Full ocean view from the balcony, bedroom, and sunroom! Ocean front gated complex with private beach access. This 2nd floor, 1BR corner, end unit has windows facing the ocean in the bedroom and the sunroom. See the ocean/sunrise view from in bed AND see the ocean/sunrise view from the family room couch!!! Steps from the beach, heated community pool, hot tub, and grill area. View launches from the balcony and boardwalk to the beach, close to Port Canaveral with restaurants and shops, and 1 hour to Disney and 45 minutes to Orlando (MCO) airport. Great location! Open parking and laundry facility on site close to building.

The unit is in Royal Mansions in the heart of Cape Canaveral. Situated on 700 feet of private beach approximately two miles north of the Cocoa Beach Pier and 1/2 mile from Port Canaveral.

MUST BE FOLLOWED: Pool opens at dawn and closes at dusk. No glass in or around pool area. No motorcycles. No trailers. No motorhomes. Nothing to be hung from balcony.

Damage and incidentals:
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

The property was in great location for Cape Carnaveral activities. The unit was clean and quite acceptable for a great beach vacation. Steve,the owner, will go out of his way to make sure you are happy with the unit. He is a 5 star owner. Jack

This was our second stay at Royal Mansions and first in this unit. This unit had phenomenal views. The host was very helpful and responsive. We were able to see 4 satellite launches during our two week stay. We will be back.

We loved this condo! The ocean views are amazing. Loved watching the cruise ships. Host is quick to respond. The pool and amenities are great -also a nice sandy beach that is not crowded with private access. Condo was clean and well stocked.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and exactly how it was advertised. The beach was perfect. The hot tub within the condo complex was not working until the last day we were there. But that’s not the condo owner’s fault. We would highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful quiet setting and perfect roomy but cozy condo for us. Loved sunroom for mornings & coffee. Excellent view and sound of the sea. Best view and proximity to pool & boardwalk. Balcony, bedroom & sunroom windows all face beach. Comfy bed and big bathroom. Everything we needed in kitchen. Hope to return here! Very happy with stay.

This condo has one of the best views in the complex. Ocean view from the bedroom, sitting area and living room. Communication with Steve was great. He was very prompt with any questions. We both worked from the condo and the WiFi was very good. If you want a beach condo in a quiet complex this is the place for you.

We enjoyed this property for our 8 day vacation in Florida. It’s one of the best locations in our opinion in the complex due to it being the end building & ocean front. Beautiful ocean & beach views out all of the windows. The condo is cute, cozy, clean & had everything we needed for cooking, coffee maker , beach items & stocked with paper items as well. We will definitely stay again. Our hosts also sent us detailed arrival instructions as well as restaurants & things to do in the area. Thank you so much !

Had a great time at this location. A very nice ocean view with all the needed amenities and comfortable accommodations. Had a problem with the living room TV and the host responded immediately to correct the situation. Very appreciated. Also saw 3 rocket launches from this location, which was a big plus. All in all, a great vacation. Thank you John and Beth!

Great condo in a quiet complex with a large non crowded beach…I’ve stayed in 6 different condos at this resort and this one is tops for price and quality combined!!it’s in great shape even though it’s slightly dated. Great hosts who communicate very quickly and efficiently through the app…this is a must stay!

Very smooth rental process, effortless check in and check out. The unit is perfect for two adults. I would suggest to provide more paper goods like paper towel, toilet paper or kleenex. The balcony is perfectly located to get a perfect view of the ocean. You can watch the sunrise from the bedroom!

It’s right on the beach. Your bed views the beach , water and sunrise. You can see the space center on the beach. The pool is heated. The location is perfect I would buy it lol. There’s restaurants close and it’s super quiet. It is a little dated and the bed was too firm for me but it was fine for a weekend.

First of all the owners were hospitable, easy to communicate with, quick with responses, and helpful with information. Checkin was flawless. The property is older, but well kept, clean, and the location is perfect. The view of the beach and ocean is breathtaking. My wife and I still miss it. We will definitely look to get this unit again if we ever re visit Cape Canaveral. We were so thankful and grateful for our stay.

We rented this property for the honeymoon we’ve finally been able to take! Beth and John were Easy to communicate with, answering all questions we had! Their property was clean and easy to access. One minor complaint was that the resort gates into the beach were temperamental (as we were told by a kind gentleman) so the code doesn’t always work but there is public beach access next to the resort so it just added a short walk. The cape canaveral area had tons of places to eat and places to explore! We ventured into Orlando and also over to Clearwater as well. Highly recommend this location for a couple looking to get away!
