This was a very nice place to stay. It was very clean updated very modern had everything you needed.
Staff was very accommodating. Food was very good. Overall I have no complaint ,really enjoyed my stay.

Stayed here with my Daughter on a trip to see Detroit.
The hotel is very convenient to the highway and not far from Downtown. Our room was a one bedroom suite and was as pictured on the website. Cleanliness was fantastic and our room was cleaned everyday and they did a great job.
Breakfast was good with waffle makers, mini-omelettes, sausages, cereal, bagels, etc. everyday.
Was a good location to visit the sites in the area such as The Henry Ford.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Only feedback would be that the little Snack Shop in the lobby seemed like it was out of several things and in needed to be restocked.

Clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet. Outside area was nice. Did not like how it wasn't close to much but hotel was nice.
4.3
Beautiful and clean. The room was large enough

Power outage. Could not get in room…understand. But after being in airport 16 hours and cancelled flight, did not understand why they took my reservation when they had no power. Would have been nice to have a water or something
4.3
We were there for 6 nights. Housekeeping came 1 time.
4.3
The curtains kept out the light so it’s possible to sleep in. We enjoyed the breakfast variety. The area was quiet which was interesting as the highway was nearby. Definitely stay here again.

Hotel was very clean and quiet.

The property condition
4.3
Stay was overall good. Room was cozy, beds comfy, everything was clean, the hotel was definitely new and updated, which was great. We were with a group of extended family, including children. We had a lot of down/hotel time between activities, and wanted to utilize the pool. They have a 15 person limit to the pool. The pool is not small, it’s a regular size (if not bigger) hotel pool with a hottub. The total amount of people we had was 18. We were allowed to be in the pool all together, but they gave us an hour time limit so that other families/guests could use the pool. This made us split up our group and not have time together that we were wanting. That would be my biggest negative part of this hotel - so if you’re coming with a large group and want to all swim together, you may want to look elsewhere.

The room was clean and comfortable, nice for a long stay. The common areas are very nice for lounging and if you have a large group it's great for gathering.
4.3
Well maintained and friendly staff

The staff was amazing. Theresa was the best Hostess

We stayed here Friday night through Sunday night. In town for concerts in Detroit. Safe and quiet area south of Detroit. Room was great. The only thing was their breakfast did not have a lot of variety. They had run out of milk and juice by the time we got there later in the morning.
4.3
Did not have soap in dispenser in room, tvs did not work but otherwise everything was great!
4.3
Excellent care and concern for the guests. Best breakfast bar.
4.3
Nice, convenient property but in a very unattractive location

The hotel is very nice… the pool and hot tub are nice. The people were friendly… The only con was needing to leave our license at the front to get a pool key. They’re limiting only 15 people at a time at the pool as if the pandemic is still happening, the breakfast was really good I would definitely recommend this hotel to people.

Compared to area hotels this hotel is best.

A quiet and peaceful stay.
Cost per room was pricey.

Hotel very nice. Very comfy beds. Area around hotel little rough but it is in Detroit suburbs.
4.3
I had a fantastic stay, very quiet stay for the most part. No complaints.
4.3
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was awesome!!!
4.3
The suite was clean, bed comfortable and breakfast was excellent. The reason for the mixed review is that we were kept awake in the middle of the night first by yelling in the lobby, congregation of non-guests in the parking lot related to the disturbance, the front desk person also yelling after the disturbance settled and the police (gratefully) needing to come to manage the disturbance. Very poor night’s sleep related to this entire event and attempts to contact management through hotels.com personnel for a refund have been fruitless (non-responsive). Would. It stay here again because of the experience.
4.3
Top grade for cleanliness. Comfortable beds. Front desk staff excellent.
4.3
It was ok my Sister’s wedding and the bathroom leaked water for hours going into the drain from the heat lamp.
4.3
The place was nicer than I expected. Very new and clean and fresh. Breakfast was well stocked with many choices. Very happy. Our group sat outside in the evening around their fire in comfortable chairs.
4.3
Everything was ok.

The GM, Rosa is extremely helpful and very friendly. The hotel is new and kept very clean. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating.

This hotel is nice and clean close to home pet friendly. Would definitely recommend.

We were unlucky to be there during a storm that knocked out power to the surrounding area, so this hotel became a refuge hostel and was completely overrun. We had to wait two hours past check in to get into the room because they were too full to get the rooms cleaned on time. I asked if we could use the pool while we waited and was told no because you have to check in first! They even knew which room they were getting ready for us and still refused to let us use the pool. Also, your room key doesn’t open the TWO locked pool doors. You have to leave photo ID at the front desk and get a SEPARATE POOL KEY! I have never heard of this before. Do they think I’m going to steal the pool?!? The pool is tiny and only 3 feet deep and cold. The “spa” doesn’t bubble visibly. You have to be right next to a jet to feel anything.
The room was a studio suite, which is only one room. It was poorly arranged with the tv at a right angle to the couch and beds.
The hotel was overheated. The halls were 80 and the room was 73 degrees and stayed there even after I lowered it.
4.3
As expected

Our connecting flight was canceled due to bad weather. In upsetting and late night circumstances, the night and morning front desk employees were very friendly, understanding, and helpful.
4.3
Extremely clean and well appointed. Staff was very friendly and informative. The room was spacious and really liked the full kitchen!
4.3
The pool area (warmish water pool, and well maintained spa/hot tub) is very nice. It's not frequented from our limited experience.
However, the one thing that is very very irksome and mostly used for low-rent motels is that you MUST hand over your ID to the front desk to receive a key to the pool room. Your normal room key will not work. This makes for an extra trip all the way back to your room (because they fail to tell you of this 'policy' when you check int). You don't normally go to the pool with your ID in tow (maybe your phone or a book or goggles) but not your ID, so when you walk all the way down to the pool area (perhaps from the 2nd to 4th floor room) to find your key doesn't work... you then walk all the way to the front desk to enquire why your key isn't working ... to be told ... we'll need and HOLD your ID in exchange for a pool key ... so then you trapse all the way back to your room, get your ID, then all the way back to the front desk, then all the way back to where the issue started .... gaining entrance to the pool area. Wow, for the 2 other people we saw using the pool, I guess it's to keep the riff raff out. Give me a break. Besides that, the place is very new and still nice, well appointed, and generally provides no reason for hassle. No water bottles in room (free or otherwise). So for the value, it's over-priced.

The heater component was rattling throughout the night. On the last night's stay, management decided to change us to another room.
