About this house rental

#3- Fully stocked kitchen. Sliding glass door to outside deck that has a table and chairs. Outdoor grill on deck. Fire pit, firewood available at extra cost. Quiet setting. Silver Lake within walking distance via the public beach that has kayak docks to use. Letchworth State Park just minutes away. Linens and towels NOT provided. Loft area with two twin sized foam mattresses that kids will love. Parking for 1 car. Keyless entry for added safety.

Husband and I were in town for the car show. We used to have a place nearby for the summer but had to sell it. This place was just perfect for our needs. We are already planning a longer stay for next year and hope to stay here again.

This was the perfect place for our family to stay for the weekend. We hiked at Letchworth and paddled on the lake. We were able to check out the drive in and the cheese store. The unit we stayed in was very clean and had all the things noted. We brought our own linens, toiletries and food. The space outside was nice to sit and read or eat. The public beach was right down the street. I was able to carry my board down there and hop in the water. The water had a lot of algae so swimming was not an option. Overall, close to the things we wanted to do and a comfortable place to stay.

The rv is in a great location. We enjoyed our visit to Perry! Great little area to visit unique restaurants and shops. The camping neighborhood is peaceful and the people are friendly. The lake is beautiful.

Host was very helpful and sent quick replies. The unit is really cute and perfect for a couple or a small family. Dog friendly. Good restaurants nearby.
