Literie agréable, salle de bain nickel
Il n’y avait plus de pain à 9h30 au petit déjeuner alors qu’il doit être servi jusqu’à 10h.

Nice quiet room, comfortable bed and good parking.
Food prices were a bit high, bar food was good.

Almost Everything
Had to pay for using the safe. Bad policy to nitpick about such a useful tool. I have stayed in many hotels around the world and this is the only one where you had to pay - we decided not to use it.
4.3
Lovely hotel. Much nicer than other IHG hotels we have been in!
Huge comfortable bed with the best pillows of our trip!
Great coffee machine with lots of pods. Complimentary chocolates were delish!
Plenty space in room
Good shower.
Nice food for lunch in very nice bar.

Personalised check in experience for our Honeymoon. Thank you everyone from the House Keeping team especially supervisor Alona for the towel art (swan towels) very cute! And Robert for the clean room. We really appreciate these touches.
The TV dropped out multiple times. Seems that their internal system is a little faulty.

Location was very convenient after traveling for a while to be very near shops. The staff were friendly and very helpful with very clean rooms
4.3
Great location for shopping and the kids. Clean and quiet and very comfortable
Didn’t like the restaurant. Staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful. Waited 15 minutes before having to go up the bar and ask for food menus and waited another period of time before food order being taken. Also had to get our drinks ourself at the bar. I thot it was a big let down to the hotel as the restaurant wasn’t busy at the time. Got the impression that the restaurant staff did not want to be there.
4.3
Spacious, clean, close to where we had booked for dinner

Room was on the 9th floor. I stayed in room 910. It was lovely and clean, very comfortable bed and a selection of pillows both firm and soft so you choose the best for yourself.
I don't have anything negative to say.

the refurbished 9th floor rooms are lovely , and the added chocolate and bottled water was great
Aircon was a little loud but I could have switched it off. not much I did not like on this stay
4.3
Floor 9 had recently been refurbished to a very high standard and could not be faulted in anyway.
We have stayed here many times before and last time realised it needed a refurb but if thus is done on all floors it will be fab.
I honestly cannot find anything negative to say about this hotel.
4.3
Location is good hotel reception staff friendly
Staff at breakfast. They actually waste time ⏲️ they act like they can't see you 🤣 each 1 of the breakfast staff don't talk to each other and they will keep cleaning the same table over and over again because they don't tell each other other person has done it twice already? .no leader is there to keep the staff organised. You need to look at this ASAP and save yourself time and money 💰 organised time and save money 💰

there was a fire in the apartment block next door. so unfortunately delayed checking in until after 7pm.
I then had to park my car in a off site car park. which meant I couldn’t have a beer until the car park open to move my car.
I was asked to fill in a “fire” form about procedures is there was a fire. (never been asked to do that in any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. my wife is in a wheelchair so I requested assistance at the room in case of fire.
Strangely the fire Arleen when off at 8am the next morning. I got family up and assistance never arrived, no call to room. so I had to wheel my wife as far as I could. then planned to ask strangers to help. once we got to the stairs I was greeted by other guests saying it was a false alarm.
So we took the lift down to reception to make sure. They confirmed it was a false alarm. I asked why no assistance had been sent and I was given a apology. at this stage my wife was embarrassed and asked me to stop my questions of reception.
I asked was they any monetary dispensation for all the inconvenience and I was given the reply. “you booked through a third party (you, yet paid the hotel) so they could do nothing”.
I was just looking a gesture and I got nothing.
my experience at the hotel was completely ruined by this chain of events.
therefore I am asking you to please assist with some gesture.
needless to say I’ll not be back to a crown plaza
see above
