Nice decor and upgraded bathrooms, kitchen. Room for improvement- only one mirror in entire unit, in the shower. A full length mirror would be appreciated. One of the rooms had a strong sewer smell, and the room spray provided and what was used in the lobby was very, very overpowering. Overall lighting was very dark and dim. Also, the hallway once exiting the elevator to room area is extremely dark and dangerous feeling.

The suite was huge even if compared with those in the US and definitely a rare find in Japan at this price. Though the front desk does not operate around the clock, they are very helpful and friendly.

Spacious room with multiple beds. Hotel is right beside subway station exit so convenient for sightseeing. Very recommended!

I think this is one of the more spacious places in Osaka, especially where this property is located. We were four of us in the deluxe suite and it felt very comfortable to stay in terms of the space, facilities provided and access to the metro (an entrance to Ebisucho station is literally 20 meters away, don’t worry, there’s no sound from there)
The staff were always helpful and friendly and can speak English so that’s always a plus!

It was accessible to all tourists spots in Osaka. The only problem is you can hear the trains passing by in our rooms.

Amazing staff, surprisingly large rooms and great location. However, and I appreciate this is outside of the staff's control, but there was a vent on the wall in the adjustment building and every evening someone was smoking in the other building and the vent would push all the smoke into the living area of our room. We have younger children and had to resort to all going into the bedrooms and closing the doors to escape the smoke.

The superior suite was the perfect size for my family of 4. It was very comfortable and well-appointed. And we loved how roomy and big the suite was. The only downside was a small one -- there was only a single mirror in the bathroom. It would be helpful to have at least one or two more elsewhere so that getting ready to go out is a bit easier.

We are a family of 7 and everyone loved the place. It was clean and spacious.
There were no room service everyday therefore we only asked for cleaning staff to clean out our rubbish as only when we need it, however the cleaning staff were not able to speak English therefore we used Google translate to communicate. The receptionists were able to speak good amount of English and was very polite.
The rooms were very clean and spacious which we were able to open up all of our suitcases with space to walk around.
Having a fridge in the apartment was very convenient as we could store our drinks and even ice cream for our late night snacks.
The location of the hotel is walkable distance to JR and Tsūtenkaku.

Good price for large group. Staff was great. Very helpful for foreign tourists. Side note: if ordering Uber Eats, make sure you put the full name of the hotel. We enjoyed our stay!!
