Normal overpriced hotel in GINZA area

Very nice view from my room, clean , staff so niceš Strong recommendation š

Great location, beautiful, clean and spacious room, attentive and friendly service. Highly recommend!

This hotel is very classy. It blends modernity and luxury. 15th floor is the one you want to be on if you want peace and quiet. Views from the 15th floor are ok, but Ginza is where to be. The staff know English very well and are very helpful. They accept and do luggage forwarding too.

The hotel staffs were very friendly and professional. I had left my bag in the taxi coming from the airport. One of the staffs called the taxi company and had it delivered to the hotel. I was very grateful.
The location of the hotel is great. It is only a few min walk from Ginza Six.
The hotel is also clean and the rooms are spacious for a hotel in Tokyo.
The only downside is that the hotel interior does not seem very modern.

Everything was great

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious enough for my family of 4 to be very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice with double sinks as well as a small sink in the separated toilet area. Every night there was an evening snack of a self serve soup in the lobby that we enjoyed. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect in that we could walk to the main shopping areas of Ginza and the Tsukiji fish market within 10 to 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I had great stay at Grand Bach hotel in Ginza. My first time to stay in Ginza. I normally stay at Shibuya area, but loved Ginza area for shopping and restaurants. Staff at hotel were great and I would recommend this hotel.

Centrally located in Ginza, blocks from the main shopping areas and the Ginza/Hibiya/Marunochi.
Hotel was easy to find, functional lobby, can get crowded and busy at peak hours.
Separate lifts to guest rooms.
Decent sized rooms for Tokyo, comfortable. Can recommend and will stay again.

Amazing hotel in Ginza. This has been our favorite hotel of our trip to Japan so far. The room is huge and comfortable for our family of four and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The concierge was able to book us a sushi dinner at a nearby restaurant and it was an amazing experience and exactly what we were looking for. Just a few blocks from the outer fish market, close to Ginza six shopping district and very close to metro stations. We were really happy with our choice to stay at this hotel during our time in Tokyo.

Nice central hotel, stylish and comfortable. Executive floor rooms are very nice, but the benefits are meager and not really worth it. Wi-fi was not at all good.
2.5
short stay for 3-day meeting. Room extremely quiet and comfortable. Breakfasts were excellent. Concierge's recommendations for nearby dining were great. Definitely would recommend this hotel if you are going to be staying in the Ginza area.
2.5
The hotel is in a great location if you want to be in Ginza. Very close to all the shopping area and also close to the fish market
Very friendly staff and a great concierge service.
The hotel is comfortable and very clean.
We loved staying there.

Good!

Superb service by all the various staff whom we had come into contact with, especially the lady staff at the Conceirge who assisted with our restaurants booking/ confirmation of reservations!
2.5
Comfortable stay, the room is on the smaller size relative to international hotels, but still comfy.
The hotel is conveniently located next to several subway lines and also Tsukiji market.

Excellent location, great staff service, the room is bigger enough.

Very pleasant stay at this hotel. Excellent location. The room is a comfortable size and the service is very good. Complimentary evening snack. We didn't like the breakfast though.

This was our first stop in Japan. The hotel was just a short walk from the train station. The FANTASTIC Lawson was directly across the street!!! The room was comfortable and luxurious. The extra amenities were WONDERFUL! All kinds of shopping and food choices within walking distance. It was such a terrific āhome baseā to come back to each night after exploring the city during the day. The staff was so incredibly helpful with the luggage delivery to our next stop. Would LOVE to return to this hotel!!!

I was very happy with the high level of customer service at this hotel. I will stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo.

Only 5 minutes walk to Fish Market, shopping for big brands and some of the best food in Tokyo

Very cozy hotel with walking distance to all the shopping places in Ginza

There are a lot of brand name stores around to shop, good coffee stores to taste and restaurants to eat

It was a great location and well appointed hotel for the price. The only thing was that my room didnāt get cleaned and when I asked it to be cleaned it still wasnāt. A lady from the reception came up to verify that it hadnāt been cleaned took pictures but never heard about a solution or offer for the inconvenience.
Other than that. A great experience

Staff was exceptional

A bit over rated. The WiFi at the hotel is terrible. There are plenty of places to stay in the area that arenāt as expensive as the Grand Bach. The breakfast is definitely not worth it at all.

Ideal location, 3 minutes walking distance from Higashi Station, a couple of blocks away from the tourist attractions but in a quiet area itself, friendly staff, clean rooms, upscale feeling, free water everyday, three choices for breakfast, the Japanese style was great. The AC unit was very quiet and efficient. Complete blackout curtains (no leak of lights even from the gap between the curtains and frames) and had very sound sleep every night.

The hotel was very good. The staff were also excellent. Downsides were cleaning (only beds made during the stay, no dusting). Everything else was extra and the extras were very expensive. There is also a tax for Tokyo hotels (which I wasn't aware of before and came as a shock).
2.5
The hotel was very good and staff very helpful.
The only thing is that when I made the reservation it was with breakfast included. At the property they told me that it was included only for the adults and not for the kids. After explaining the situation they understood and agreed to also include it for the kids.
