While the room was nice and the beds comfy, we were disappointed with several things during our stay. First, one of the reasons we chose this hotel was because it had a nice pool and wanted the kids to swim since we'd been in the car all day. Unfortunately, the pool was out of order. We checked in as a family of 5 and there were only 3 towels in the room. We needed to use the couch/sofa bed and there were no extra sheets or blankets in the room so we had to call down to the front desk and they asked us to come get them ourselves. The tv was nothing special and only had live tv, not a smart tv and there was nothing to watch for our kids. The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything. Would not stay here again.

My overall stay was good. The only thing that was an issue was that the shower was not cleaned to my standards. It was hair and other things left in the shower. I had to purchase a shower mat and place a towel on to of that. I usually bring my shower shows but that was the only thing that made the stay uncomfortable

Our stay was a pleasant one. We were worried at first because the room had a very strong marijuana smell. The hotel clerk was very apologetic and gave us another room. In the morning, the manager informed us the person who was next door to our initial room was charged a $250 cleaning fee because the room is completely stripped, everything is removed and cleaned -including the mattress! Other than that first room change, our stay was great. The hotel itself and our room were very clean. The bedroom door is solid with a rubber strip on the bottom, blocking out noise. We felt very safe. The beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay there again. (And booking through hotels.com was very easy and hassle free)

Purchased 2 queen beds, was “upgraded” a single king suite. However, I was traveling with my daughter and needed two beds. The sofa bed lacked blankets and as such was not a sleep-worthy bed. Highly disappointed.

Great location and reasonably priced. despite the location and price, the property needs some work. My room furnishings were outdated, and the bathroom has some chipping and peeling paint. The parking lot was littered with trash. And a big trashcan by the front of the hotel was overflowing with trash and bottles.
