We enjoyed our stay from when we arrived till we left. Staff was great always greeted with a smile and ready to assist. Room was perfect, only 2 issues I had was, 1 - the toilet seat was too low, it was if it were meant for kiddies. 2 - mattress was way to hard, tossed and turned all night, every night. Other than that no complaints. Would stay again with out a doubt.

The rooms are a bit run down. I had no bar soap provided. The breakfast bar is lacking so I purchased stuff to eat in my room. Hilton used to have nice breakfasts. he price was high for the accommodations - I tend to stay in Home2Suites because I know what to expect but this one, in my opinion, is overpriced and in need of remodeling. I get it's in a college town, but there was nothing going on during my stay - I'd hate to see how much the prices go up during events.
On a brighter note, the bed was nice and the front desk people were amazing.

Requested early check in and top floor. Got neither. Put on second floor and sounded like the guest upstairs was playing basketball in their room. Would not let me check in until 3pm which I am aware is reg check in time. Loved the room especially TV. Thx.

I made a reservation for a room w/ 2 queen beds for my family of 4. When we arrived at 1:30AM, the only room left that had 2 queens had not been cleaned. We were invited to wait 45 minutes while they cleaned it. I have 2 children & making them wait at that time of day was NOT an option. The man at the front desk kindly gave us 2 rooms each with a king. One smelled like vomit & was filthy. The floor was sticky, the night stand was sticky, the carpet had a huge stain in the middle and again, it smelled of vomit. I would not recommend this hotel nor would I recommend using this site as it described the hotel as “very clean.”

Very good place to stay for a visit to Blacksburg and Va Tech. Will stay again but hope they update the mattresses. Stayed there when first opened and slept well. Not so much this time due to the mattress. But all in all a great hotel.

Overall nice property but my sink faucet was very loose and there was a large crack in the floor of the shower. Staff were nice. Had a good breakfast. Nice pool and gym area

Easy to find off highway. Used app to check in and digital key made for easy in and out with the dog. Room had kitchenette with dishes, couch with 2 beds. Some surfaces dusty, but the bathroom and linens were clean. Breakfast was as expected.

The room was okay but I became alarmed to find a pick comb under the cushions of the sofa bed. Clearly, the cushions had not been checked.

This was a lovely hotel. Everything was clean and spotless. Great beds. Great breakfast.

This breakfast at the hotel was terrible. They ran out of food really quickly and even when they had food the choices were terrible - processed, unhealthy, and low quality. The floor in my room was sticky, all the dishes were in my dishwasher (was I expected to unload it?). The layout was frustrating - the bathroom was really small and the bedroom was really big.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The only downer was the breakfast. There were no napkins so we were using paper towels. There was very little fruit, just some rather old bananas. It just wasnt as good as we have had before at this location or other Hilton properties.
