The people working here were quite nice and accommodating. The room just wasn’t very clean. Lots of dust and bugs relative to the other hotels I stayed at. Good location. Good potential. Just needs a more thorough cleaning.

Perry NY must have zero crime. No staff at inn when we arrived. It was Self check-in. Motel room doors were unlocked! Key was inside! Never had this happen before.
Rooms were spacious, neat, and clean. smaller but good TV, hot shower, comfortable beds. In town and Country Kitchen was .3 miles away (good eats but closes at 7pm). Inexpensive. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This motel was clean and quiet. Had to contact front desk personal, who are off site, after arriving, as the TV was not functioning. This was remedied by switching rooms. The motel is difficult to find. Had to ask someone walking in the area.

It was mid-July and the AC didn't work. The door was difficult to unlock from the outside, which could have been a serious problem given that there is no one onsite. On the positive side, despite the lack of AC, I got a decent night's sleep. This place would be OK for $70 per night, but not the $100 per night I paid.

VERY old. Attempt seems to be made to keep it clean, but musty smell was so bad almost inhabitable.
Towels were rough and a dirty grey/yellow like they had been used for 30 years.
Would not recommend, especially for the price.
Should have more like a 4-5 rating out of 10.

Motel was great the overnight. Quiet at night. Staff we contacted was very friendly. Town is very cute with a lot to do. Great restaurant and we even caught a drive in movie.

The GOOD: Large clean room. Comfortable beds, clean bedding. Enough light in above bed sconces to read by.
Large modern TV. Was able to get local weather. Not always possible in other motels I've stayed at.

The BAD: No staff, only a phone # to call for any service.
No room cleaning service. Ok to stay for 1 night but after that, do your own cleaning. Where to empty wastebasket? Make your own beds.
ODD: self check in (door unlocked), self check out. Enter parking lot through an alleyway off a side street.

Overall, it’s a relatively dated motel. The pics tell you that so it’s no surprise. Other than that, it’s a good value, super close to downtown, easily accessible, quiet, and felt clean and cared for; it ticks all of the important boxes. It was a nice, comfortable stay.

Okay for a cheap motel in a small town. The flimsiest towels I've ever seen. No bedbugs. Cable TV didn't work. Someone came up to try to fix but couldn't.

Old motel but clean and convenient for our needs. Needs to have a flyer in the room explaining how to get ice and how to use air. There’s a thermostat on wall but doesn’t control air conditioner. There was no on site but answered immediately when we called. Very pleasant and helpful.

This was the cheapest motel I could find in the area. It was super-clean. The furniture was reasonably recent, although super-old-fashioned. The brand-new thermostat only appeared to control the heater, and you had to explicitly turn on with the in-wall AC to get it going, and the super-thin shower curtain kept bumping into me as I tried to shower, but other than that, no real problems.

Met our motel expectations. Bedding and bathroom were very clean. Check-in was easy and instructions were clear. AC was quite noisy and we would have appreciated a chain on the door for security.

The property is an older style hotel but it is clean and it was comfortable. The contactless check in and out was unique. It was great to just open the door and walk into our room. We were exhausted from our day and just wanted to relax. Not having to wait to check in with a front desk was nice.

What a gem! A tidy motel on a quiet side street near Letchworth State Park. The large room was super clean and comfortable, with a minifridge and microwave. Self check-in and check-out. We stayed here for two nights for SUNY Geneseo's graduation and would definitely recommend it as an alternative to the high-priced hotels in Geneseo. About a 15-minute drive to SUNY campus and downtown Geneseo.

The property is well kept and quiet. Our room is quiet and clean. The bed is comfortable and the room spacious. Check in was via text and email, so we didn't actually meet the staff, but it went smoothly. Overall a nice, clean, confortable stay with all the basics covered.
