We had another wonderful stay at Drey. The property is beautiful, but the employees are what make it extraordinary. The Bellmen are over the top awesome - the waitstaff, check-in are all wonderful!!

There were zero meal food options upon arriving late at night from airport - it would have been nice to have something offered through the hotel.

We had issues with parking and dropping off luggage, Valet parking was supposed to accommodate this and they sent us to underground parking for the entire Village with no instructions of where to park for nearby access to hotel. The bellhop corrected the situation and went with me to try to find where family had parked the cat which we did not fine. Ended up paying $30 a day for Valet. The pool is a community pool and we were charged $25 per day for something we did not even use, it was a young adult party session, not appropriate for a family. Very misleading since it looks like the hotel had an amazing pool. Lance, the bellhop was amazing and saving grace. Be prepared to checkout bright and early when leaving. We went to get something from car the day we were leaving and 3 employees demanded to know if we were checking out. Felt like they wanted us gone as soon as possible. Thank goodness for Lance. The room was comfortable and clean. Area was high traffic and parking was impossible.

We had such a nice stay. The guest room was fabulous—it had the comforts of home that are often absent in hotels—a well-lit dual vanity, nice closet, full length mirror, and magnifying makeup mirror. The bed was so comfy, we happily slept in both mornings. The hotel common areas are stylish but warm. It feels more like someone’s home than a basic hotel. What put it over the top was the staff, from the gentleman who checked us in, to Greg the valet, Lance the bell captain, and Olivia the barista who kindly remembered my go-to coffee order on day two. I’m hoping I got their names right, but honestly everyone we came in contact with was delightful. The only thing to be aware of is if there are other events at the property. You might want to take advantage of the opportunity to attend or make plans to avoid the crowd. Overall, we had a great weekend and I hope we’ll have the opportunity to stay there again!

Great hotel, but it’s part of a party pool apartment complex.

Amazing stay. Pool was top notch and enjoyed the surrounding area.

I have never had a more unpleasant experience with the staff of a hotel than I did at the Drey. There was a severe lack of customer service and minimal effort to accommodate guest requests. Not only were they not courteous or responsive, they were flat out rude. Zero sense of urgency or care about their patrons. Seemed like they were all just there to sit around and any requests were treated as an inconvenience to their leisure time.

This our first time staying here and we loved it. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The rooms are nice and spacious. We will definitely be back.

Honestly, the stay was perfect and so pleasant! Not to mention the service of the staff was incredible! We were allowed a last minute early check-in without issue and when we came back from a long day of meetings we were greeted by the staff and offered a glass of wine. Talk about a warm welcome!!
Even though the pools were currently undergoing renovation and we were unable to use them, they made arrangements at a nearby condominium to allow guests to use the pool space there and even drove us to and from the short 2 min drive in a fun buggy/cart!
If I had to nit-pick, I would say the only things that could have used improvement were the lighting and switches in the room. Some didn't seem to turn anything on and the two at the side of the door both had to be flipped on in order to turn on the entry light. We only wished there was a separate switch for the toilet/shower room and that we could have cast or streamed to the TV instead of just having the minimal channels that were available. But all in all those are small potatoes and it was a lovely experience. We'll be back for sure!!

I think the allure of the drey hotel is the overall campus the hotel is on. The Sandy pickle was a nice surprise and all the activities on the green. It felt like you were a part of a community away from home. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars because all 3 hotel pools were closed and under construction. I didn’t get to experience all the amenities. A little bummed by that.

Everything is perfect only I missed the pool, it was closed and I think they were notified.

I really enjoyed the Drey on our recent 2 night visit. The hotel is part of the larger Village complex which includes multiunit structures (apartments or condos) and has two community pools. The hotel is a small, boutique style hotel that was in great condition, very clean, was nicely furnished and had great service. The staff were very nice and helpful. The valet guys were great too. There was some renovation going on with the pool area and so the non-rectangular pool was closed at the time which was unfortunate, but the larger pool was open and was pretty clean and warm enough. The only thing we did not like, and the reason we would probably not stay there again, is that there is a bar/lounge in the hotel at the ground level that has an outdoor seating area on the side of the hotel facing the pool. Do NOT stay on that side if you plan to stay on Fri-Sun as it was EXTREMELY LOUD all the way past 2 AM on Fri night and on Sat night it was loud at times even past 3 AM. It was a shame because otherwise we really loved this hotel. It even has two elevators which is a lot for a small building and so basically no wait ever at the elevator even with a packed hotel.

We are local and decided to do an overnight staycation for my daughters birthday. This place by far exceeded all of our expectations- the staff at the front desk are amazing and super accommodating.
Even sitting in the lounge, the manager offered a glass of wine, and the bar isn’t even open. That is what I call great service.
The hotel is beautiful, Homie, super clean, very refreshing.
The double bed room was super spacious. Everything was in pristine condition. Every detail has been carefully thought of.
Only negative, they just need more plugs in the lounge areas, especially by the sofa and the fireplace- to charge laptops and phones.
Although part of the pool is under construction, it was a little noisy, it did not in anyway overshadow the rest of the experience. We were so happy with the state we could care less about the noise at the pool.
We cannot wait to come back again, especially once the pool is fully completed.
This place is a 10 out of 10! We didn’t want to leave! This is must
Stay- 100%!

Superb, little gem hotel. Impeccably clean with modern, well appointed rooms. The bathroom set up was so beautiful that I took a photo in case I redo one at home. Staff is attentive and helpful, and an amazing gym complex right next door. The only thing to note is that, in a suburban area, Sunday night dining options are limited if you don't have a car. I would very definitely stay here whenever I am again in Dallas.

It was a great stay, as always. The amenities offered are new, diverse, and well-maintained. The room is spacious and comfortable. The service is outstanding. Special recognition to Lance at the lobby, who made my life much easier and more enjoyable with a warm welcome every time I came back from my hectic meeting days. You can actually park yourself or use the valet, making it very convenient. There are some restaurants and pharmacies within walking distance, and the neighborhood feels safe and clean

We asked for the room to be cleaned more than once as my husband was working from the room. It was finally cleaned but he had to go find a place to make a zoom call because it took so long.
The area was nice but the pool was not accessible because of construction. It would have been nice to be told this before booking.
Parking was not the best. If you didn’t valet you had to walk across the street and take an elevator to the garage that cost $21 a day.
I would pick a different hotel next time.
