Loved our stay at Beckett Locke and look forward to staying again. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and had all we needed. The common spaces were fantastic and really well designed.

Great place to stay. Close to the 3 arena and luas stop right outside.

The staff at the front desk were lovely. It's a minimal fuss hotel, which was great. There was a excellent coworking/lounge/chill space on the ground floor with a coffee shop. I loved having a washer/dryer in my room as well. Very accessible to transit with the Luas literally outside.

We were visiting Dublin for a concert and this was the perfect location! It took us a grand total of 3 minutes from leaving our seats at the 3Arena to getting back to our room. There's also a tram stop right outside so really easy for getting into the centre. The rooms are great, modern and clean. The kitchenette has everything you need to prepare meals in your room, and there's a centra across the street to shop for food. The bed was quite uncomfortable however as it's memory foam with lots of lumps and bumps in the wrong places - It did actually give me a sore back, which is a same because everything else about this hotel is top notch! The lobby area is also perfect for working, with a quiet coffee shop and plenty of tables with charging points.

I had reserved our room for the 25 since we arrived early on the 26th. I hadn’t called to say we would arrive on the 26th. When we got there our room had been cancelled. The 2 women at the desk asked us to wait in you r lounge area. They has a room for us after about 30 minutes. Everyone was very friendly. I should have called ahead to let them know we would be a day late.

Wonderful apartment like accommodations. Apartment was neat and tidy. We thought there was a restaurant on site and there is not-just a cafe-no bar. Requested roll away bed and towels and waited hours for bed (at least 8) and days for towels.

The in house perfumed odor was so strong in the common areas I was chocking. There are no house phones in the room, I had issues, heat wouldn’t switch to air and bedside receptacles didn’t work, so I had to go downstairs 3 times to get issues addressed. Air never did get very cool. I would never stay here or with this chain again. Alan

We loved this Hotel and highly recommended. It was nice being new the river as we enjoyed evening walks along the river. Having transportation to downtown was so convenient. Great property!

Fab place for our three day trip to Dublin, easy check in and comfortable rooms, tram just outside making it easy to get about.

We stayed in the two bed two bath for eight days and it was really good for my husband and I, joined by my son and his wife. The staff were constantly ready and willing to help out. The common living space was smaller than expected but had everything we needed, and we used the kitchen for meals constantly. The location is absolutely ideal- it's a 25-minute walk to downtown, or you can take the tram which is practically located in the lobby and runs constantly.

Easy transportation on the red line to the rest of the city and comfortable stay. great for a family trip. Coffee downstairs and kitchen in our room made our mornings easier.

Nuevo-Industrial-Chic. Stayed in a studio. Nice room, clean, friendly and helpful staff, very nice cafe on the ground floor.
The room had a stove, refrigerator, and washing/drying machine which if you're staying a few days makes packing lighter possible.
The hotel is a long walk to the downtown or theatre area. If you're okay with a hike it's very doable, but plan some travel time. Conversely there is a stop on the redline light rail immediately outside the hotel door, which if you're going downtown makes for a convenient resource.
Only know was the AC. We set it to 19C (the lowest it would go) as soon as we arrived. Three days later when checking our our room was still at 23C.

It was close to the waterfront and the tram and busses.
4.0 / 5.0
The hotel in general is good. The cafe in the building is overpriced for quantity. Even though you have an AC “control” in your room, it’s monitored at the front desk and therefore doesn’t allow you to set it at your desired temperature.

Nice hotel with good amenities. Close to a great boutique grocery store and Starbucks, both of which we frequented daily. The staff was wonderful. So helpful and friendly.

Amazing hotel! Just what we needed especially with the kitchen in the room. It was a nice touch having a small milk bottle in the fridge to have with coffee in the morning as well. Very easy to get to the city centre via tram or DublinBikes too.

Such a great stay! The room is basically an apartment, so you have your own washing machine, dishwasher, kitchenette, etc. I loved that aspect. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and the common spaces were lovely.

The space was beautiful, and the tram stop was right outside. It made it easy to get everywhere. There weren't many good grocery options though. When this area is more populated, it will be a perfect place to stay. The staff was amazing, so, I'd stay here again.

Positive points:
location close to convention center and airport
Immediately outside the property there is bus stop, Tram, two groceries/mart store, coffee shop, burrito and Thai food. It’s walkable to main train station or via the tram.
The price is reasonable to two bedroom suite with full kitchen and separated bathrooms.
It’s close to street bike rental
Area around the property is safe and quiet.
The meeting area in the lobby has coffee shop and can hold about 50 people with table and charging station on table.
There is laundry machine in room.
Service desk is open 24hours and helpful. Property has gym and exercise classes
Negatives (very few)
Early check in was delayed due to slow cleaning staff
The oven in the kitchen didn’t have instructions on operation and there is no microwave
No coffee maker but I was able to boil water
The garbage and recycling bin was too small to hold one day worth and there is no instructions where to take the garage out (turn out it is located on the first floor)
The second bedroom was small so our personal items/luggage/clothing racks was located in the living room.
The couch was small for a two bedroom suite.
Overall I would recommend this place and would rent from this property chain.

Located a little out of the Dublin downtown area, which was fine by us. The area was very quiet and there were a few dining options near us. We walked to the city center in about fifteen minutes and the staff were all very nice. We liked having a kitchen available so we could do some healthy meal prep.

Stayed here to see Dave Matthews Band at 3 Arena Dublin. Great show. Perfect hotel location.

We didn’t know what to expect, other than our reservation was for a city studio. We were so pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the property and room. Although the room itself was small, we had a full kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher; the bathroom and shower were a great size! There were several electrical sockets as well as usb ports. I loved how quiet it was, and we had a view of the River Liffey. All of the staff were extremely helpful and responded to questions via WhatsApp in a timely manner. The red tram line is literally right outside the front door, as is Dunn Store Supermarket a Thai restaurant and convenience store. The location was perfect since I was participating at a music festival at the Convention Center; I loved my morning 1/2 mile walk along the river from hotel to CC. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

Stop looking, you found your hotel! They pay attention to all details and always helpful. Having a kitchen was great. It’s a 1 bedroom apartment. Train stop right outside the door. Easy to go to city center on the red line. Supermarket right across the street.

Comfortable studio room with everything you need to feel at home. Friendly welcome and efficient service. We greatly enjoyed our stay. Charming and delicious little cafe below. A little far from the center but perfect for those who like to walk. You can also take the train which is right opposite.
