Overall our stay was excellent, Good stuff Check in was easy and quick due to it all being automated. Check out the same. The app is great and I utilised the chat function before my visit and all questions were answered efficiently and very quick. Location is excellent for Universal and SeaWorld. Lots of amenities close by. The new pool is excellent. Bad Stuff (wouldn’t put me off booking again) The bedrooms never had any dressing areas, all they had were a chest of drawers for each room. The couch in the living room was not very comfy and there was what looked like water stains on it.

Simply the best self-catering accommodation I have ever stayed in. It was a very attractive price, so we booked. I was a little unsure about the virtual check-in, but I was contacted by Sonder 72hrs before check-in with all the details. It was so simple when we arrived and our taxi dropped us off outside the door and we was in our room within seconds. I was very impressed with how spacious the accommodation was. Large kitchen area, leading into a lounge and then a door onto the patio (we were ground floor). We had a 2 bedroom suite and both rooms were spacious with excellent bathroom facilities for both. I travelled with my 2 teenager daughters and one them slept on the large sofa bed in the lounge without complaint, and said it was perfectly comfortable. Both beds were a good size and mattresses also very comfy. The kitchen was very spacious and well fitted out with, oven, large double door fridge drawer freezer, disherwasher and microwave ( toaster & coffee machine). What also was ver handy was the washing machine and tumble dryer. The only thing missing was an Air-fryer, as to cook even a portion of fries, you have to fire up the oven which did take some time. An Airfryer would be an efficient appliance that maybe could be considered? Location wise, absolutely perfect. We were on a theme park holiday and SeaWorld is 10mins away via car, Disney 18mins and Universal 15mins. Don't bother hiring a car, use Uber, is a much cheaper way of getting around.

The property was nice. I would definitely stay there again. Place was clean, area a was nice Only thing is parking I don’t feel we should have to pay to park there. If we’re staying there parking should be free. Also the bed had rings on mattress so should be cleaned better other than that eveything was great

The Location was great it was close to everything and the pool was nice but I just wish the pool bar was open and I paid $67 for parking but had a difficult time finding somewhere to park.

All information for stay was easily accessible via their Sonder app, which was helpful. Property was nice and well-kept. Our unit was in fairly good condition. Kitchen was minimally stocked with supplies which did make cooking a bit of a challenge, but we were able to manage with what we had. Before our visit I did ask what type of coffee machine we would have and was told the unit had a “pod” coffee machine, but turned out to be a grounds & filter machine. Our most aggravating issue with the unit was the breaker kept tripping, turning off living room TV and primary bedroom outlets. Only an issue in the evenings, but most of the time we were busy with other activities, just disappointing at night trying to watch TV before bedtime. Pool area was nice with two pools and one splash pad area. Property was well situated for our use including walking distance to convention center (but walking in Florida heat during summer is no joke!!). Property was also right next to Publix grocery store and a few restaurants. Drive to Disney was roughly 15-20 minutes and Universal was roughly 10-15 minutes. Bus stop was also close that had direct route to Universal. Overall we would stay here again.

Loved the space and overall appearance. The problems were: roach running around the bedroom on the last morning there, not enough hot water to fill a bathtub or if two people take a shower in different bathrooms After each other, several outlets not working, and at least half the shampoo/conditioner/bodywash containers did not pump or barely let out any so you had to pump it a hundred times to get enough to wash yourself. Besides the roach, the rest were just inconveniences. Also, there is no parking if you want to use the gym. Our unit was too far to walk to. It was separated by miles and a major road in between.

The property is located in a great location close to grocery and restaurants. This is not a luxury condo unit but clean and well furnished. Furniture is IKEA-LIKE quality.

The rooms all had a king bed, which was really nice. However, one bedroom doesnt have a t.v. while the other's do. The hallway smells due to garbage from the apartments left in containers on the hallway. Not a pleaent smell when you are in the hallway and elevators.

Great property, but the temperature inside the apartment is apparently predetermined by the owners and at night it feels hot in the bedrooms.I woke up sweating.

The place was spacious and clean and easy to find but obviously they had an air conditioner problem that they didn’t inform us of we had an awful 1st night sleep because no a/c. Then when we complained about it they tried to tell us that we shouldn’t have turned it down we shut it off. Until they came clean and showed us had the circuit breaker was tripped and they had a part on back order. Once we could reset the breaker ourselves we were comfortable again. But did have to keep resetting it

This is the 3rd year we stay here and love it. Very easy to get to, lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, the property is very well kept, the apartments roomy and are equipped with just about everything you need. Will continue to visit.

The furnishings were less than adequate. When messaged about the filthy sofa and remote not working they said they would fix the next day. They did not until our last day. The location is great though. Furniture all very short and uncomfortable and we are not tall people 5’6” and below. Kitchen not stocked well, no working can opener either.

Unfortunately the communication was terrible and I never got the email with the information to get in the property. I had to call them at last minute and the customer service was awful as well. The mattress beds are not the best but the apartment is very nice , shower from the master is very small & the pillows are not the best to sleep.

The unit had mauled from in the walls of the ceilings and a burnt hair blower that smelled like burnt plastic. Both units had backed up, sinks in every bathroom.

The location is the best part of the stay. Convenient to any of the parks, especially Universal, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove. The furniture was low grade, dorm style but the bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked and the accomodations were clean and tidy.

This place was really nice. Tge location was fantastic and the grounds keeping was incredibly nice. The pools were great… especially the clubhouse pool with the arcade etc…On Saturday they had a DJ who was a lot of fun…. Had water balloon tosses and hula hoop contests for the kids. My only suggestion would be to rethink the sofas in the living rooms. They aren’t in the least bit comfortable. Other than that it was a great stay!

Overall experience was good, but the process of uploading identification before checking was horrible. I uploaded the documents, and the app said everything was good, but then I would receive an email 15 mins later that the documents were not accepted. Had to do this process no more than 10 times. At check-in only 1 of the 3 people staying got clear instructions of how to access the property, and which room we were staying in. The property itself was great, and we had no issues, but the communication before check-in was not very clear on how to access everything.
